BEST WESTERN UNIVERSITY INN - Forest Grove

Enjoyed the staff & how friendly they were. One on one name basis made us feel right at home. I accedently left my pocket book in the dining room after breAkfast, realized it after we got back to our room & my husband said they had kept it for me! How nice was that? Overall we loved our stay, best nights sleep in a motel & my husband & I will be buying […] a bed soon! Wonderful to have a pool to enjoy inside during this colder weather. If we were going to say anything critical it would be that the towels were like sand paper. Softer towels would have placed this hotel at a 10+ but hey, the towels were plentiful so it made the roughness not so bad. If we lived closer we would definitely be back! We reserved a room at this hotel months in advance and we're happy to see that they offered a 24 hour pool and spa. When we checked in they informed us that it wasn't 24 hours on the weekends even though the binder in the hotel room said it was. Very misleading and disappointing. Also our toilet wouldn't flush... gross. And our friends in the room next […] to us had a bathtub/shower that wouldn't drain. Oh and no more free cookies! Big bummer. Won't stay there again. Devamı

The only complaint we had was that the initial room we were assigned was already occupied! The issue was immediately resolved, and we were glad there was no one in the room at the time we walked in!

Very nice room, clean, comfortable. Need to update TV to flat sceen and maybe an Ipod alarm clock dock. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Didn't get to enjoy the soup and cookies, but I liked the idea. I needed to find a hair salon and nail salon. I asked the front desk clerk if she had any recommendations. She whipped out a box of recommended numbers […] and xeroxed a copy of them for me (I didn't ask her to - she just did it for me). I really appreciated that info. and used it. We were attending a wedding at McMenniman's and we decided to stay at the Best Western because I wanted my own bathroom and a TV. Thank you for having that! I would definately stay there again.
