You know it was the best. The only thing was on the last day when we got up for breakfast I was so looking forward to their wonderful hot meal and ended up with a cold meal, because of the holiday rush they apparently ran out of eggs and sausage. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and efficient. The breakfast was adequate and included eggs, bacon or sausage sandwiches, waffles, and pastry among other things. We stayed in a king whirlpool room. There was plenty of hot water in both the tub and shower. Just two negatives, we went in February, and we couldn't […] get the heat adjusted to make the room warm enough. We found it a bit difficult to sleep because of the temperature. If you have long hair, you might want to bring your own hair dryer. The one that comes with the room is wimpy, and you'd be there all day drying your hair. I find it most convenient to book a room through Expedia. Since the room is pre-paid, there is very little time spent checking in or out. The paperwork just goes so much faster this way. Devamı

Usually can't stand to stay in a hotel, but found this one clean, pleasant, and convienant to beaches and state parks, alot to do around hotel, in case of rain and cold weather. The only thing that i would say needs to be better is the loud exit doors on sides of hotels.......we were in room 101 and the first night got no sleep at all, due to constant […] slamming shut of the door. But other than that, very comfortable place to stay and a filling breakfast bar, with great attention to cleaning the eating area and keeping food refilled!!!! The breakfast was very good with the exception that the oatmeal was lukewarm. The staff is very friendly. Will stay again when we visit Muskegon.

beautiful hotel. nice clean rooms - staff very friendly. My only complaint would be the noise from other guests. We could hear kids running and pounding on doors very early in the morning. This is a nice facility. In general, I would say overpriced. However, for something comfortable near Grand Haven, it was acceptable. Breakfast bar was a bit congested and was pretty basic for the price of the hotel.

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast selection was very good for buffet style. Location was ideal for other choices of places to eat with the mall practically across the street. Overall was very happy with the stay. Loved the personal notes from the housekeeping staff each day.

The room was really nice, comfortable beds and pillows, big bathroom with good shower. Nice hdtv with free cable and super fast wifi for your laptop or smartphone. The hot tub was really nice with a small pool next to it, connected to a shady patio with tables and chairs. Good breakfast with many different options to eat for anybody's likes. We stayed here one night to attend a wedding in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to our destination and close to restaurants and shopping.

I have stayed here before and figured I would stay here again ( close to family ) but this time the room was not very clean - well the Bathroom was not very clean - there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and in the corner of the tub - the sink also had some sort of stains in it - not sure what they were - needless to say we were not very […] impressed this time and will need to rethink about a 3rd stay. I was a little disappointed in the size of the rooms. I have stayed in Fairfield Inn and Suites before (not this one however) where there was a separate area with a couch and tv. With 2 girls traveling with my husband and I , we were glad to be able to get a room here. The couch pulls out. We got in the room, there is no couch, the one wing chair we […] got was very uncomfortable. The 2 beds were tiny. I felt like they were smaller than a typical double. The breakfast was fine, the staff was very nice and helpful with all the questions at check in. The carpet was stained and had not been vacuumed well. Not so good when you have a crawling baby. The walls were extremely thin and the conversations could be clearly heard through them. Plenty of door slamming until midnight as well. Electrical sockets not working or hanging out of the wall, TV;s that don't work or clock radio's that randomly turn […] on every 5 minutes. This hotel was perfect for our weekend in Michigan. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. We were very impressed with the hotel decor, grounds and especially loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening. The only things we could possibly complain (and even then it is not a real complaint) is the elevator is slow and the […] soaps for the shower smell like paste. We have stayed at other area hotels, but this was by far the best in the area. The staff was very accomidating. The hotel was clean. The morning breakfast was the best I have had for a hotel continental breakfast. My family and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Decent hotel for the price. There was only one regular coffee in the room and we didn't notice it until we went to make our morning brew! We are the kind of people who need our coffee before our shower. But other than that, it was fine.

The hotel & staff were great. The only problem we saw was the neighborhood. There is a large parking lot behind the hotel and nightly a street sweeper swept the parking lot starting about 10PM and lasting until nearly midnight.

We actually really like this hotel but there were a few minor problems. The shower rod was broken (the curved rod) which made the curtain hang down in the middle covering only a third of the shower itself. Also, the shower had some cracks in it. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and they give you a ton of pillows! The comforter was white […] and did not have any stains but it was a bit worn. The pool is small but the hot tub is a good size and was nice and hot. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good (as far as hotel breakfast buffets go). The best thing is the make your own waffle bar. It is conviently located next to the freeway and there are lots of places to eat around the area. Devamı

My recent stay was just fine...very nice people working there from the front desk to the girl in the breakfast room. I am very picky about the hotels I stay at, so always reserved when staying at a new location, this one was just fine, clean and cozy. Breakfast had typical fare, yogurt, cereal, waffles, pastries....coffee...so much better than the stuff […] in the room!Fairly easy to get to right off the highway.
