fantastic, the staff really trying hard but a little inexperienced. Did not like the restaurant being in the reception area.

walking distance to some really great dinning areas, great shopping and still quiet, clean and friendly hotel.

We had a good stay at the HGI - Calabasas. It is well maintained and very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It has easy access to the highway and is very close to good restaurants as well as Starbucks and Corner Bakery. All in all, we would recommend it highly.

The hotel and room itself were above average and I did not hear any of the other guests while I was in my room. However...the room smelled a bit of paint and/or carpet cleaning, (maybe they are renovating?) and the soda machines on 2 floors did not work. The staff was very nice although they can't seem to locate a sweater I left hanging in the closet […] which is a huge bummer for me. Overall a great stay for the price I paid on hotels.com. Devamı

I have arrived saturday afternoon, my on line reservation has allready been paid for so ,with in few minutes i was heading to my room. after long day at work it felt good to come to a clean quite room (the hotel is under renovation i think) so the floor i was on had empty rooms so it was quite. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn I will be back

TV is pretty basic, and in room movies run from $5 and up. So be warned if you're not a reader. Room service is REALLY pricey. I was kind of disappointed as the food was pretty average. Breakfast buffet is nice, if you eat a big breakfast, but if you're a toast and coffee kind of person, there isn't much for you. They don't have anything BUT the buffet. […] They graciously just didn't charge me for the buffet and just charged my husband for the buffet since I had a bagel and cream cheese and nothing else. Overall, I really liked the hotel and found the tub deep enough for an actual bath. We were there on business, so we didn't really spend much time in the room or in the area. There are several good restaurants nearby and the neighborhood feels quite nice and safe. I'd definitely recommend it. The bed is one of those adjustable ones, but it was fine. It's not the sleep number air mattress kind of adjustable but something else and it worked just fine for me. I can't sleep on a sleep number bed. Devamı

Got to our room and it was freezing because the heater wasn't working. We had no trash cans and light bulbs were burned out. They put us on a floor where they were making tons of noise by the maintenence crew. At 8am I had to open the door and tell them to shut up because they were all drilling and using power tools and talking loudly right outside […] of my door. Convenient to where we were to go the next day. we had to stop to find out which way to go. Difficult to find.

I brought my mother down for her 70th birthday, to see Dionne Warwick perform at Pepperdine. Hotel was easy to find, clean, my mother commented it's one of the nicest hotels she's stayed at. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and chatted with us, then acknowledged us and smiled when we walked past him on our way to the concert. For being a Hilton, I was a bit disappointing in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. However, the first morning, there wasn't any hot water for my shower. I called the front desk and they said that they would send someone right up. 10 mins go by, and I had to get ready, so I turned the heater […] way up and braved the cold shower. The next morning, (around 9 am) I was awoken by what sounded like people bowling above me. (Being on the top floor, I knew it wasn't another guest). When I went down for breakfast, I saw they were taking out and changing the carpets, which was probably the reason for the loud noises. It could have just been bad timing, but I won't be staying at this particular hotel again. Devamı

We found this to be a lovely place to stay. It is easy to visit both the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley areas as it is right off the 101 freeway.

Comfortable hotel with easy access. This was my fourth stay and I will stay again. My only complaint this time was that the hotel seemed much noisier than usual.

I stay here everytime I visit my son!! The beds are so GREAT!! Very comfortable . . .great night sleep!! My room was very clean and I will definately be coming back to stay here on my next visit to Calabasas!!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Calabasas was excellent. We were very happy and would recommend it to all our friends. Not far to Malibu yet away from all the crowds.

room was clean, well decorated, and bed was comfy front desk was very accommodating and friendly room had fridge, which is always a bonus :)

Not exactly close to downtown but easy access to freeway to studios and the hotel was great. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was decent, my only gripe was with the service. I was in town to run the bulldog 50K at the nearby Malubi Creek State Park and when I booked I requested a late checkout. Whne I checked in I followed up with the front desk to make sure I could get an extra hour or two on the checkout time and they told me to check back in the morning. I did […] just that the next morning and was told I should have arranged for that the previous night - sucks for me... This will be my last stay at this Hilton, if they don't care about the customers I'm not going to spend my money there. Devamı

The walls are so thin that I could hear next room and people in the hallways. The housekeeping started cleaning in the room above me at 8am.

The grounds were maintained nicely. The beds were so uncomfortable and the room smelled like smoke. Thin walls. It was a nice looking hotel though.

Stayed here while visiting the Reagan Library and Malibu beach. Short and beautiful drives to both places. The hotel was wonderful. Quiet, clean, and the family loved the pool and hot tub. The location was great. We were just a block away from nice restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.

The hotel was nice, but the things they say they have, they do not, like a Bar/Lounge NO and NO Place to eat with in the Hotel, the king room was suppose to have a flat screen tv, not that either. But the over all stay was ok.

Just recently stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and can only recommend it. The hotel was very well maintained and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel pool was great addition and nice opportunity to relax and refresh. Breakfast was not cheap but the selection and friendly hostess were definitely worth it. We highly recommend this hotel. It was easy to find, very well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the a/c worked great. We were totally pleased with everything about it!

Excellent hotel, facilities and staff.

Centrally located on a quiet hillside. Close to the best surfing/sunbathing beaches, canyons, parks, and beautiful smaller cities west of Los Angeles. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. The pool and grounds are the cleanest I have ever seen in any four star hotel. Beautiful rooms with very comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. This hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was also very reasonably priced. We will definitely recommend it to our friends, family and anyone else.

This hotel exceeded our standards. The staff was very friendly and the comfort and cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The Commons were within walking distance with great shopping and dining.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend since we were attending a wedding in Malibu. It was only 20 minutes from PCH and was a very beautiful and scenic drive through the Santa Monica Mtns. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was able to accomodate our needs/requests despite hosting 3 weddings and a bar mitzvah. The hotel […] is also very conveniently located....you can walk to the Commons shopping plaza where there are multiple restaurants ranging in price. We will definitely stay here again whenever we're in the area. Devamı

We arrived early at about 10:30 AM and were worried about the check-in. The receptionist was pleasant and told us there was no problem and we were swttled into out very comfortable, clean room at 10:45 AM. The area offered great restaurants, shopping malls and a short, but traffic congested trip to downtown Los Angeles. This hotel offers good value […] for free WiFi access, but breakfast is an extra charge. All in all our stay was pleasant and the staff were more than helpful. Devamı

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff.

Staff was excellent. The hotel is one minute to the 101 FWY and 10 minutes to Malibu beach. Shopping and restaurants were walking distance. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to L.A.

We have stayed here a few times. Always clean, quiet and pleasant. Staff is professional and the location very quiet and secluded. You forget you are just blocks away from entertainment, shopping and nice restaurants.

The Inn is located in Calabases in a beautiful lush sourounding. The service is satisfactory and definitely worth the price.

We stayed one night in the Hilton Garden Inn - had two queen beds facing the parking lot on the third floor. It was quiete - I ocassionally heard the TV of the neighbors - but I guess thats normal for a price. The hotel room was clean, had a large bathroom and the beds were comfortable. The Hotel is in a very nice area with lots of restaurants. It was easy to find and parking was close to room and entry doors. The room was well kept and clean. Bedding was sooooo comfy. Sleeping was not a problem. We had the King with jacuzzi tub and it felt great. No chance to visit the pool and outdoor jacuzzi but if I need a room in the area, I will […] return here. Devamı
