Rooms were neat and clean. Service was overall good but staff was very busy. Location was very convenient to metro and local convenience store. Room service breakfast was outstanding. Very good value for money.

I found the hotel to be excellent. It is 65 stories tall. I was given a beautiful corner suite on the 38th floor. It is next to the Financial Center Metro stop giving quick access to the new Emirates Mall and indoor ski run. The staff was courteous and efficient. As in Dubai generally, English was the spoken language. The staff in the hotel made it for me. They were so helpful and friendly and the room was kept extremely clean throughout my stay and everything was of a very high standard. I will definitely recommend this hotel in the future.

Rose Rayhaan, Dubai is situatated in the Financial District of Dubai and very close to the metro station. It is ideally situated as a base to visit the major attractions in the southern Dubai area, including Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, Burg Khalifa. This hotel is beautiful, the location is Perfect, and the rooms I've seen are very nice/comfortable, I was on a high floor and had a great view of the city. The major issue that will not make me stay here again is the fact that rooms are not wireless Internet capable. There is a spot to hardwire into, but c'mon. Also just as a warning, it's a dry hotel, however of you cross the street to the sister rotana there is a nice restaurant/bar in the basement. Great hotel, stayed on the 44th floor which was really nice! Friendly staff and most of all it's in a perfect location, right behind the hotel is the DIFC which has nice restaurants and bars. Tallest hotel in the world, rooms were just average but the value for money and location made it the one hotel I would be keen to return to next time in Dubai. The Metro is literally outside the front door, theres a supermarket round the corner and ATM's local, a nightclub over the road. It's the most convenient of all hotels stayed in so far.

Perfect hotel in downtown Dubai. Very modern and updated. It is very close to major cafe's, restaurants and markets nearby. Metro stop just a few step away. Overall, fantastic.

We got a room on 45. floor with a fantastic view. Close to the Metro so you didn't need to take a taxi everywhere. Wonderful of all of the dwtn area from the high floors. Close to subway station. 24hr market around the corner. Flts get into Dubai at all hrs of the day and night and our at 4am and we were given our room at 6am ahead of the usual check-in time of 2pm and not charged an additional day. I stayed 4 nights with my family during Dubai Tour. Hotel location is closed to Metro which 2 minutes by foot. Room is clean and all staffs are very kindly. Also, It is very good that hotel provided storage room with free of charge for luggage after check out. I was very impressed.

The price I paid was reasonable, especially given the location, but if I had paid much more I might have been disappointed. The people were friendly, but the hotel itself wasn't anything particularly fantastic. I had two friends who paid nearly double what I paid (booking through Saudi Arabia) and they were disappointed. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep at night, this hotel is more than adequate. Hotel is new, staff very friendly, rooms are large and clean. weaknesses are: they charge very much for internet and because i've been connected for 2 hours i couldn't bought the 3rd hour, because the system was protecting from a fraud!! ridicoulus! unfortunately the hotel is alcohol free, so after one day of hard work you can not drink a beer!!

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel while attending business i Dubai. I got bumped up a level and got a room on the 48th floor with a spectacular view. The room was absolutely great. Internet is not free, but the connection speed was very impressive. Breakfast and gym facility was fine. All in all a really good hotel.

I must say that in many of the different hotels that I have ever stayed in I was very surprised and very pleased. Great Hotel and Service. The kichenette in the room was a life saver for my wife, son and me.Never go to Dubai during Ramamdan. The city was dead and no food and drinks sold from 7 am-7 pm. Its on people from the West.

The hotel is located next to Sheik Zayed highway exit and in close proximity to the Dubai Mall. Rooms were very modern and comfortable with good sized fridge to store your own stuff.

I had already surveyed it before I put up at this hotel. Quality, condition, location of the hotel was only superb. I remember that there are 6~7 Rotana in Dubai, and I had stayed 3 of them, but this Rose Rayhaan by Rotana was the best. It worth the money. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Dubai airport, and you can reach everywhere like beach, shopping […] mall, golf course and you name it. It looked like the perfect hotel, but there was a fly in the ointment. When I dropped in at the hotel to get a refund for the duplicate internet charge, I don't remember her name but the lady in the front desk didn't give me a pleasant feeling. This hotel was amazing. I have traveled all around the world, to over 26 different countries in the last two years and this hotel by far was my favorite and most comfortable. Also wer meint er wohnt dann im 56 Stock, dass kann man vergessen ausser man hat ein Zimmer dass einem ein hohes Stockwerk garantiert. Nur es muss schon sehr hoch sein, denn wohl auch noch bis zum 40 Stock schaut man nur an die Fasade des anderen Wolkenkratzer wenn man nicht auf der richten seite ist. Dies aber alles nur am Rande. Ich würde das Hotel […] nicht empfehlen weil die Fenster extrem schlecht Isoliert sind. Mann hört den Verkehr von draussen, dass ist sonst in den Hotels in den UAE nicht üblich. Wer den Lärm nicht stört kann sich aber über sehr geräumige Zimmer in einem sehr guten Zustand freuen. Leider kein Deutscher TV Kanal! Parkplatz genügend vorhanden und die Lage ist sowieso Top für alle die keine Strandferien machen wollen. Devamı

Bra hotell i riktigt bra läge. det som drar ner betyget är städningen på rummet, tråkiga poolområdet och att man inte kan ta ett glas vin eller öl till middagen. Hotellet är totalt alkoholfritt. Väldigt proffsig och tillmötesgående personal.

O hotel é muito legal, principalmente se voce ficar nos andares mais altos. Quarto muito confortavel e otima localizacao. O cafe da manha é excelente (pena ser cobrado a parte), com otimas opcoes e qualidade superior. Tivemos um pequeno problema em relacao ao quarto, pois, mesmo tendo reservado um quarto sky, quiseram nos colocar no andar 21. Vanaf binnenkomst tot zelfs na het uitchecken ban je altijd welkom!! De ligging van het hotel is zeer gunstig en cantraal, omdat de metro voor de deur is zijn alle plekken bereikbaar.

Vores familie på fem havde et dejligt vinterferie ophold på hotellet. Vi fik en god pris på upgrade, fri internet samt morgenmad ved vor ankomst midt om natten. Hotellet behjælpelig med diverse ønsker. Perfekt morgenmadsbuffet, overalt meget venlig betjening. 100 m fra nærmeste metrostation. Al nostro arrivo alle 6:30 del mattino è stato fatto l’Early check (il previsto era alle 14) ed, in più, abbiamo avuto l’”upgrade” gratuito della camera, al 44 esimo piano. Stanza pulita, ampia e confortevole, con un bel bagno, TV LCD da 36 pollici, arredamento moderno, angolo cucina dotato di frigo, fornelli e microonde. A disposizione un bollitore […] con il necessario per preparare thé e caffé che veniva rifornito giornalmente, oltre a bottiglie d'acqua gratuite. L'hotel è nuovissimo e si trova sulla Sheikh Zayed Road, di fronte alla fermata della metro rossa.. A 5 minuti di taxi ci sono il Dubai Mall e il Burj Khalifa. Personale sempre disponibile, gentile e preparato. La colazione è buona e abbandonante. Unico problema: la disorganizzazione della sala (forse perché è piccola) e il servizio. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen auf den gängigen Portalen haben wir uns für das Rose Rayhaan entschieden. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen in keinster Weise erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind außerordentlich klein, schlecht geschnittel und sehr hellhörig. Prinzipiell für Businessgäste mit Kochnische und wenig Gepäck praktikabel eingerichtet jedoch für Urlaubsgäste […] nicht zu empfehlen. Aussicht im 50 Stock gut aber nicht beeindruckend (entgegengesetzte Seite zum Burj Khalifa). Das Hotelrestaurant war außerordentlich schlecht und auch hinsichtlich Preis/-Leistung überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. (Anmerkung: Für (Urlaubs-)Hotels in Dubai ungewöhnlich: Kein Alkohol zu bekommen). Sehr kleines Business Center (3PCs) mitunter wohl deshalb außerordentlich teuer. (Nichtraucher)Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht vorbereitet. Aufgrund Gestank waren wir zu einem Wechsel gezwungen (2 Stunden Wartezeit, in der City verbracht). Alles in Allem (für den Preis und vor allem auch für Urlaubsgäste) Nicht zu empfehlen! Devamı

Vi bodde i en utav sviterna på våning 55 med utsikt över såväl Burj Khalifa som vattnet. Såklart fantastisk utsikt och rummet var stort och inget att klaga på. Däremot får man passa sig lite för personalen. Det är väldigt många som jobbar på hotellet och de ler alltid och hälsar. Problemet är bara när man behöver deras hjälp - de ser alltid till att […] svara på ens frågor även om de inte kan svaret, vilket ledde till att vi hamnade lite fel ett par gånger efter att ha bett om råd. Sedan bokade vi en ökensafari genom dem som de missat att boka hos arrangören, vilket ledde till att vi stod och väntade i lobbyn i 1 timme innan de upptäckte felet ,efter att vi påtalat det för dem, och det hela slutade med att våra planer för kvällen blev förstörda och vi fick boka en ökensafari själva till en annan dag.
