I have no idea how people can like this place. The rooms were small and crummy and the noise level from A/Cs were unbearable. We could hear a loud humming noise from the A/Cs of the adjacent rooms all night. Suffice it to say we got very little sleep. Terrible experience!

We wanted to get away for the weekend and stayed at this hotel. Excellent all the way around. Service was great; staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again the next time we get away

Hotel located in the City, can take the free train to temple square.

good location and very clean and comfortable bed, but bathroom was to small, could not find a switch for fan, no hairdryer available, when showering water would go from cold to hot - hot to cold.

I was stuck in a motel kind of room next to a major road-fairly low grade room. I had to drag my bags up concrete steps ( or pay which I don't normally need to do). I was never offered a room in the main hotel-even for a higher charge. They were doing construction so you ate in the bar. I have stayed here many time over the years, and will continue to come back. Only think I could think of to be better would to provide more parking. We came In very late and have a rockette box on my Tahoe. So we cannot fit in the under ground parking garage. Had to park in the valet parking which cost $$.

Location was excellent. Light-rail is free in downtown area, so it's easy to get around, and the train stop is right next door. Hotel property itself was well maintained, clean, and safe. The beds were a little uncomfortable for me, but it might be just preference. Room was large, with a balcony, and desk space. I would stay here again.

We are from Salt lake and loved staying here. Walking distance to fun things, great pool. Immaculate rooms. Amazing property. Light rail is right next to the hotel and you can get all over downtown easily.

2nd time we have stayed at Little America- for the price and convenience of parking and the trax I don't know why you would go anywhere else. The kids loved the pool and the room was spacious and nice.

This was our first stay in a garden room. We were not happy due to the proximity from hotel amenities and the excessive noise factor. We asked to be moved the second night to the tower but were not accommodated. It turned out that there was ample room in the Tower on Saturday night.

Once again - Little America delivered. We stay in a tower room which was spacious, had a great view and the bed was very comfortable. They even have turn down service still. The hotel is warm and inviting and the restaurants good as always.

We were lucky and got a nice discount on our Friday-stay, which made this stay more than value for the money. Everything with it was on point: Staff, room (we stayed in the Tower in a 600 sqf room) cleanliness, restaurants, breakfast. Good taste, nice amenities, pool, I could go on for ever. But, leave the kids, there are no roll-aways, and our 2-years […] old had a hard time understanding why she was put in a crib, with no blanket nor pillow, as the only ones provided was for a big bed. The stay was very nice. After arriving to find that what was communiicated to us by the agency that booked us was invalid, the Hotel staff quickly rallied to ensure that all of our needs and expectations were not only met, but exceeded.

Very quant and lovely historic hotel. Well maintained, large rooms with great amenities. We loved the restaurants. It was a great stay from start to finish and we will return each and every time we travel to Salt Lake City!!

The hotel is great, the staff is great, the food is great. I am a business traveler and I often work from my hotel in the evenings. The internet connection, both wired and wireless, was horrifically slow and spotty. Fix that and its a 5 all the way

The Coffee Shop located in the main hotel has the most delicious rolls ever! The food is very good, with generous portions, and the service is friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Finding a parking place can be tricky late in the evening, unless you use the valet service. We always enjoy staying here!

Lobby is very upscale and elegant. Rooms are classically decorated. Location is perfect for anything in downtown SLC. Terrific value for the price!

MY STAY WAS OVER ALL PRETTY GOOD THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE POOL WAS CLEAN AND ENJOYABLE WE ATE AT THE STEAK HOUSE AND IT WAS EXELLENT BUT PRICES WERE ELEVATED. THE ROOM WAS PRETTY CLEAN BUT THE EXAUST FAN IN THE BATHROOM DIDNT WORK . THE BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND FURNITURE WAS DATED. WOULD I STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN ? YES MY FAMILY […] ENJOYED THEMSELVES AS DID I BUT WE WOULD TRY TO STAY IN THE TOWER INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WALK OUT IN THE COLD TO GET TO OUR ROOM AFTER SWIMMING OVERALL APRETTY NICE PLACE THOUGH.
