Hotel was old with sone updates. Stairwells were filthy. Breakfast fair. Lower class clientele - bad grammar, loud voices. Did not feel safe. If we had not prepaid online, we would have gone somewhere else.

This hotel met my expectations for the price. Breakfast was actually better than I was expecting (waffle maker, decent biscuits & gravy, cereal, juice, milk- it could use some sort of cheap fresh fruit like bananas or apples, but otherwise about as good a breakfast as you'll find at a cheap hotel). The staff were polite, and the rooms relatively clean […] (it could use a good cleaning in the nooks & crannies of the room & bathroom as well as some new bed linens, but I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsanitary) The price & location were great for going to Worlds of Fun (It's too far to walk, but was the cheapest of the string of hotels that are all right across the interstate from the park). If you're looking for a nice vacation spot, I don't know that I would pick this hotel, but if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep either before or after a day at Worlds of fun, this place is great! I have stayed in some iffy hotels but I couldn't stay here. The room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, the sheets had not been changed in a while - real dirt, lipstick and fresh stains whose origins I didn't want to think about. The building is run-down, the parking lot potholed, the windows smudged and dirty, the people hanging around the motel […] and leaning out of doors were down and out. My husband and I were just coming into town for the one night to see a concert. We didn't have a lot of extra money but didn't want to make the 7 hour trip back home right after either. This hotel fit our budget. We were a little worried but decided to give it a go. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Our room was clean and had a mini fridge […] and a microwave. We had a king non smoking room and it also came with a couch. Breakfast the next morning was a small affair but it had a make your own waffle section. This was a nice treat. The hotel was basic and had your basic necessities. The employees were friendly and welcoming. If you aren't expecting much but need a quiet place to stay for a day or two this hotel works out nice.

Overall the employees were very friendly and helpful just wish the room was up to pare. The extra sheets that were given to us for the roll out beds smelled like cigarette smoke and moth balls. The room was dirty - the carpet, the vents, the stained sheets, the coffee maker. Everything was noisy - the dripping faucet, the banging in the walls, the heating\cooling unit (with no thermostat, so we had to get up several times in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature), the ice machine right outside our door, and the inconsiderate guests […] who continued yelling outside our window until 3 AM. Gas station nearby for lunch/dinner. Decent casino nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Not perfect by any means but better than expected

The shower did not work properly: little pressure and water did not spray from all the exit points. The television had several channels that faded in and out. Also very noisy. Good option for a cheap one night stay. Rooms connect directly to outside which is a little annoying at night. Right next to a few hotels that are all better options if the price isn't too much different.

I rented 2 rooms, One for myself and my disabled daughter, The 2nd for my adult daughter and her boyfriend. My room (2 queen) was nice. Older, outdated decor, but the beds were Great. Limited channels, but when requested for "deaf" room, there was NOTHING. The only thing they complied with was the "no stairs" I asked for. My daughers room (Smoking […] King) was upstairs. She said the bed was VERY uncomfortable, "like sleeping on plywood", was her quote. The only thing disturbing was the lack of housekeeping finding a USED CONDOM WRAPER between the bed and nightstand. The day we checked in my daughter mentioned the carpets were damp, so they HAD to have been cleaning the carpet / floor. How was that missed? When we checked in, the clerk (female) stood behind the computer for several minutes and it seemed like there was a problem. It was like she couldn't find our reservation or she was waiting on her boss (Im asuming manager) to do something or make a call. After aproximately 7 minutes I asked "Are our reservations showing" and produced our expedia check in information with reservation that I printed before we left home, and she then replied "Yes" and started checking us in. I only give "comfort of our room" a 4 because My room (ground floor) was fine. Not sure I would use it again as it's a "hit and miss" apparently. We only stayed 1 night. Devamı

Rundown facility and neighborhood. Not clean but not real dirty. Door was banged up and we were never sure if it locked or not. Everything worked marginally. Breakfast was very slim for an advertised "hot breakfast". Overall, probably wouldn't stay there again.

The stay was average, a bit loud from traffic and street noise. The room door looked like it had been kicked in from a drug raid. Other than that, it was good.

Decent hotel for the price. But even with a smoking room I'd expect the inside to be a little more sanitary. All I have to say is we found blood on our blanket and poo stains on our sheets. Along with many cig burns, but that was to be expected I guess.

After a long day of driving we got all settled and went swimming. When we came back from the pool, our keys to our room would not work. After trying multiple things, it turns out the battery on the lock was dead. When we booked this hotel, we were skeptical due to all of the negative comments. However, when we arrived, we found the hotel room to be just fine. It is what you pay for, meaning it is not going to be a 5 star, but it was certainly adequate as a place for us to sleep and hang out in between park visits across the street, especially for the price. […] The staff was very pleasant and accomodating and the breakfasts were at least as good as any we have had at other hotels. We have stayed in nicer, and paid more, but have certainly had worse. I would reccommend this hotel to others. Especially if you plan to use the Fun parks as the commute could not be closer, and gas stations and fast food are adjacent to the hotel parking lot. Devamı

We booked a room for 4 people. No linens were left for the sofa bed. Only one towel and wash cloth. Sink was dirty. Floor wasn't vaccumed. After showering I walked from the shower to the bed and my feet were almost black. Air conditioner was very loud. Toilet took two time to flush every time it was used.

I chose this hotel for my family for the convienence of it being so close to Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun. I would not call us hotel snobs by any means and have stayed in lower end hotels before as long as they were clean but this hotel definitely fits the "you get what you pay for" saying. As soon as we pulled into to parking lot we knew we were in […] for an adventure. I believe this is a hotel in which people actually live for extended periods of time. We would not let our 9 and 6 yr olds out of our room door unless we were right behind them due to some very questionable people wondering the parking lot/pool. Once we finally got our door key to actually work, the first thing we noticed was the overwhelming mold smell as soon as we got in the door. The room seemed to be clean until we walked into the bathroom and saw some of the drop ceiling tiles were covered in black mold apparently from a leak in the room above. When getting ready to go to bed we pulled the blankets back to find some orange crusty stuff on the sheets. Now for the pool....it wasn't horrible but you could not see the bottom and there was a dirty mans sock floating on the bottom that before I could say anything my 5 yr old picked up and threw at her brothers head! And what took the cake for me was waking up in the morning and seeing a huge spider crawling up the wall right above my bed!!! Ahhhh.....never again Devamı

I was very disappointed in the room. It was very dirty. I wouldnt even touch the hair dryer. Everything was old and very run down. I may be a smoker but my family and I dont deserve to have to sleep in a bed that is covered in burn holes. Especially the comforters. I didnt want to even cover with them. The bathroom in our room was disgusting! the tub needed to be replaced so bad. On top of that the WIFI didn't work the first day and we were not comped for it or anything. Im going back to KC this coming weekend. Guess where im NOT staying. The only thing I liked was the brakfast was pretty good.
