Good location, nice breakfast, clean room.

Nice Hotel with good breakfast, friendly staff. If your room is on the 2nd floor, it is really on the THIRD FLOOR. Up marble winding stairway, so be prepared if you have leg or knee problems or have a lot of luggage.

This hotel is extremely close to train station, which makes everything convinent if you have luggages. They gave us a renovated 3 people room for 2 people only, so the room is spacious. Make sure when u request the room, request windows, lower floors ( because there is no elevator, so make sure you have a man to carry) , and renovated room. Internet […] is expensive in Venice, 2euro for 30 minutes in the hotel. I asked the public Internet stores, it was 3 euro for 30 min. Devamı

The hotel is very close to the Venice Santa Lucia Station. The hotel was in one of the bylanes very close to the station. Very close to the main station and the water taxi stops. Internet charges were very high and the room heating was very poor on the first day. There is a free buffet breakfast with very limited options. This is a good hotel for a […] overnight stay. Devamı

Perfect location. Cosy room with white colour decoration. Nice breakfast. Though I wonder they didnt change my bedsheets everyday.

The continental breakfast was great and the rooms were newly remodeled, esp the bathrooms. WiFi was €5 for two hours which was outrageous compared to other hotels in Italy where the charge is a few Euros for 24 hrs. conveniently located next to the train station. pleasant, but not very helpful staff. Negatives are no elevator so have to schlepp your […] suitcases up a narrow stairway. We were bitten by mosquitoes all night which left our faces with little red bumps. I kept being awakened by their buzzing near my ears and finally decided to get up at 2am and swat a few. I killed six and noticed many other squashed mosquito bodies on the walls from previous guests' attempt to rid themselves of this problem The hotel was no help claiming that it was still warm out and the mosquitos would go away during the winter. The idea of putting screens on the windows is a foreign concept in Venice. They could have warned us!! Devamı

Fabulous location, lovely staff, very average hotel and room but adequate. Overpriced, but then everything is in Venice. No lift in this hotel so be prepared to lug your heavy bags up many steps. Breakfast is barely adequate. Would stay there again as few steps to railway station, shops and eating/drinking as well as to the water bus.

regardless of the star leveling rate which is 2 , the hotel was as good as 4 star hotel service wise. this 4 story hotel dosn't have elevator :O which is shoking ,considering taking the loggeges up ,but the staff are so cool and amazing that u won't bother to be angry ... u can leave unnecessary luggages down stairs in storag and accessable as u wish […] but still.... if u travel light i doubt u regrat ur say there . Don't think I am one of those people who just likes to complain about things. I actually work in a hotel myself and pretty much know what to expect... Booking a two-star hotel, I knew that it would be an older hotel - but old does not need to be dirty!!! Our room was extremely dirty, to a point, where I washed my feet stepping out of the shower onto […] a clean towel... However, peeking into open rooms on another floor, it seems that our floor was the only one that hadn't been renovated yet. The other rooms seemed pretty nice. When we checked out, I mentioned the terrible condition of the room and was asked why we didn't complain at the desk immediately... yeah, guess we should have done that, but we checked in late and only stayed for one night... Location is quite nice - right by the train station, so you can drop of your bag and then go explore. If you decide to stay here, I would definitely make sure to stay in one of the nicer, renovated rooms. Breakfast was good. Devamı

This is a very good hotel and is very close to train station. We found it easy to find while pulling luggage. The hotel staff was very nice also.

My husband and I spend a weekend in Venice in April 2011 staying at the Stella Alpina Hotel and we had a great time. Location of the hotel is very convenient, staff is very helpful. Our room was bigger and better than we expected and it was very clean. Would definitely recommend it!

The hotel was really good and great value. The location was brilliant as we simply got off at the coach station and walked over one bridge and we were almost at the hotel. It is also in a great location for the Waterbus (however this is really busy at around 10 - 11am as tourist coming for the day on the train also use it. We had to wait for 3 to go […] past to get on one! The hotel overall was great - we actually stayed in the rooms with the shared bathroom and we found that it was fine and we knew that all of the five rooms were occupied and the bathroom did not cause us a problem whatsoever! The room was on the small side but that did not both us as there is so much to see and do in the city. The only one disappointment was the hot drinks at Breakfast. The Hot Chocolate was soo watered down and it was horrible but the continental breakfast was great and you could have as much as you wanted. I would defiantly recommend this hotel if you wanted to be close to the train/coach station or you wanted to enjoy Venice without spending huge amounts of money on a double bed for three nights! The receptionist was snoody and the room was extremely small, even for European standards. The extra blankets had hair on them. Even though this hotel is close to the train station, there a ton of hotels close by. Do not book this hotel!

Easy access to train station and water taxi. No lift (elevator), but heck for the price and location it wasn't bad for one night. All in all I'd stay here again.

l'hotel est propre et le petit déjeuné est copieux et sympa. très proche de la gare, mais aussi de la place Roma ou arrive tous les bus des aéroports. Je conseil vivement cet hôtel. Si je devais relever un point négatif, se serai le wifi payant et qui ne fonctionne que proche de la réception, pour le reste parfait.

Certaines chambres sont situées juste au-dessus d'un restaurant (ne dépendant pas de l'hôtel) et il est impossible de dormir avant que ce restaurant ne ferme, c'est-à-dire après minuit Oubliez-donc la perspective d'un week-end reposant... L'hôtel est parfaitement au courant de ce problème, mais continue cependant à proposer ces chambres! Fint Hotel til prisen., med en efter min mening rigtig god beliggenhed, lige ved banegården og 15-20 min. gang til busholdeplads pizala roma (nem til og fra rejse) og dog alligevel centralt placeret ved hoved strøg med masser af liv og leben. værelset var i en rimelig god stand, men havde dog problemer med noget lys på badeværelset og radiator varmen […] som ikke virkede, dette blev dog rettet efter den første dag,selv om vi ikke engang havde klaget over det på dette tidspunkt, det må siges at være ok. værelset lå på 1.sal, det var jo godt, og nemt, da der ingen elevator var, men blev desværre forstyrret lidt af larm fra køkken opvask sent om aftenen og lidt uro på gangen, men det var heldigvis kun een aften, så det kunne vi leve med. Morgen buffen var helt ok. Det var selfølgelig ikke den store kulminariske oplevelse, men der var da et bredt udvalg af forskelligt tilbehør, så der burde være lidt for enhver smag, Og allervigtigst der var nok af den, selv efter 9.30 og blev løbende fyldt op. Så alt i alt et rigtig godt hotel ophold til prisen. Devamı

ΚΟΝΤΑ ΣΤΟ ΠΑΡΚΙΝΚ ΚΑΙ ΣΤΟ ΣΤΑΘΜΟ ΤΩΝ ΤΡΕΝΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΓΙΑ 50 ΕΥΡΩ ΗΤΑΝ ΚΑΛΟ.

Easy to find, very close to main station, it took me about 1 minute to get there. 2 disadventages: no lift and no free wi-fi. Very good breakfast!

Hotel Stella Alpina Edelweiss was easy to find and in the central area. 20 min walk to the cruise port. Not very much of a breakfast and no elevator. The staff did their work, no more, no less. Das Hotel war sehr sauber sowie das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet sehr nahe zum Bahnhof. Es ist renovationsbedürftig sehr alte Badewanne mit Sprüngen!Es ist jedoch sehr ringhörig und laut man hört alles.

Cheguei no hotel numa sexta a noite e fui informada de que o quarto que havia reservado não estava disponível e eu seria transferida pra outro, sem banheiro privativo. Entrei nesse quarto que parecia em obras, com um degrau bem esquisito na entrada, e passei uma noite assim. No dia seguinte fui avisada de que o outro quarto estava disponivel e fui pra […] lá. O quarto era OK, o banheiro mto escuro. O hotel não tem elevador, e é preciso pagar pra usar a internet. Paguei internet, mas o sinal não chegava no meu quarto, então tinha que me sentar no corredor do andar de baixo pra conseguir mandar emails. Fui cobrar uma restituição do valor que já tinha sido pago na reserva e me devolveram ridículos 20 euros. Não fiquei batendo boca pq não queria estragar minhas férias. Custo-benefício beeem ruim.
