I needed basic accomodations for a two day conference. This hotel filled my needs. The room was clean and the only negative was that the carpet was not installed properly and had bumps in one spot. I didn't use the kitchen but it was well equiped and clean. Good Value. The staff was friendly and professional.

Suites with plenty of room in both sides.

I would stay here again. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clerk at check-in directed us towards lots of nearby restaurants. Breakfast was good - seemed to have something for everyone. Good place!

Amazing hotel, best I have stayed at in the town. Dont think I will stay any where else but here from now on. Very impressed, great rates!

I stayed here as it was close to the airport. The room is not quite up to what I am used to in a Hyatt Place, which may be why they call it Hyatt House. The hair dryer did not work, lights did not all work, so the upkeep was not very good. I had a three-member team stay at this hotel and we were blown away by the customer service, the courtesy of the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond to serve us. When we come to Charlotte, NC this is our choice hotel to stay at.

That is the word to describe our one night stay here. I arrived five hours ahead of my wifes flight and enjoyed relaxing in front of the TV. The couch was good enough to sleep on. We didn't use the kitchen except the frig to keep the drinks cold. The HOT breakfast was a really nice surprise over other hotels. Eggs, sausage, french toast, cerals, muffins […] and juice. If you travel alot as I do than pass on staying @ this Hotel. Very outdated, was somewhat nervous about sleeping there. Area around hotel was sketching @ best. Very surprised auto was still in tact when i awoke next morning. Hotel and description on web site are different. I wouldn't stay there again if room was free.

We stayed here when we were in town for a concert. It worked out perfectly. Decent price for a really nice place. The suites were great for entertaining a few friends and a 24/7 convenience/beer store is right across the street.

My prepaid reservation did NOT appear at hotel computer. After 45 minutes it was resolved. Hugely disturbing and inconvenient waste of time after a long work day.

Excellent location and facility near the airport and downtown. Top notch exercise and weight room with aerobic machines and free weights. Staff was very friendly and accommodating making my stay a very enjoyable and relaxing one.

Room was very clean, and staff was friendly. Great free breakfast and Happy Hour (including food and booze!). Free wireless worked easily.

Very helpful front desk people. They deserve an award!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice -- a suite with a separate bedroom and small kitchenette. The hotel was pretty quiet, even though we stayed there on New Year's Eve. I highly recommend!

Made reservations on the phone through hotels.com and we were pleased with how easy that was. Check in was pleasant and also easy. Our trip, with exception to loosing the bowl game was great. From the roominess of the suite, to the complementary orderves with beer and wine, to the tasty full breakfast, we could not have been more pleased.

It is a bit inconvenient that you cannot enter into or exit the hotel from the one direction without doing a U-turn, but that's not their fault. This was the quietest hotel in which I've ever slept! I NEVER heard water, doors shut, voices in the hall, traffic outside and I know there WERE other people there. I got a great nights sleep!

We stopped here for the NCSU vs Louisville Belk Bowl. It was great. We got a 2x double bed + sleeper suite for a great price. The staff were very helpful, giving us great tips for transportation to and from the game.

I stayed here for the bowl game and it was perfect for price I paid. The room was very spacious and clean while the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and they provided transportation to the light rail which gets you downtown.

I stayed here for four nights on business. The first roomi was given had food crumbs on the couch. I thout it was no big deal until I went in the bathroom and had dried toothpaste on the kitchen counter. I asked and was assigned a new room which wasn't much better. This room was ok but definitely needed a thorough cleaning at the baseboards. Going into […] the bedroom there was a partial piece of popcorn that stayed there all week. Also the fist morning I took a shower there was a bobby pin left on the top ledge of the shower which was also covered with mildew. Devamı

The hotel was perfect for price, and it included a complimentary breakfast which was nice. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Can't say enough about the service provided by the staff, and the shuttle service was fantastic.

I would not recommend any Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotel. All room doors slam if they are not held while entering or exiting rooms. Doors slammed all night and into the morning. I actually saw one of the cleaning ladies letting the door slam as she was entering and exiting the room while cleaning.

I usually visit this area every 3 months. I picked this hotel because of the location and meeting rooms. While everything was not perfect (meeting room full, Old style AC, and wireless issues) they stepped up each and every time to make everything work for me. Very glad that I was quickly put at ease. Very satisfied with all aspects of our stay.

Nice clean hotel with a friendly staff. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5min drive. Downtown is a straight drive from the hotel about 10 minutes.

I try to ONLY stay in these suites for the kitchen and the other ameneties that are specific to suites. I have been to these suites in several other cities and I ABSOLUTELY SWEAR BY THEM. They ALL have the same breakfast deal with REAL food, however processed it may be. There are REAL eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, French toast, fresh fruit, […] HOT coffee etc for breakfast from like 7-930a and an afternoon buffet for a couple of hours in the afternoon during the week. So for me this was GREAT. It was absolutely worth the price of the room, since my twin 14's could eat breakfast and snack in the afternoon until their hearts content! I also used the gym and I loved it. My kids enjoyed the pool. The WIFI was good and didn't require a password. The hotel itself was CLEAN, CONVENIENT, AND SAFE. That's the good. Now the bad: (specific to the Charlotte, NC location. I would have given an easy 5 stars, but for the following: CARD KEYS ARE HORRIBLE... I had to change the card key CONSTANTLY. They hardly EVER worked on the door from the parking lot and alot of times they did not work on the room door either. They had to actually change the lock mechanism on my room door along with the battery that operates the mechanism. The cards are EASILY demagnetized and I changed them DAILY. ^^^^^ These suites had small "colllege dorm" refrigerators WITHOUT ICE MAKERS. I have been to several others that had full size fridges... THE ICEMAKER FOR THE WHOLE HOTEL WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR....I had to go from the 5th floor to the first floor and then play with the stupid card key lock to get ice.... I found that UNACCEPTABLE. Other than those problems I had a GREAT STAY. I do think that compared to the other HSS in thier system, that this one should probably undergo a modernization type renovation. I would DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THESE HSS to every and anyone! I cannot think of anything else and I hope this was thorough and helpful. Thanks :D Devamı

My husband our two sons and myself stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend trip to Carwinds. The hotel was in a good location. We WILL definitely stay at this hotel again. Our boys really enjoyed their trip. The only complaints i had were they ran out of pool towels and we had to use the towels out of the room at the pool and that lead to them running out […] of towels for the room. The hot tub stayed occupied the very night we decided to get in it was not working other than that we really enjoyed our stay! Devamı

Everything about this hotel was great--especially the staff! We usually stay at Hampton Inns when traveling, but the Hyatt Summerfield Suite chain may just be our new #1 favorite! :)
