Our first night in South Africa after a very long trip - this was the perfect place to stay!

Overall stay was super excellent. We were very satisfied.

The hotel is very close to the Waterfront (which is where we were mostly hanging out at night for dinner/drinks) and very convenient. Our rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is very busy though all the time because of the Convention Center so it was difficult to get a late check out. However, they did offer us the Spa to freshen […] up before going to the airport. The hotel is a city hotel and no beach around. So if it's a beach you are looking for, this hotel is not for you. It is great for business and for a winter stay. This is my second time at The Westin Cape Town and I would definitely stay there again! Devamı

We have been locked in the elevator for nearly 2 hours and they don't have technician on board, but have to wait 1 hour to get them at the hotel. When you know that there is 20 floors and four elevators in this hotel it's a bit surprising

Hotel staff were very professional and friendly and the room was fabulous. The proximity of the hotel to the V&A waterfront meant that you could have some quiet time at the hotel but the complemetary bus (every 30 mins) to the waterfront made it very easy to get back there. Would love to stay at this hotel again.

The Hotel has all the basics of a fine Hotel.

Truly 5-star. I travel and stay in different hotel 3-4 times a month and this was the best hotel I have stayed it. Beautiful view, amazing breakfast, top-notch rooms, great service. Will be staying there again.

the best hotel in town.

We had a suite. I suggest you book a high floor to get a great view of both Table Mountain and of the Bay. View to die for. Additionally, the hotel has a free 8 minute shuttle to the V&A Waterfront. The breakfast included in the room is amazing!

Really nice hotel. Came on business and stayed a few extra days for pleasure (3days total). I also stayed at the Hilton on the same trip - also nice hotel, yet I preferred the Westin. I travel so oft, but was never so surprised with the kind of room Westin offers!! One of my best stay so far!!!

We really very much liked our stay in the Westin hotel in Cape Town. The service is very good, the room wonderful and also we loved the possibility to go by bus to the harbor. That was very good arranged. We already promoted the hotel to other people who are staying in South Africa quite often. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Booked a suite for 2 nights and paid in full via hotels.com - due to schedule changes only arrived on day 2. Was advised on check suite was not available now, only standard room. No refund option?? It is a Westin and it certainly holds up. The rooms are a good size and clean and come with wifi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the street from the convention center and there is a tourism office inside that can help with day trips. The breakfast buffet is extensive. Excellent hotel but have to get free shuttle bus to the waterfront that runs every 30 min.

Excellent location with regular service bus to the V&A Waterfront. Very good quality hotel and reasonably priced for the quality of service and location. Generally staff helpful. The best breakfast of any of the hotels I have stayed in over the past few years.

The Westin is a modern western style hotel. The staff tries to do it's best but you may need to make a few calls. Getting the manager involved will solve all the issues. Beware of the car service people at the entrance to the hotel. Cabs and cars will charge any price they want. Negotiate before getting into the car or cab. Very nice facility and rooms. Make sure your rate includes breakfast and take it in the lounge on the 19th floor. The service team there was excellent as was the food... but the view, wow -- worth it even if you don't eat breakfast. Had a minor problem with bill which was resolved immediately without any questions. Would happily return.

Only a short shuttle ride from the V+A Waterfront. Great hotel, would stay again.

Westin cape town is a real good hotel with many facilities. The only problem is that the carpets in the room are old and not veri clean. The rest is excellent

The staff was friendly and helpful, the food in the restuarant was great as was the room service. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others for both business and pleasure.

Excellent value for money, great breakfast, nice gym, great spa sauna view fantastic.

The westin is a lovely hotel and worthy of a 5 star rating! It is luxurious, clean, good staff, good food, lovely rooms, great pool (very underutilized) with great panoramic view of the city. It is pricey and I was disappointed when I arrived in the early am after 2 days travelling to be told I'd need to pay a large additional fee for early check-in. The best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Fresh fruit, sushi, smoked fish and 8-10 hot plates. The only downside is that you are tempted to eat so much you don't take advantage of the fantastic restaurants in Cape Town.

The hotel is almost attached to the convention center which made it very easy to go back and forth during the day. It is very close to the Waterfront and shuttles run every 1/2 hour for those not able to walk. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THIS WELL LOCATED AND BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED HOTEL. THE STAFF AND SERVICE WERE SUPERB AND DRINKS AND CANAPES IN THE CLUB LOUNGE AT SUNSET WERE THE CHERRIES ON TOP! BRILLIANT!

Stayed as a Leisure break for 5 days. Superb service from reception through to the room service porter at 3 in the morning. Rooms are spacious and have excellent views and superb comfy beds. Restaurants are very good, especially the one on the 19th floor. It's definitely a business hotel but that just means no one was around in the day so exclusive […] access to Sauna Steam Gym Pool and Jaccuzzi.....fantastic! Very convenient bus (4min ride) to the VA waterfront and everything felt safe about it. I'd happily go again. Breakfast was a very wide selection which is always a great start to the day. Devamı

Ich war dort für 6 Tage und es war das beste Hotel überhaupt ..Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ...Das Früstück war das beste Früstuck meines Lebens ::)))Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und sie haben eine free shuttle zu Waterfront .. Also immer gerne zurück anch nach Süd Africa Tolles Land und tolle Menschen

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt in Cape Town war dieses Hotel der perfekte Ausgangsort für unsere Ausflüge. Hotelpersonal ist äusserst freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten im Haus perfekt, Gratisshuttle zur Waterfront, Stadtzentrum zu Fuss zu erreichen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Söker du lyx så har du kommit rätt. Inte mycket att säga förutom att det är bästa service, bästa frukostbuffén, bästa bekvämligheten. Pool, bastu och jacuzzi på högsta våningen kan inte bli bättre. Detta är hotellet du ska bo på om du är i Kapstaden!

Erittäin huono tiedon kulku laukut kateissa. Laturia tiedustellessani ei kuulemma löytynyt. Liian iso hotellli ei homma hanskassa.
