Location was best in this hotel, otherwise simplistic but ok

The hotel was old and run down, rooms were very small and not quiet. The front desk had to buzz guest in and seemed like it was a hastle for them. Staff had great difficulty speaking english but tried. The hotel was in a great location for me on the Grand Via but very overpriced for the space. The only think I can say nice about this place is the location. If you like staying in a small windowless box, with NO bathroom privacy, then stay here. Otherwise look elswhere

The hotel is well-located off the Gran Via, with wifi and mini-fridges, as well as free internet in the lobby. The hotel staff were super friendly, and even printed off 20 copies of a 5 page document I needed for a meeting -- for free! I was very impressed with how helpful the staff were. Would recommend this spot for sure, and the great shopping, […] bars and nighlife around the neighborhood. Devamı

there were lots of people fighting in the streets outside the hotel as it was near several night clubs. There is no parking near hotel and you had to park in an underground car park for 22 euros for the night - the hotel did not mention this.

Stayed in the hotel in 06 and was newer, cleaner and more impressive then than in 09 - room was a bit noisy esp with cleaners next door the following morning...also needs a few improvements and updating and was expensive for the quality. Location is a big plus though just off the Gran Via and close to the bustling area of chueca and fuencarral.

Excelente ubicación, buena atención. El desayuno es variado y bueno. Fui con mi familia y me atendieron muy bien. Existe una habitación cuádruple muy espaciosa. Y los precios me parecen justos. Bamg

Bei Ankunft um 14h wurde uns das wohl schlechteste Zimmer zugewiesen: So eng, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte (kein Platz neben Bett, etc.).. Das Badezimmer war so intelligent konzipiert, dass man nicht aufrecht auf dem WC sitzen kann, weil eine Ecke des Lavabotisches in den Raum über dem WC hineinragt. Der Schalter zum Badezimmerlicht konnte nur […] mit Hilfe der Rezeption gefunden werden ( die sich diese Frage scheinbar gewohnt war, denn die Rezeptionistin antwortete wie von Band abgespielt). Das Hotel nennt sich ein HighTech Hotel, aber die elektronsiche Schliessanlage des Zimmers funktionierte nicht wie sie sollte (Strom auch ohne Batch, was nicht geplant ist). Auf Reklamation erhielten wir dann am nächsten Tag ein normales Zimmer, in dem man sich ohne die Beine anzuschlagen bewegen konnte, und das dem Standard und dem zu Erwartenden entsprach. Aber nach einem Tag funktionierte der Türbatch nicht mehr (high tech also nur im Namen), doch ist das nach Meinung des Hotels wohl kein Problem, denn man kann sich ja neue Batches geben lassen (wozu man mit einem Lift, der nur funktioniert, wenn die Türen richtig geschlossen werden, was nicht automatisch passiert, sondern vom guten Willen der Benützer abhängt, zur Rezeption fahren kann oder - sicherer - das Treppenhaus nehmen kann, was nach einem anstrengenden sightseeing Tag noch etws fitness bringt.). La situación es muy buena. El edificio reformado tiene unas habitaciones modernas y comodas, aunque hay evidentes signos de deterioro. En nuestra habitación el suelo estaba levantado en varios sitiosy signos de humedad en el baño. Para usarlo como lugar para ir a domir solamente, es recomendable.

Hotellet är centralt beläget. Gångavstånd till museér, sevärdheter och shoppingstråk. Rummen är små. Vårt rum vette mot ett schakt så dagsljuet var i princip obefintligt. Fördelen var att vi inte hörde trafiken. Personalen vänlig och hjälpsam. Bra frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på. Buen Hotel, excelente ubicación a pocos metros del metro de Gran Vía al pié de Fuencarral y a distancia cómoda de todo lo importante del centro, buen servicio, sin embargo las habitaciones no están bien insonorisadas ni diseñadas, muy chicas y al menos la habitación que me asignaron la puerta del baño chocaba con la cama y era incómodo moverse dentro, […] sin embargo en balance general es una buena opción Devamı

Trés bien placé , à 1 mn de la Gran Via . Hotel trés agréable , bien équipé ( ordinateur dans la chambre , Wifi , ...) Décoration désign Enfants bien accueilis Quartier trés animé ( bars , boutiques ). Mais rue bruyante le soir . Parking public à 5 mn ( 27 euros / 24 h)

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha algo de ruido, ya que es una zona de diversion nocturna, que es positiva.

Das Hotel liegt super gelegen, direkt an der Gran Via. Ebenfalls direkt vor dem Hotel hat es eine Metro Station. Am Abend ist es oft etwas laut, aber bei dieser super Lage, muss man das in Kauf nehmen. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sehr mordern eingerichtet, für einen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend. Der absolute Hammer ist das Frühstücksbuffet: […] frisch gepresster Orangensaft, frische Brötchen, frische Früchte! Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Devamı
