We really enjoyed this little Hotel.... very friendly and competent staff..... Perfect location in Bordeaux and great walking distance to all the best parts of the city. I would stay there again in a minute.

Charming hotel in a very convenient location, very central and close to shops, reaturants and sights. the room was a bit poky but overall very good value for money.

this hotel is in an ideal location, however it was difficolt to access by car/motorbike. we had to park in a shopping centre car park nearby and they dont usually allow bikes in this car park but made an exception! it was also expensive to park. Sentralt, lite, men trivelig hotell med kort avstand til handlegater kafeer, restauranter og bybane. Imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt betjening. Jeg hadde svært tidlig utsjekking (kl. 04:00), men ble vekket etter avtale og taxien stod og ventet. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.
chambre rénovée au 3ème étage, petite mais confortable. 3 points négatifs: climatisation qui se diffuse sur le lit , réfrigérateur dans un placard , ce qui chauffe la pièce (aération insuffisante), mauvaise insonorisation avec le couloir.Petit déjeuner copieux en salle.Accueil chaleureux.

The Grand Hotel Francais in Bordeaux enjoys a fantastic location in the old town, but avoid trying to drive to the hotel. Instead, park your car in the parking at Les Grands Hommes before approaching the hotel and walk the 150 metres to the entrance.
Good breakfast. Perfect location for shopping. Very noisy bed!

Habitación pequeña y a patio interior. Desayuno pobre, poco donde elegir.El comedor muy agradable. El hotel tiene algunas zonas refornadas pero otras están a medias. No lo recomendaría. En vez de tres estrellas debería de tener una. Está muy bien situado.
Perfekt läge, mitt i stan fast på en väldigt lugn gata! Shopping, restauranger runt hörnet. Otroligt fin lokal där en rejäl frukostbuffé serverades! Fint hotell med gammal charm utan att kännas slitet. Kan rekommenderas!

Hotel irreprochable au niveau de sa propreté et de la tenue generale. Les petits déjeuner sont un régal. L'emplacement est idéal, pour tout faire à pied, beaucoup moins avec une voiture.

Et hyggelig hotell i en rolig sidegate med hyggelig personale og velfungerende airconditioning på et lekkert, men lite dobbeltrom. Badet var også delikat. Bordeaux er en hyggelig by med masse trivelige kafeer og severdigheter. Offentlig transport er velfungerende og koster lite men med god komfort. Vi var der i midten av september, og temperatur og […] vær var som en hyggelig god norsk sommer - shorts og T-skjorte var nok på dagen. Om kvelden kunne det være greit å i hvert fall ha med genseren. "Good location and well equipped"
I've stayed Best Western Grand Hotel Francais for 3 nights from Sep-15. The room I booked is equipped with air conditioner, fridge, sport channel TV, bath tub and hair dryer. And surrouding of this hotel is very quiet, any noise had't interupted my sleep. I was satisfied with staying but rate might be relatively expensive for standard room.
Chambre beaucoup trop petite pour 2 personnes on ne pouvait pas bouger - avions même pas de place pour poser 2 petites valises + armoire minuscule - salle de bain aussi minuscule chambre OK pour 1 personne seule - par contre hôtel très bien situé dans la zone piétonne

prima hotel. goede service. erg klant vriendelik. hotelkamer is netjes onderhouden, zeer schoon met een heerlijk bed. ligging van het hotel is midden in het centrum. parkeren bij het hotel is niet mogelijk. maar dit is mogelijk in de parkeergarage dichtbij.
