Best Travel Inn Cedar City - Cedar City

The hotel was dirty and cold, and the linens were thread bare. Too many negatives to list them all, but we won't stay there again, and even though it is pet friendly, I would never recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very friendly the hotel was clean and the location was right on the highway. Best deal for the money.

was not crouded plenty of parking close to shoping and things to do,parks,and site seeing.

Decided to stay here because the price was right and it was close to the highway. The people running the place aren't terribly friendly. The room was ok but we were pulling a trailer and there was no where in the hotel parking lot to park our vehicle. We had to park in another business parking lot. The bathroom was interesting. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I RESERVED WITH HOTELS. COM THE SERVICE IS GREAT WITH YOU, BUT THE HOTELS STAFF WENT THEY FINEOUT THAT THE ROOM IS PRE PAID THEY ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE LOUSY ROOMS AND THATS NOT RIGHT. I THINK MOTEL 6 HAS BETER ROOMS FOR THE SAME PRICE AND CLEANER TOO.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The phone in our room didn't work. the towels were threadbare. The smoke alarm started beeping in the middle of the nite because the battery was installed wrong. The place is a dump.

For the price, we slept well. The air conditioner was awesome and the front desk attendants were friendly and helpful.

Door did not have security latch.

25 minutes drive from cedar breaks national monument. good locale.

The customer service was not friendly. I know I didn t pay a ton however there are other hotels for about the same price in the area with MUCH friendlier people. The pillows were extremely flat and the carpets were extremely dirty. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the fact that the rooms had a fridge and a microwave. It advertises […] a continental breakfast, which I wasn't aware of initially and glad I wasn't because it was basically a knock off of fruit loops and cheerios in a dirty vending machine. I will never stay at this motel again! It was dirty, the desk clerk was rude, the tile in the shower was cracked, the sink stopper was held up by a pen cap... are you kidding me! The surroundings were very "sketchy" . The people that stayed there were "sketchy". I guess you get what you pay for and let me guide you on NOT paying for a room here. Go […] up the street to a known chain, the Days Inn or Comfort Inn and spend the extra money. It is worth it! Hotels.com should remove this motel from their website! Devamı

The pictures and description of this hotel were misleading and not what I would have ever stayed in.
