I checked in late in the evening arriving there after a long flight and the fellow working the overnight shift was in a bad mood, didn't act professional at all, anyhow probably the worst best western I've stayed at, it gives the rest a bad name.

My sister and I are both pregnant and we had to stay there last minute, for two nights, and we were surprised at how comfortable the bed was. The Breakfast was surprisingly awesome! Just got back from staying three nights with my two young teens as we toured Toronto. The room was both clean and contemporary. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and looked new. We had a fridge, flat screen, hairdryer, and extra outside door to our car in the free parking. The common areas/ pool / sauna/ whirlpool / fitness were nice and updated. […] Restaurants in town were two streets away. A grocery store (rather peculiar looking at first but cheap) was across the street so we filled up our fridge with snacks. second time i accidently left something there, and the cleaning lady thieves never own up to it...what are you going to do with a phone charger and track pants, seems this hotel doesnt pay their employees enough

This hotel is nothing fancy, but it will do in a pinch.

We only stayed for the one night. We have mixed reviews Hotel and the room were very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. We were however pretty disappointed in the morning with breakfast. The juice machine was empty. Nobody refilled even though manager was notified. There were no utensils for the guests to use when getting hot food from trays. Small […] styraphome plates. I believe this is a first for me. Usually you get ceramic/glass plates. The waffle maker did not seem to be working properly, however, this could be that the patrons did not quite know how to use it. I had a bowl of cereal. The milk was warm. In my opinion it should have been sitting in a bowl of ice at the very least. If you just looking for a place to lay your head for one night, I would recommend this motel. Longer than one night however, I would stay somewhere else next time. Devamı

My husband & I attended an annual event. The hotel is conveniently located close to event and it is close to all amenities - shopping, restaurants, banks, grocery store. Found the room to be very clean and they had a decent breakfast buffet which mainly included continental items such as toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, make-your-own waffles, eggs and […] beans. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. It's a great economical and comfortable hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Devamı

The hotel is located far away from the city center, but it doesn't really matter if you drive! The breakfast was good and better than many hotels. The room was comfortable too...

Although the surrounding neighborhood left something to be desired the hotel was fine. It had free printing service where I could print my speech and after my girlfriend lost about $1000 worth of makeup they promptly found it and returned it to us.

I arrived tired and exhausted (having driven from Washington, DC) and was greeted by a friendly, professional staff. Having gotten myself situated, I availed myself of the staff's knowledge of the surrounding area and was directed to a solid, comfortable, local bar/eatery. 50% of front desk staff were rude or knew nothing. Ahmed- assistant manager was most unfriendly, and not the least bit helpful. Raj pretended to help, but fell short. The wall paper was peeling in most areas; bathroom, pool. The pool has not been sanitized/ mopped in some time. The quest bathrooom downstairs had not been cleaned and the light bulb flickered. […] The bedroom carpet was worn then. The heater did not work. New room, the hearter did not work after three days. The TV was so outdated, it was not compatible with our 2011 video camera. Hotel refused to switch out for a modern TV. The maid service was kind. The free breakfast was limited to the same dry pastries, sausage and pork n beans, ran out of musturd, only frootloops and rasin bran cereal, ran out of coffe and hot water. The grounds were littered with cig buds everywere. There was no trash can at the entrance way. Not the best neighborhood. The only upside was the heated pool. Devamı

We had a great stay and the hotel provided the best value for money around town. The only issue I had was the 'microwave available' feature which made it appear that there was a microwave in your room. There is one to share for the entire hotel - in the lobby. First of all it should be call, Best Western Minus, The presentation of the hotel on the site was very inacurate. We were very far from the public transportation such are buses or trains to the city of Toronto, in fact more than one hour. Breakfast was served in the hall of the hotel, a very dark place, not clean, all the cutlery and dishes were made […] of bad quality plastic. We were in room 141, very noisy, by the main road. The only positive point of the room was the quality of the mattress. Please note on the hotel site it says" hotel has been refurbished" It is not the case everything is old and in bad condition and very dirty. Devamı

Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to accomodate reasonable requests. Breakfast is included with good variety and service. Except for some minor maintenace items, the hotel is well maintained and in good condition. Location is good with ample parking and very convenient access to shoping, restaurants and major highways. One drawback to business […] customers is the quality of the Business Center. Internet access in the Business Center is very slow and the computer has no internet security. For me this was important and I suggest that the Hotel upgrade the Business Center facilities, ambiance and user friendliness. Devamı

My friend and I are from the USA. We stayed at this Best Western from Friday-Monday, and we were very pleased with the maid service, the neighborhood and the location. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well stocked, the breakfast was ok, the fitness room is small, but had a treadmill that I just loved, the pool […] was open, but I did not have time to take a swim, and there is free parking. The location was great: there is a shopping plaza across the street which contained a bank (for money exchange), a nail salon, supermarket, UPS (to mail off those post cards), dollar store, and fast-food restaurants. The entrance to highway 410, is right there and there is a short drive to Niagara Falls (1-1/2 hr), and Toronto (1/2 hr). If you want a luxury hotel, this hotel is not for you, but if you want a cozy, affordable, clean, quiet, and conveniently located hotel, this hotel is recommended. Devamı

we had a very pleasant stay,it was comfortable we had four rooms all the places we had to go were close by the staff was wonderful , at night we had all gathered there and spent a lot of time . they have everything there that u need a fridge, iron pool, asmall gym and a microwave in a common area so if you had food from out side or had kids who wanted […] food very convinient i would recomend it to anyone. Internet Service was very bad even after using the adapter. Also, the eggs both boil and scramble were horrible. It appear that they were prepared in the microwave. Other customers were complaining as well about the food and about the internet service. Prior, I was told at the front desk, that everyone else was fine and the impression was left as if […] I am the only one that was complaining. Only, to find out later from the very person that was using the adapter prior to me that he was experiencing the same thing. Devamı

The hotel was ok but not any fault of the cleaning staff, the room needs a deep clean. The carpets, chairs & shower were very stained.

I stayed there for two days and it was nice.If you want to pay less and have a comfortable stay, Best western is the place to go.I did not have breakfast at the hotel because it was cold breakfast and not much of a variety.Other than that it was great!!!

Hotel was pretty nice. Didn't like breakfast. Needs improvement. Room was good and comfy. I think they should do late checkout till 12pm, as other hotels do that. Other than that, hotel was great and i love how there are many restaurants around the area. I would Def recommend.

Hotel needs updating...hall carpets were dirty

the hotel room was clean and we felt very comfortable there. the heated pool we enjoyed very much. the breakfast was good. the hallways was shabby as if under renovation but we never saw any one working there. for the price we paid it was worth it.

Very quiet stay, room was clean comfortable. Breakfast was busy but satisfying. They had minor renovations going on, but overall it was not inconvenient.

Hotel is right off the expressway and very easy to find. There are signs posted all over the hotel stating they are remodeling, so I can overlook unfinished areas of carpet or wallpaper, however the grounds of the hotel outside were dirty...trash lying on the sidewalk outside the entrance that never moved our entire 3 day stay, and landscaping that […] hasn't been maintained in quite a while. Our room was very comfortable, with new pillowtop queen beds. The indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna were nice, but the area around the pool had piles of dirty towels lying sitting all over the place, and the floor around the pool looked like it hasn't been swept in days. The gentlemen at the front desk that helped out during check in were very nice and helpful, however the young lady at the front desk was very rude upon check out. Not a bad place to get a good nights sleep for the price. Devamı
