"easy to find"
the stay was really good, we stayed one night and was very satisfied. everyone was very professional and courteous. breakfast was good, had a good selection. very easy to find, easy to spot right off of the interstate.

"Great Experience - book it."
We checked in late, they were very courteous. The breakfast in the morning was great, especially the fact they had real glasses for the orange juice (one of life's small pleasures!) and a plentiful supply of food. "nice town"
Hotel was great and so was the free breakfast. Room was on the highway side and there was minimal noise from the interstate. Heater was unusually QUITE!! It was a terrific value. Manteno is a comfortable little town out in the middle of nowhere. Nice restaurants in town off the highway.
"Great Staff"
I've stayed here at least 5 times, as business brings me to the Bourbonnais area. I drive out to Country Inn in Manteno because the staff is so friendly. I love those guys. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Highway acces is good. But, it's the staff that makes the difference. They're awesome. I'll be staying again in the near future.
"Pleasantly surprised"
The Country Inn in Manteno, Ill was exceptional. The room was clean and spacious. Traveling with 2 little ones that love the pool, this was perfect. They won't swim long if a pool isn't warm enough and we've stayed at plenty that kept their pool too cold. This pool was very warm, the breakfast was good and served later than most. nice stay...rooms and bathroom above average...only suggestion would be to reserve room on East side of hotel, facing away from I-57...road noise from highway a distraction
"great for the price"
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was good. We travel to Chicago a lot. We sometimes leave late and need to stop before we reach the city, we will definitely consider staying here again.
It was a good place to stop for the night. Very satisfied with all the services.

The room was extremely comfortable but lacked a refrigerator and only had a handful of channels available. The pool area was clean and great for me and my daughter. They were understaffed so we had to go down to the front desk for whatever we needed but the check in a check out process were super fast and they were courteous and polite. Nice hotel in this area. We have stayed here before. We had a king room and the bedroom and bath doors didn't mesh well. Otherwise a friendly staff and nice place to stay. Breakfast had a nice selection of items.

We used this hotel as a stopping point before going on into Chicago. Met all of our needs. Very clean room with a great rate. Would definitely recommend to others.

Exceptionally clean and hospitable I-57 stop in Northern Illinois. Breakfast cereal choices could be a little better but that is a small consideration. Excellent value for the money.

"Nice folks, good deal"
I have stayed at this Country Inn many times. The people are consistently great. The room is comfortable and kept clean. Windows open, a big plus. No great scenery but no noise in the area either. Breakfast is basic but OK, fair value for the hotel's moderate price. I can certainly recommend it.

The whole stay which was 7 days was very good the breakfast was good and all the staff was wonderful would recommand to stay there
"Good Experience"
This was a good place for our overnight stay. It also had an elevator, which saved my knees some aches and pains. The staff was very nice and helpful. I honestly don't have anything bad to say, except I like a little softer mattress and this was just standard.

"Nice hotel and great value"
We stayed here one night before leaving for a vacation via O'Hare. We arrived about 10 pm tired and cranky. The hotel was nicely appointed and the desk person offered to allow the kids to swim until 11 since it was already adult swim time. "If You Can Drive a Little This is a GREAT Place"
The Country Inn & Suites in Manteno, Illinois is a little out of the way. If you're flying into Chicago or don't have transportation, it is not the place for you. There aren't any restaurants close (the nearest one is about 6/10 of a mile away, and that's a Taco Bell), and Chicago is nearly 60 miles away. However, if you can drive, this is ideal. It's […] quiet, away from the "hustle and bustle" of the big city just to the north. There are plenty of restaurants just south in Kankakee. It is also centrally located for anything you have to do in the south suburbs (which was why I stayed there -- most of my business in Chicago was concentrated in the southern suburbs). The hotel boasts an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a good breakfast spread, and yummy cookies. The complaints are few. The "hot water" in the breakfast bar was lukewarm at best, but that was solved with making hot water with the in-room coffee maker. The other complaint is that, for a hotel with Direct TV service, they provided very few channels. I've stayed in some "budget" hotels that have had a better TV channel selection.
