"Nice atmosphere"
A bit run down, but the staff make the most of what they have. Food was good, not much variety, but I never went hungry. Small resort so everything close by, but noisy at night until entertainment stops. Only disappointment was no beach to walk along, but loved the free bicycle tours daily.
An older hotel but very clean and comfortable. we had a great time and didnt want to leave!

"Hotel is fine, but be aware about tour scam"
Hotel is fine - as long as you have right expectations about it. It's good quality 3 star hotel - but nothing more than 3 star. during our stay we had to be relocated to a different room due to the water leak in a gym - unfortunately, nobody offered us any compensation for that. In normal circumstances hotels usully offer something in compensation for […] this inconvinience. Our biggest issue was with one of the tours arranged by the hotel. In fact, it wasn't exacly the tour- just a cab driver that took us to one attraction and shopping. It still wouldn't be too bad, but the tour guide took us to the place were we paid 2 times more for goods than in any other place. As it was our first time in Jamaica, and as it was a tour arranged by the hotel, we trusted the guide - which turned out to be complete scam. Very, very dissapointing. Devamı

Food is the same everyday. Staff not helpful. Had a situation where I didnt think they were changing the sheets so I marked a corner of top sheet. When came back later that day the bed was made but it was the same sheets. When I called front desk about it they argued with me saying the cleaning lady said she changed them. I had to presonally show them […] my mark. Still no apology. Never any beach towels available. The conceirge desk where they are supposed to help the tourists plan outings are very misleading. Falsly promoting how much taxi rides should be and not being honest how far away places are. They spilt the profits with the taxi cab drivers. The place is extremely run down. Fluctuating hot and cold water showers. Didnt have hot water for 30 min after I had gotten in shower. Had to get out and wait with shampoo in my hair. Entertainment staff nice and do a good job. My advice....pony up for sandals. Devamı

People at the resort were great. Very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. I would return to this resort.

I recognise and appreciate that this was a 3-stars hotel, however it is all inclusive. Have to say the food was bland and disappointing. Staff very friendly and welcoming, without their attitude my stay would have been terrible.

Great out door atmosphere and a spectacular ambiance at night. The entertainment activities were very good. The entertainment and bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. You certainly get the local flavor and culture from them. Some of the facilities could use some upgrade and the food menu could definitely be upgraded but overall for the price, […] it was worth it. The club is just a few minor upgrades away from being a top class resort. Devamı

if you need a quiet getaway, club ambiance is the place. courrteous and friendly staff. Only draw back for me was the food . I was expecting a better variety. But overall i would recommend club ambiance.

"Really nice stay"
I stayed with my boyfriend in July 2009. The hotel was not very busy, so it was really nice. The food was not great. I had a great time.
