Have gone to this same hotel for 3 years but this year was terrible. Grandson's birthday pool & hottub party each year. This time had some very(druggies?)nasty ,physically nasty and foul mouthed accupants in the hotel. I would not have my children treated this way. We had to stay in our room rather than be verbally and physically abusedagain in the […] pool area. Hotel manager just advised us not to go to pool when they were there. Maybe my children could go to pool area at 6:30am when it 1st opened the next day! The management did offer to return my money so I could go to a neighboring hotel----this is at 8pm at night, repack up 5 children and reload the car with below zero weather outside! I don't think so. Weekend was already ruined for these kids. Now they ask if the "mean people" will be at the hotel next time we go. Devamı

This facility is exactly what we expected and room was fine. Simply a place to stay at a discount rate. The bright spot is the lady in the morning at the breakfast bar. She was very polite and was helpfull and even cooked the waffle for us. Very Nice Lady!! Staff always greated upon entry and all were very pleasant.

The hotel was verry clean. The staff was very polite. The only thing we thought was wrong was the smell. We are not sure what it was, but it smelled like burnt coffee. Lucky for us it didn't smell in the rooms. We had no complaints about anything else

not enough towels in the rooms. the carpets needed cleaning and the whole hotel smelled of burnt coffee or curry - Indian??? No bad though - decent place.

This hotel was absolutely outstanding! It was clean, staff was friendly and the room was marvelous. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and by far this one is the best one we have stayed at and will continue to stay on our trips to this area. And for the price we stayed at you could not beat it! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying […] in the area. I have taken both of my sons on weekends away for their 13th birthdays. My younger son had decided he wanted to go to Elkhart to visit the Hall of Heroes Museum and the RV/Motor Home Hall of Fame. The hotel was very conveniently located right off the Toll Road, and was very near restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very nicely decorated and very […] neat and clean. The only issue we had with the trip was when I had trouble logging onto the hotels WIFI. I was never able to proper log on, but the hotel told me it was a known issue and quickly offered an ethernet cable that allowed me to plug into the room's data jack. Overall, if I were to go back to Elkhart, I would stay there again. Devamı

Great breakfast. Had to ask the clerk to turn on the lights for the swimming pool area before we could swim. Housekeeping called our room before the checkout time to ask when we were checking out. That was annoying.

First time we stayed here and it was quite nice. Room was clean with extra blankets and pillows. Good selection on the TV, not that we were there much. The saltwater pool was nice. It wasn't one of those bath water temperature pools either. A nice refreshing 80-85 degrees. Just nice. The breakfast was good. Basically a continental with sausage rounds, […] sauage links and what Americans call 'Canadian Bacon', which is just ham slices. Toast, cereal, donuts and all the usual stuff. The staff were all nice and friendly. The only issue was that the wireless access in the room was a little weak, so the manager gave me a network cable to plug in by the desk. Devamı

Apparently new management. Desk clerks were not competent dealing with registration or billing information. Computer for guest use appears to be someones personal computer that has been brought in. Primarily a gaming unit which doesn't handle usual web use. SLOW! Stronger management is needed.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with country decor of course. The sheets were very nice. My internet kept going out and only got 3 bars on the wireless. I asked at the desk and got cord to plug in hardwire, but condition continued.

A clean and friendly, older hotel in Elkhart. Rooms are spacious. Staff are very attentive to needs. Water pressure in the shower is not consistent, although you will not get burned. Not much variety in breakfast buffet, but coffee is excellent. WiFi not high speed, but adequate.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in and have continued tostay in Country Inn & Suites as much as we can. The service and breakfast was good.

This was a nice hotel. The indoor pool was a great way to relax and have fun. The staff was great, very warm and helpful.

The staff at check in was extremely helpful & friendly & they even called the local pizza place to order our pizza for us because I had bronchitis & was having trouble talking. The first morning breakfast attendant was very unfriendly, bordering on rude. Luckily the second morning we were there the nice lady from check in was the attendant. We stayed at this hotel while we were in town visiting family in Elkhart. It was clean, comfortable and offered a delicious, hot breakfast each morning. Most important, we did not see any bed bugs nor did we bring any home with us! This was our second time at this property and we would gladly stay there again.

Hotel was very nicely decorated. The room was huge. This was important to us since we were traveling with a person in a wheelchair. We weren't able to get an acessible room that would fit our needs, so we requested a ground floor room. The room was big enough for our son to easily move around in. The bathroom was big enough to get the wheel chair in, […] but not quite big enough to transfer for a disabled person. If bathroom is not important, or if disabled person has some walking ability, this was a fantastic choice. Don't let a sold out accessible room stop you from booking this facility. The room was very warm, even with the heat off (we stayed in January). I wasn't able to acesss their WIFI, but didn't pursue the matter with hotel staff, due to lack of importance to my stay. Devamı

We stayed here when needing easy access to the ND game, it was great and right off the interstate.

Only complaint was breakfast. Unless you were there early you got what was left.

This room had plenty of room and lots of extras, like free breakfast and cookies in the lobby 24/7. Plus free Wi-Fi and only about 20-25 minutes to Notre Dame.

This hotel is location is very good for getting around town. Food and gas are very close. We were attending the 2010 Elkhart Jazz Festival and wanted a close hotel location. Our reservation was correct, but our room was not ready when we arrived, the cleaning service worker was still in the room, even though the desk clerk gave us the key. We waited […] for her to finish cleaning the room. We were located in the front of the hotel and the hotel sliding door was very noisy, all night we heard that door. Breakfast was included, but it was your choice of a waffle or a waffle. There was coffee, juice, yorgurt, biscuits & gravy, ham and, sausage. No scrambled eggs or hash brown potatoes, just waffles. The room above our must have had many children because the noise from the ceiling of people running around and walking was very noisy. It's a good thing we weren't in the room for long hours at a time. The 2010 Elkhart Jazz Festival was wonderful, if you have never been to a Jazz festival this one always has the best music. Devamı

This hotel is a terrific value for the price. Employees go out of their way to help you. From the phone call to me in the room 10 minutes after checking in to asking you constantly "is there anything I can do for you" they make you feel they mean it.

We stay in this area often for football games. This was the nicest for the price we have stayed at in years. Clean, friendly, and roomy. Nice breakfast. All staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend to others

The only thing we wish would have been a little different was the time breakfast ended. When you are on vacation you don't want to have to get up early just for continental breakfast. It ended at 9:30 am. Other than that it is clean, comfortable and very nice!!!
