everything was good except the shower head which faced the wall and being a person who showers daily it was beyond annoying in the morning as i had to squeeze into the wall to get water to wash off. I tried multiple times to turn the head but it was too tightly done. if i had been staying longer than 2 days i would have definitely complained or gotten […] room changed. Devamı

Decent hotel, but the bed and sheets were not very comfortable. I travel about 10 times per year and the sheets did not feel smooth and clean. For some reason, I felt itchy and uncomfortable, not sure why. Perhaps it was the comforter or sheet material not being good quality cotton. It was also quite cold at night, I had to full from the extra blanket […] in the closet. The atmosphere of the hotel is nice compared to the star reviews on them. Parking is free, which was a plus. My husband and I love finishing date night here. Very nice hotel for the price. Highly recommend.

hotel was convenient, quiet and comfortable. We had a room on the backside of the property and it was nice. very peaceful. We had a non smoking room, but there was a slight smell of residual smoke. I suppose no one can control how other guests behave, but I am always disappointed about non-smoking rooms and their odor of past cigarettes.

Everything was great with our 3day stay. The hotel is very well managed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was very good and was a pleasant surprise! We will definitely stay here again!

Second time here...lovely, clean and welcoming! Will be back! Friendly front desk personnel!

We always stay at this hotel when we are in the Columbia area and we love it. It is convenient, clean, has a nice breakfast. Our room on our last stay was perfect. It was a suite and everything was great. I hesitate to recommend this hotel only because i want to feel secure that it will always be available for us whenever we need it.

We rented 4 rooms for an Ellicott City wedding. Great location for picking up travelers at BWI. We viewed this hotel and two others a month prior to wedding, chose this Hilton. I believe we chose well. Excellent rooms, great pool, convenient free parking, decent, though not cheap breakfast. Gastropub across the lot has excellent pub food.

We used three rooms one night, four the next night, then three the last day. Rooms were convenient to BWI and Laurel and Ellicott City. Clean, comfortable, management placed us all very close together. Breakfast for nine was fine, lingered over coffee. Swimming was wonderful. No flaws in the stay. Water pressure was low in the shower, something I feel […] I should favor in principle, but I don't like when I am standing under the low flow. Devamı

I was only here for one night and spent little time there. My only complaint is that my keys did not work and both times I tried to enter my room I had to trek back to reception to get someone to re-charge keys and come back to the room to try to open the door. Clearly some lock issues. I was offered a free drink at the bar for the hassle which was […] appreciated. A nice hotel with good staff, clean rooms and service. However the most of the machines in the exercise room were partially broken, some even unusable. The hot breakfast buffet had undercooked eggs every day. Otherwise, it was a good choice.

I have been very satisfied with all the Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed at, and this was no exception.

Conveniently located off of I-95 the Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia, MD is close to both Baltimore and Washington D.C. It was approximately a 20 min. car drive to the Inner Harbor district of Baltimore, which is not bad when compared to the hotel rates/service in that area. I would definitely stay there again. They had a McDonalds within walking distance […] and a gas station on site. The staff was friendly and very accomadating. As a matter of fact, we realized when we got home that my son lost his gold ring. I made a call to the hotel manager explaining the situation and he politely told me that they would do there best to find it. Approximately 2 hours later I recieved a call back, and to my surprise they found the ring in the pool. You can't beat that, I would most certainly recommend this hotel with their reasonable rates and trustworthy staff. Devamı

I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout the stay. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the DC/Baltimore area.

This is our favorite hotel in the Columbia/Ellicott City area. It is clean, has a beautiful lobby, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. One gotcha: when you reserve here, figure on 10 bucks extra per person for a teriffic breakfast (no freebie continental). An alternative is McD's, right across a not-very-busy street.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and provides all the amenities you would expect from Hilton. The staff is wonderful. Whether in the restaurant, the front desk or in housekeeping, the staff is courteous, helpful and go out of their way to assist and make you feel like an important guest. The staff is awesome and very helpful. They were truly helpful. They were able to fulfill all of my impossible requests. Although this hotel is ten miles away from the M & T stadium, I would definitely stay there again If I'm in the Baltimore area again.

This hotel was convenient to everything, including Loyola's Columbia campus. Clean, friendly, and accessable via two main roads. McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts right nearby. Also check out the nice cafe in the next building to the right of the McD's. It doesn't open til 11 but looked nice.

Excellent, clean, modern hotel with very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are close to many shopping opportunities and unique eating establishments. I feel the hotel meets the highest of standards. However, I have one suggestion: in order to remain competitive with nearby hotels, they need to consider free breakfast.

The location of the hotel was a bit confusing to find. Parking was plentiful. The hot tub felt great after running 26.2 miles. Would definetely stay again.

Room was clean neat and seemed new. Somehow I got the handicapped room, so the bathroom was huge, and there were crash bars mounted everywhere. Quiet hotel with no issues or disturbances. Great value for the money.
