We stayed with our two kids, ages 13 & 10. We spent two days rock climbing at Smith. The hotel is about a 15 min drive from the park. Great to come back to hot showers. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was adequate - waffle maker (one was too sticky other worked fine), scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, pastries, cereal, juice - nothing special […] but it was fine. The TV was really fuzzy and the air conditioner didn't work real well, but then we might not have understood how it works. Reported it to the desk clerk so I am sure it was fixed. Comfortable bed

Clean room, very fast wi fi, comfortable desk chair, helpful desk employees, and let me use the room until 1 on following day due to a late flight.

Easy to get to. Seemed clean. Didn't use much of the amenities such as pool because of being tired from the day's events. Breakfast was better than most of these places. Wasn't just empty carbs. Had eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, etc. Pool and hot tub looked well maintained.

Was close to Bend and Sisters. we were there to meet up with former classmates so did not do much sight seeing per say. The only problem with room was that it was a SMOKING room at one time and it still maintained some odor.

The location is convenient right off the 97 with stores very close. It is an older hotel that has gone through some renovations, but still feels like an older hotel. We stayed in the 2 queen Suite. The room was big. It was generally clean. Staff were plentiful and very nice. Breakfast was average. They ran out of some of the food selections. Pool area […] was a big hit with the kids. This was a pretty typical hotel stay. The facility was clean and neat. Easy connect to the highway and close to food and entertainment. Simple, clean, efficient.

We were only staying one night, but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were looking forward to the complimentary full breakfast, but because there were several youth sports teams staying at the hotel the dining area was packed and the hotel had run out of eggs, bacon and sausage so we had to wait. The kids from the teams were also in the […] pool almost constantly so our family swim was cut short. Understandable, but still frustrating. Overall still a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, and extended pool hours to accomodate all the swimmers. Devamı

The beds are fairly hard and they have no elevator. I have a very difficult time with stairs due to a bad knee and a broken back. Had I known they didn't have an elevator I would have stayed at a different hotel.

We stayed for three days and had a great time. The room was spacious with a big bathroom and the staff there is so friendly. Be sure to put your "do not disturb" sign out as they get to work early. Excellent food and choices for the free breakfast. The bed is extra firm, but with a pillow top. Pool and hot tub are wonderful, warm, and so clean.

All very good. The only inconvenience was that I had to pay to be taken to the hotel from the airport because one of the drivers was ill and the other one was waiting for a special group flying in. Had I asked for a receipt, the hotel would have reimbursed me. All else, very good!

I had several friends that stayed in this area for the wedding I was attending. I was the only one at this hotel and by far had the nicest room and stay.

Very comfortable stay. Group I was travelling with no doubt saved a BUNCH by taking advantage of the breakfast facilities. Will definintely stay here on my next visit to Redmond.

unfortunately we checked in really late, and had an urgent situation that forced us to check out early. we got a great room and I was so sad to go, I will stay another night or two in the near future.

The only 2 things I did not like at this hotel was the coffee and the lack of elevator. All else was super! Bring your own coffee and get ready to hup your bags! I would come back to stay again!

1. Price list for this motel was way to high. 2. The location was in an industrial area and not quiet You could hear vehicle traffic all night long. I believe the building walls must have been somewhat thin 3.the hotel staff were very nice. 4. The location was in a hard to get to area and somewhat hard to locate and access. 5. Redmond Oregon is a nice […] town but this motel was in a bad area and to high priced for what u get. 6. I would not stay here again I would rather travel to bend 15 minutes away and stay at the comfort suites inn at the east side of town for the same price but a nicer motel and a nice area. Devamı

My husband and I wanted to get away to relax and were very surprised and impressed with all staff members, hotel quality, comp. breakfast, pool and spa. We will be going back for sure!!! Highly suggest this BW.

Thank goodiness for airconditioning. We had a good stay at this motel. All was unremarkable except the breakfast room. Food was fine except the room was very small.

Great pool for the kids and nice breakfast. Rooms could use a little more attention to cleanliness. My 3 year old found a marker under a chair and other items from previous guests.

It was clean. needs a few updates for the price. beds were comfy. the hot tub only had two working jets. The poll was a nice warm temp. I would stay again. wish they allowed pets.

Our stay at the Rama hotel in Redmond, OR was a pleasure! The staff was very friendly, helpful and always had a smile! The rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was hot and plentiful!
