Quality Inn Medical Center Area - Augusta

The receptionist was very nice, and ig waaas just fine to stay then night for a doctors appointment. The shower was the best - nice and full.

nice hotel, only problem no WLan in the room. Bad Wlan even in the hotel lobby. Around many Fast Fodd restaurants and shops like CVS. City near by car 1,5 Mile away

There was nothing wrong with the hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, but for price it was acceptable. The service however was another story. We arrived late, just after midnight, and went to the front entrance. (I had noted in the comments that we would be arriving late.) The door was locked but there was a women working at the counter. […] She acknowledged us and held up a finger asking us to wait. After about 15 minutes of her taking phone calls, and walking back behind the counter with occasional glances up to see if we were still there we called the hotel. She answered right away and told us to come to the side entrance where they have a late night window. I'm not sure why she didn't simply point to that side (there was nothing posted at the front door about a separate window), maybe she assumed that we should know about it. She gave us our reservation and directed us to our room. (Though she seemed shocked and surprised that I would ask her where the room was.) Driving around the hotel to the room we drove past it, and thought it was strange that the lights were on and somebody was smoking right outside of the room. We decided to check it out anyway, parked and walked up to the room. The blinds were open and we could see that the room was occupied so we went back to the late night check in window. Upon arriving at the late night window we were directed to the main entrance, which was now open. (???) As soon as we walked in she said "There was somebody else in that room, right?". Even though she knew that it was occupied she seemed confused as to how it happened. She then proceeded to ask me 3 times if we needed separate beds (My coworker and myself, 2 grown men) and seemed surprised when each time I said yes. upon arrivial we were registered, given key and away to our room. Room was clean, large and adequate for our needs. Found the toilet would not shut the water off when flushed and the sink sprayed water onto the backsplash. Notified front desk, attendeant came to the room to check the problems. It was decided to move us to another room. 1st room seemed […] to have been used and not completely serviced. 2nd room had no lights. 3rd room was suitable, comfortable and restful. Only problem with this room was caulking was missing in some areas around the tub thereby letting water get behind the tub and wall. Some unfortunate circumstances to say the least. I feel the maintenance is not adequate for a public facility such as this. This facility is very near to the hospital. Devamı

The hotel was convenient to my job interview and had good ratings, so I booked it. Overall I agree with previous reviewers - it was pretty inexpensive, my room was clean, the staff were nice, and they provided a free breakfast. Downsides were the neighborhood (not particularly a good one), it is next to the medical center so I frequently heard sirens […] the evening I stayed, outdoor entry which felt less secure, and the biscuits provided at the hot breakfast were as hard as a rock. However, I would recommend this place if you were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for an evening. Devamı

One of the best all-time hotel experiences I have ever had the privilege of enjoying. I always book cheap and expect cheap quality - definitely got more than I expected. Great service from staff and they provided shuttle service to my nearby event. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with respectable selection; not just bagels and juice. Room included […] microwave, fridge, and various amentities that pricier hotels do not include. Good location, reasonable access to nearby events, and easy to find. Very clean. Quiet. Safe. Inexpensive.

This was much better than I expected. Breakfast was great. Place was clean and room very nice. Very close to MCG which is what I wanted and in fact I walked to my seminar.

This hotel is very close to MCG. It is clean and the people at the desk are friendly. There is computer access in the lobby for the guests.There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room. This helped us tremdously while we were there with a sick grandchild.

I booked two rooms here for a one night stay. I was so shocked when I got to the hotel - the people working in the lobby were dirty, the lobby was dirty and the rooms were unbelievably dirty. On top of being dirty, I felt the area was not the safest for two single women to be in. And I really could not sleep on the bed - was afraid of bugs!! We were very disappointed with our recent stay at Quality Inn in Augusta. We requested a non-smoking room, but the room definitely smelled like smoke. The pull-out couch mattress had no bedding on it and had huge stains on it. We called the front desk and they were helpful in bringing in a roll away bed. However, we will definitely NOT stay there or […] recommend it to anyone. The neighborhood was pretty rundown also. We wanted to switch hotels, but unfortunately it was late at night and there were no hotels in the area that had rooms. Devamı

Decent for the price; room is what I expected

The hotel staff was kind and helpful. They gave me perfect directions to everywhere I wanted to go. The rooms were fair but very well priced. The continental breakfast was very good even though I came in at the end of service all of the food was hot and available.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and thought the place was decent for the price. The pool and grounds were clean, the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't much like the coffee in the morning but overall, we were satisfied with everything.

Hotel was older but nice. Had everything needed for overnight stay--fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer. Bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk receptionist was very courteous and helpful. I will stay again at this hotel when in the area.

Good place to stay if your performing work in the medical area of Augusta like I was. Not much to do in terms of entertainment surrounding the hotel but downtown is only a about a mile or so away.
