Clean room, no issues. Good location near westshore and the airport, plus International Mall. Staff was friendly. I"d stay here again

The shower/bath fixture was broken so you could only take a bath and not a shower. The phone in the room did not work even after trying to get it to work. Also the light fixtures on the side of the bed didn't work either. There was one person at the front desk, took forever to check in as well as get an additional pillow. We really enjoyed our stay here, we went for a football game and it is extremely close to the stadium, very convenient! The rooms are great, especially for the price! I loved that there was a kitchen area. The only thing I noticed was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner, other than that I loved it! Also, they had a small pond with a picnic table […] and grill outside for your convenience. Overall, I'd definitely go back! Devamı

This extended stay hotel is convenient to the Tampa Airport and there are lots of restaurants within a quick drive. But it would not be my first choice for anything other than an overnight before an early flight.

I found this particular stay rather untaxing and laid back. At one point, I did forget I was staying in a hotel room due to the overall comfortability, which is as good of a compliment as you could receive in my opinion.

Check in was 230 in the am, room wasn't nonsmoking after requesting nonsmoking, room smelled like wet dirty dog, called for pillows, they didn't have any, towels came dirty, hair all over the bathroom, air condition was mildewed, and customer service was nowhere to be found in the am...

I was very satisfied with the overall condition and cleanliness of the room. Great value with full size fridge, kitchenette and comfortable king sized bed.

Great location and well equipped room. Close to airport for early morning flight, Mall and restaurants. Room equipped with table for work, WiFi, recliner, kitchen and very comfortable beds. Plan to stay here another time when not rushing to the airport!

If you're not looking for an expensive hotel, this one is good for the buck. New, clean hotel but cheap bed, small TV, no exercise equipment but fairly quiet. Has decent kitchen and fridge, too.

I checked in that afternoon after I had a match at the University of Tampa. Had to make a u-turn the first time I passed the entrance way. Check-in was not a problem since I did it online an hour before I came to the hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that made the stay not as perfect was the barking dog right across the […] room from me. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the riff-raffs that hang out outside the entrace both nights I was there. Overall, it was one of the better hotels I stayed at. It was cheap. I had a kitchen. The WiFi worked. Evertything worked. Very happy with my stay. It is an extended stay hotel, so they don't service the room if you are just there a couple of days. This suits me - no maid coming in and out.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is off a side road, and while not easy to find the first time, it is in a great quiet location. And it was right near everything I needed. So now that I knew where it was, I decided to try it again. You could tell this was an Extended Stay since there were a lot of construction worker trucks […] outside, but I still found a great parking spot. These hotels work great for business since they have a little kitchen. The lobby was nice, contemporary and almost a European feel with red walls. The desk girl was nice and I had my key in less than 3 minutes. The room was like all Extended Stay rooms......kitchen, chair, desk, TV chair, bed and simple bath. I actually saved a few bucks and brought in some frozen food and drinks. I made a microwave dinner that night and watched TV. This is a great option for those who do not want to spend lots of money on going out to dinner or those who just want to relax. Compared to the prices of other rooms in the area that night, this hotel was a bargan. Again, it is not the RITZ but you get what you pay for. I would recommend if you need to be close to the airport, the Westshore business district, or even the Stadium. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and a decent property. Musty moldy smell as you enter the building; dirty, stained carpeting throughout the facility. Rooms had no disposable cups; 1 pack of coffee with reservation for 2. Absolutely disappointed with Hotels.com for this location.

Polite,professional and clean! Laundry facilities available 24hrs. Any questions or concerns addressed quickly and with ease.Room neat, orderly and bright. Great stay.

Right down the street from cigar city brewery, so perfect if you want to get some amazing beer and not have to worry about driving far, or at all. Frigarator in room to store any beer you get from cigar city brewery too. Wicked close to both malls and lots of restaurants too. the stay was nice the room was clean, far as the bathroom they provide you with two small mini bars of soap and that is it... so if anyone plan to stay for a weekend or a week make sure you have bath wash and a dryer and shampoo etc. they do not provide this with the room it comes with the kitchen which was really nice also have all the kitchen tools […] you need to cook a meal be sure have dish soap as well they do not provide.... this room was descent for the price and it fit my budget and i saved money cooking instead going out to dinner or breakfast..... i will recommend this to anyone who trying save and have fun!! Really enjoyed the neatness and feel of the room. Do wish there was a clark for after hours. But attendant was very nice and helpful.

Booked a room for one night. Their was no problems.

Friendly Staff, Check in simple. Good part of town. Room as expected. A/C worked great. Only con is Maid Service on once a week since it is Extended Stay hotel.

If all you need is a bed and a shower, this hotel is an acceptable solution, but do not expect any luxuries.

Very safe area. Room could be cleaner and the personnel could be more aware of the condition of the room's furnishings.

Kind of rundown,no hairdryer or business center(no computer to check or confirm flights) Close to airport and some decent eateries and shopping a short drive away. Pleasant staff. Ya get what you pay for

First off it was ok when i first walked in, smelled a lil funny but eh what can you expect. well all was right untill nite time hit. After a good nice nite out crap hit the fan...people outside fighting about their relationship...one threatened to kill him self. Girl crying like she lost a person, as i look out to see whats going on i see a huge rat […] on the balcony type thing that hangs over the entrance. I would stay there again just cause its close to pretty much everything i wanna do, but honestly not a place to take the family. Devamı

(Age 25-30) There is always a but in a good review, this is a bad one. The hotel is good, location and more BUT some of the NON-Smoking rooms are located in the smoking floor... And smells BAD REAL BAD!!! And if you are trying to save money staying in one of the smoking rooms... Trust me a BAD real BAD move.

I realize that this is supposed to be an inexpensive hotel, but the lack of ease in finding the location made this not worth the price to me. There was a similar Extended Stay hotel only 3-4 blocks away that would have been closer to the hotel that was hosting my insurance class, but I had to go to a street called Lois and find the hotel off a side […] street. The street was blocked off due to construction and the tiny sign almost made it impossible to see as I arrived in the dark. I stayed for one night to attend the U2 360 TOUR concert. For a night sleep, it was ok. The room was clean and large enough. No noisy area, as it is located around 500 meters from main road.

The room was spacious. Decent little kitchen area. Could have used some shampoo and conditioner, I don’t pack it because most hotels provide it. If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep it perfect. Not much to do at the hotel but if you just plan on sleeping there and not much else it fit’s the bill.

The bed was just like sleeping on a granite countertop with pillows that made you sleep like you had taco-neck syndrome (remember those taco bell commercials with everyone's head cocked to the side?) Other than that it was very clean and was located real close to great shopping and the airport.

I requested a room that was non-smoking but definitely smelled of cigarettes... the staff was unwilling to change my room. While situated in a good area, the service was low quality.
