BEST WESTERN PORT ST LUCIE - Port Saint Lucie

We traveled from Miami to attend a Wedding that day, we were the bestman and maid of honor. We called to make sure we could arrive early to be able to dress for the occasion and was told NO!!! rooms would be ready after 3PM wedding was at 1PM !!! We had to change in our vehicles which was very difficult. Also front counter was very rude upon our arrival. […] Overall Hotel was clean very comfortable room did smell of cigarette and was a NON Smoking Room. Price was a bit high but again it was during spring. I believe a hotel should work around their guest needs after all they are there to service them with smiles not attitudes. Bad internet service which kept dropping. Soft was very uncomfortable, not much padding, like sitting on a bar. A wire in the mattress scratched my husband and his knee bled.

So surprised by this place! Nice room, comfortable beds, and breakfast too..

My wife and I stayed here one night as we were driving through the area. Price was right for the quality. Room was fairly clean, I say this as the room looked like it was a long time between guests. Bed was comfortable, and quiet. Low qualtiy TV and poor reception. Free breakfast was OK, fruit was fresh, stay away from the boxed eggs. Overall nice one […] night stay. The staff was great, hotel offers many conviences in the room as well as at the hotel, (they had a washer and dryer!). My only complaint was the beds we had were full size only. We didn't fit well. The pillows and bedspread made up for it. very comfortable.

Had attended a meeting here and room was great. Pool is huge and clean. Staff was efficient. Would recommend this over and over for the money you would not find a better place to stay.

Rooms were very smelly with greasy feeling on carpet and most surfaces.

My only negative for my stay was the location did not have any restaurants nearby within walking distance since I did not have a vehicle at my disposal. There was some sort of "casino" next door with a small eating area that I walked in and turned around and left so I enjoyed your fresh fruit for dinner having eaten a banana, an orange and an apple.. I […] met the manager in the morning and he was "super" and friendly as were all staff members that I came in contact with including some men who were apparently lawn service men. The room was clean with no insects which I have heard abound in Florida so I was very happy not to see any! The breakfast was sufficient and satisfying and the buffet attendant was diligent to keep it supplied and clean. I told her she was a very good cook! I have worked for over 12 years as a professioanl mystery shopper and usually get paid for writing these reports but this crew deserves a great rating! Devamı

motel was ok.....exterior door rooms, older motel, rooms were upgraded, the breakfast was ok but nothing speciial, if in port st lucie again i would stay somewhere else

Great place to stay and was well within my budget. It actually exceeded all my expectations! All rooms were suites! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything went perfectly as long as i booked the hotel ahead. The price was good. The lady on reception was very friendly and nice and explained everything properly. What i didn't like about the hotel (and other hotels) they have different prices on-line, and different prices when you just decide to come without making a reservation.

Dit is een goed hotel, vooral de kamers waren relaxed. Bij binnenkomst staat er een 2-zitsbank, stoel en salontafel en een buro met stoel en een hoge kast met flatscreen en achter de kast staat het bed met 2 nachtkastjes en nog een flatscreen.Naast het slaapgedeelte een grote spiegel met lange wastafel met daaronder een koelkast en een passpiegel en […] daarnaast de badkamer. Waar je wel rekening mee moet houden is dat de afstandsbediening van de tv op beide reageert, dus al 1 in het zitgedeelte iets anders wilt kijken dan degene die in bed ligt, dat werkt niet echt. Maar goed, je mag al blij zijn dat je de luxe van twee tv's hebt. Het ontbijt is ook redelijk, iets uitgebreider dan de standaart ontbijten. Verder staat er in de lobby een PC met printer waar je als gast gratis gebruik van kan maken. Het zwembad ziet er goed uit maar daar heb ik geen gebruik van gemaakt. Tijdens deze reis heb ik verschillende hotels gezeten maar deze was toch wel de mooiste en volgens mij ook het goedkoopste.... Devamı
