We booked this room (Jr Suite) for only 1 night since we were leaving from Los Cabos the next day. I realized that after I had booked the room, I had read that the room we booked would be on the lower floors. Which I didn't mind but when we got into our room it was with a view of the parking lot. They weren't full at all (even though it was Spring Break). […] Thought they could've given us a nicer view but we didn't want to complain b/c we were only there for 1 night and we had spent 8 great days w/ an incredible view of the beach near Los Barrilles. The room was clean at least. My 5 yr old wanted to go in the pool to swim. Pool was ok. The orca slide was a hit! The hot tub wasn't working (bummer). There were Spring Breakers all around. My 5 yr old was oblivious to them. She was too busy diving down for her shells that we threw in the pool for her (to distract her from some of the craziness around her). Nice view of the beach and El Arco. Nice deli on the property. The hotel is a bit noisy in the evenings. We heard every screaming, drunk Spring Breaker coming into the lobby. Overall it was an ok property. Could use some updating. The staff were really nice and helpful in recommendations for dinner. Not sure if we would stay here again. We had two rooms for my family. The first night we were on the 1st floor. It was very noisy, we ask to change, the staff was very accomadating. We moved to the 5th and 6th floor. The Hotel is located on a swimming beach, within walking distance to the marina or down town. There is a small deli and market on the property. Decent price, very few hotels with swim allowed beach, but this does. Close to town and a nice little grocery store and deli on site.

After check-in we met with the concierge where I purchased a ‘gold’ card which gave me a certain % off at the resort’s restaurants, grocery store & activities. I would get my $$ back plus a gift certificate to a local restaurant if I went to the ‘free breakfast’ but wasn’t interested bc I knew it was a timeshare presentation & a hard sell. Our hotel […] phone would ring daily but never a message left. We finally answered our phone on Christmas Day, thinking it was family but it was the concierge asking us why we hadn’t gone to the breakfast, she ‘gave’ us a gold card, etc. She didn’t’ ‘give’ me a gold card… I purchased it!! Service was slow. The rooms were outdated & smelt moldy. The restaurant food isn’t that great. Not to mention it’s on ‘no thank you’ beach where the locals are constantly trying to sell you something. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Devamı

The hotel needs maintenance. In our stay one elevator never worked and the other only half the time. Totally unacceptable.

The room's ocean view was very nice and in general the hotel was pleasent. Had a small issue with the elevators but beyond that was very satisfied with our stay. Was not bothered by the constant time share people like in other hotels we have stayed at. We'll stay again in the future.

The hotel was full of guests, all very friendly, even though we vacationed in the "off" season. The staff were very friendly, and the activities people at one of the pools kept it busy with activities like water aerobics, "tequila" volleyball (had to do a bellyflop into the pool as the 'penalty' for missing up a shot - lots of laughs). The other pools […] were quieter if you'd rather avoid that type of thing. They had some type of entertainment going on nightly, which we could enjoy right from our balcony. Olga at the concierge's desk was super nice and a wealth of information on what to do around Cabo. Loved our stay here! Devamı

The hotel is on a great swimming beach. The room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly. We were always greated in the lobby. The food from the snack bar and the restaurant by the beach was very good. The hotel is close to Cabo. I had two great massages on the beach.

I travel often...I'm a pilot. I would never recommend this place. My first room was facing the parking lot, the second room was a view of nextdoor hotel...only. The third room finally had a good view (ocean view) but that was extra. If you don't buy a view here than goodluck! The all inclusive food was horrible except for the pizza. There are much better […] places to stay than this. Don't expect much when staying here. Devamı

we were a little apprehensive about this place when we booked it because we heard that there is a lot of pressure for time share buying at check in. We did get a message on our phone asking us to pick up our cards for added discounts (time share associated). But that was it. Loved this place. Right on the beach. Lots of action going on and the entertainment […] staff seemed really interactive with the guests. I think the only negative thing i can think of is that late at night they did not enforce the quiet time (11:00 p,m.) as well as they could have. Seemed very noisey (spring break partiers) all hours of the night and the halls echoed that even more. But overall, we really enjoyed out stay. we had two rooms and they allowed us to check in early into one room and store the luggage for the other room in there as well. Devamı

The location was good and the property was very nice. However, if you aren't interested in spending 90 minutes (at least) on a sales presentation then stay somewhere else. They are relentless. To be fair, the tour does entitle you to a discount card for food and activities - but they will not rest until you commit to the presentation. the hotel was clean and very nice but the service was a bit poor had to wait a long time for a waiter to show up with hardly any people there, you'd think they would be a little faster. cleaning lady would show up odd hours never on a schedule that you could get used to. prices for drinks were ridiculous

Great experience, super location and access to the city as well as privacy.

The Vista Del Palmar was everything we expected and more! The property is beautifully maintained, the grounds were immaculate, the pools were clean and well staffed, the beach and beach chairs/towels were clean and inviting. This is the oldest property of the three in the Villa family (Villa Del Palmar, Villa La Estancia and Villa Del Arco) and it felt […] new! The rooms were beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and the views were awesome. The restaurants were good while the food/drinks were a bit pricey for Mexico. We ended up doing all of our dining in town (Maro's Shrimp House is GREAT). Overall, Villa Del Palmar was an exceptional property at a fantastic price (through Hotels.Com). We're already planning our next visit to the property. Devamı

We had a great time, but did have to refuse several times an invitation to the "tour". Easy walk to town and the central district. We love to walk on the beach, but this beach was difficult. Did most of our walking around town.

Best place for families. Loved location. Beach was fun and safe for swimming. Staff was the best. Kids loved slide. Drinks and food were great. Will go back.

Muy bonito con excelente ubicacion y todas las amenidades necesarias para una gran estadia. TODO EL PERSONAL TRATA A LOS HUESPEDES CON SUMA AMABILIDAD, DESDE EL PERSONAL ADMINISTRTIVO HASTA LOS SEÑORES JARDINERON SON MUY AMIGABLES Y HOSPITALARIOS. EL SPA ESTA DE PRIMER MUNDO!

Las instalaciones del hotel en referencia al precio son muy buenas, pero la comida deja mucho que desear, en especial la del Restaurante La Perla.

Todo bien, buen trato, excelentes instalaciones, recomendable.
