Had to fly from Glasgow airport very early the next day. Cheaper than the Travelodge and much nicer! Lovely room and the staff were really friendly. We got a shuttle bus for £2 each to get to the hotel in the morning. The porter offered us a free coffee/tea or water in the morning whilst we were waiting on the bus. Fine enough hotel but not convenient for pedestrain access to airport. There is however a shuttle bus available every half hour for a fare of £2 Room price was value for money but the food and drink were on the expensive side even by airport standards

Very comfortable room and excellent food in the restaurant. It exceeded our expectations.

Upon every business stay for at least three months whilst working in Glasgow Airport I've had to send confirmation that I had paid for a room and breakfast. I always book through Hotels.com and upon every check in I always politely ask the person at reception to place a note on the system stating this fact. I find this very unprofessional. As a hotel stop before flying out on holiday, its an excellent hotel, very clean and nice friendly reception team. BUT parking is NOT FREE, its actually £4 per day ! that was rather a surprise

Hotel very convenient to airport, Clean, friendly staff, outrageous prices in bar and dining room. The town close to the hotel very depressed, hard to find a good restaurant, lots of pool halls!

Hotel clean, but expensive for food etc. If traveling From Australia in the summer to a winter in the UK you may find the rooms cold as there are only small wall heaters in the rooms. These heaters were turned off at certain times of the day/ or tghey are on timers. Staff not knowledgable about bus services times, local sites etc. Location is poor, […] unless you have your own transport. Buses do leave from the airport into Glasgow and Paisley. Found our stay very comfortable & cannot find fault with anyone-the restaurant staff went out of their way to get wheat free food for my dinner which was delicious. Will go back again next time

One complaint I had was the fact that there was a charge for the shuttle to the airport. When I booked the room I saw "airport transportation (complimentary)", but apparently that only applies to transfers from the airport to the hotel and not the other way around. The purpose of our stay was a concert in Bellahouston Park. We checked in to our room at lunchtime after travelling up from Bristol. It took a while to reach the hotel. We booked the hotel primarily for it's location and walkable distance from the airport. However, when we arrived we were horrified to find no pedestrian footpaths or pavements and we […] had to access the hotel by foot, on a busy main road complete with roundabouts. This was only possible because we were two adults with one small bag, but families with luggahe and children should not even consider it. Once checked in, the room smelled a little of stale cigarette smoke so I opened the window and unpacked. I was only seconds away from getting in the shower (my partner was resting on the bed) to receive a knock at the door from two housekeepers advising that the room had not yet been cleaned. We were escorted along the hallway (rather hurredly) with our belongings in our arms to another room. My mobile phone was lost (and later found handed in at reception) in the chaos. Once we returned to the Hotel from the concert at approximately 11.15 pm, we had 2 drinks (at an extortionate price) in the '24 hour' hotel bar, before the barman dropped and smashed the last bottle of Valpolicella whiilst serving, our second and promptly called 'time' for us and the other couples who were sat in the bar. I've stayed here twice and it is a good place to stay the night before an early flight. I did not here any planes taking off or landing. Unfortunately when I was there last, it was hot and there was no AC. I opened the window and it cooled it down a bit. The room service menu is good (and the same as the restaurant menu on the first floor), and saves […] having to get ready to go "out" to eat. I highly recommend this. Devamı

Unlike many hotels, the photographs this establishment provides actually match the physical reality of the quality and cleanliness offered. This hotel was a complete surprise and a treat. The staff were genuinely courteous, my room was spacious, impeccably clean, and most importantly quiet. The breakfast (while seemingly a bit steep in price for the […] geographic area ) also turned out to be a veritable delight and correctly priced for the quality. The hot food was actually hot (not always the case with buffets), the staff was cheerful and efficient, and the room not oppressively loud in acoustic dynamics. Devamı
