Otel, Tegel Havaalanına 7-8 km mesafede, havaalanından otele taksi ile 19-20 Euro'ya ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bulunduğu konum da çok merkezi, ünlü KDV alışveriş merkezine ve aynı cadde üzerindeki diğer kaliteli mağazalara yürüyerek sadece 3-4 dk., ünlü Türk restaurantı Hasır'a da sadece 6-7 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde. Odalarda kasa, minibar, LCD TV var, banyo-tuvalet […] son derece temiz ve yenilenmiş, kahvaltı 11,50 Euro ve açık büfe. Resepsiyon ve kat görevlileri son derece alakalı. Devamı

Reception was great in finding a room that suited my needs. And staff was very helpful with little details about my finding venues and stores in Berlin. Wish the Best Westerns in the states were as good as the two I've stay in in So Africa, and Berlin.

hotel was good but needs a lot of sound proofing very noise 1st thing in a morning Wireless internet is hit and miss too

I was happy to stay here. It is centrally located in Berlin. It was very quiet and clean. The bed was great. I have absolutely no complaints. I recommend the hotel.

Located in major commercial district with shops, restautrants and a super market within a few blocks. Room was fine for the level of hotel, clean. About a 15-minute walk to a train station that is three stops from Berlin's main train station. Staff helpful, pleasant. However, even after four requests over three days, the front desk staff could not tell […] us the per-minute charge to phone the U.S. from our room -- other than to says it is "expensive." They said they didn't know and the phone company wouldn't tell. They declined my offer that I call the U.S. for two minutes to see what the cost is, and the hotel forgive the charges in exchange for gaining that knowledge. However, the desk staff did know the price of our room and daily breakfast, among other things. In Warsaw a few days later, our hotel had a list of the per-minute phone charges by country. Why can the Poles do this yet the Germans (similar experience in Dresden) can't? But overall, we'd stay at this Berlin hotel again. Devamı

Just arrived from from a weekend trip to Berlin. My 2nd time at this hotel. Chocking how much standard can go down with a year. Noise woke me up Saturday early. During house cleaning, no shampoo were added, no coffe was added. Sunday noise woke me up 6.00 6.20 and 7.00 am, Italians were playing with their kids. I complained to reception, but nothing […] happend. Sunday morning was just one big noise wall from next room. I am going back to Berlin 30 days in March, April - I had expected to stay here, but that is changed now. Never more Hotel President in Berlin Devamı

Excellent location and great value; 2 minutes from 100 bus and 4 minutes to Ubahn station. Large high end Dep't store (KaDeWe ) also very close. Staff friendly, spoke English well, good transportation advice, free internet access. Breakfast was the only meal I ate there; the value was very good and the food fine, but the hot items were slightly cooler […] than ideal. I would stay there again for sure. Devamı

While a fitness room is advertised and they do have a room, the two pieces of equipment in it are ancient to the point of not being useable. Not too far from the Tiergarten. If you plan to stay at this hotel go for a run. The fitness room is useless.

This hotel was in a good location only about 2 blocks from the ubahn train station. The area was quiet and I was able to walk around at night and not feel afraid.

Stayed at the Best Western hotel during IFA, location very convenient, close to some good shopping and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself was fine, but my non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. I left the window open when I left in the day, but it was closed on my return and the cigarette odor hit me in the face when I got back. The service desk staff was very professional and spoke English fluently. The breakfast had a good choice: eggs, sausage, bacon, cheeses, salami, […] ham, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, that great German bread with all the seeds, and somewhat unhappy croissants. The Internet access was included and fairly fast, but it dropped out on my twice. Logging on again fixed the problem immediately. Devamı

An excellent hotel for the fours days we had to look around Berlin. Close to shopping , must see sights and hop on - hop off buses.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was great, location was wonderful, service was great, etc. They have a restaurant downstairs that serves a breakfast buffet (albeit quite expensive) and serves food throughout the day and night. The hotel has parking available for a fee. The hotel was very well located, we were able to walk everywhere […] we wanted to go. But one word of caution: when you get a DOUBLE ROOM, know that they mean that there will be two twin beds, not two full/queen/double beds. We learned this the hard way when we arrived in our room with three adults and then ended up having to share the bed between us! They had set up the bed as a king, but still, it was not pleasant! So make sure you are very clear that you want two full beds, not two twins!! Other than that, great stay! Devamı

The hotel is a good option only at a discounted rate. I booked the hotel when it was a hotels.com special; otherwise, I would not stay there. The hotel is comfortable enough, but it is quite basic in amenities and services. It's location is its only saving grace. For the price one could easily find hotels with greater comforts slightly outside the city […] center. Devamı

Well situated hotel, very clean, rooms rather smallish, good service at the reception, bar and restaurant. Good, informative English speaking staff, good breakfast at an ok price. Wireless Internet, proximity to the bus stop and metro.

The hotel was just in the right spot for us. We were three blocks from the Berlin Zoo and a train station. The hotel had parking (extra charge) and it was also situated within 500 meters of several restaurants and the large indoor shopping center.

This is the second time I have used this hotel for a brief business stopover in Berlin. It is comfortable, clean, and offers great value for money - and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you enjoy a morning or evening run, its about 1km from the Tiergarten. Also very close to Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn stop.

Traveling alone as a senior citizen and not knowing the language, this hotel made me exteremely secure and comfortable. The excellent staff especially Sandra gave me great orientation and I found everything I wanted to see without a guided tour. The hotel is close to many attractions and transportation. The breakfasts had everything ..it looked mre […] like a luncheon buffet. Hwever, there was a surcharge. The cozy beautiful bar was a perfect place to finish the long day before retiring. Devamı

Although we've always had a thing for Best Western Hotels our stay at the Hotel President was superb. The weather was treacherous but the service was excellent. Decently, located just off of one of the main stations, ta hotel just out of the centre of town was just what we wanted. The staff were excellent and saw to our needs, and the 'German Matt Damon' […] on reception was a real help. The room was good, bed comfortable and TV channel selection more than adequate. We don't ask much from our hotels to be fair, but this was well worth the price. Devamı

The Best Western Hotel President has a great location, near the Ubahn and KaDeWe (biggest store in continental Europe). However, neither the property nor the staff were up to Best Western standards. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although VERY dated. Most of the staff requires customer service training. My son vomitted in the room. I called for […] new bedding. 1 sheet was handed to me by a staff member and I was told that someone would be up later to clean the room. Three phone calls and six hours later someone finally came to remove the vomit soaked bedding and remake the bed. Also, I ordered room service so that I could stay in the room with my sick child. After waiting for an hour, I called down to the kitchen to see where my food was. The staff asked what room I was in and promptly brought the food up. When the food arrived the person shoved passed me while muttering 'you gave us the wrong room number.' Again, customer service training and updating would go a LONG way. Devamı

Our "Superior" Room was extremely small. We live in Germany - so we know what to expect and this was definitely not a superior room, it was a standard room, they called it superior because the internet was included and it had a "Flat Screen" which you could barely see from laying in bed (and mind you there is only walking room around the bed in the […] room) . The mattress was so bad we both had back aches the whole trip and the pillows which were suppose to "satisfy even the most demanding guest" could not even qualify as pillows. Upon request we got 2 different ones, they were just as bad. Location was good and toilet was new and modern, but the lack of sleep left us unsatisfied as it effected our whole visit. Devamı

The hotel is perfectly placed for a short break. The hotel staff were friendly and although the rooms were small, they had everything we needed. I wouldn't reccommend hiring the bikes, which I felt were uncomfortable and not maintained very well. You can hire bikes from a number of other places in Berlin, such as Fat Tyre Bike Company. Watch out for […] the transfer charges, make sure you take any confirmation with you to prove the quote as they told us they hadn't kept the e-mail with our transfer quote. Hence they would not budge on a new quote, that was considerably higher. I felt they handled this badly and for this reason we would not stay there again. Devamı

Just dreadful

This was a wonderful hotel. the staff goes out of their way to be helpful! It is around the corner from great shopping, so the location is perfect! I have already recommended this hotel to others and I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is old and out dated, no breakfast included which is the norm in Germany, expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Will not stay ever again.

Although this Best Western Hotel President in Berlin was clean and our room was ready when we arrived I was disappointed in a few things. First the price was 4 times the amount of another hotel I had just stayed in 3 weeks prior in Berlin (unfortunately that hotel was booked for this part of my trip). The other hotel provided a wonderful breakfast free […] of charge with the room. This hotel charged an extra 15 euros per person on top of the outrageous room rate. Fortunately there were other options in a 15 minute or so walk away - not so easy for someone in not as good shape as my group was, and would therefore have to pay the high priced breakfast charge. There was no hotel transfer to the airport (maybe that is not so common in Europe as it is in America) but they did call a taxi (another 22 euros). The third bed was actually two couches pushed together which was extremely hard and had a huge split in the middle - very uncomfortable. We had stayed in many hotels for the previous 3 weeks and this was by far the biggest disappointment. Devamı
