Quality Inn - Mystic

This is not my first time staying at this location.when it was the best western the conditions of the hotel was great.Now that Quality has ownership now,I feel the over all standards are lower.The pool was very very cold because the heating system was not working,and I wanted to go to the cocktail lounge and it was closed.I don't think I will return […] to this location again.The customer service lady at the desk did her best to help me but it was out of her control. My family and I stayed at this hotel over the weekend. It was awful. The hotel was run down, there was barely any hot water, and we found black mold behind the curtains. We were never told that the indoor pool heater was not functioning or that there was no breakfast included even those this was included in the price. Hotel has changed hands several times and just continues to decline. Looks like it's at rock bottom. Ice cold pool (heater broke), no light in the sauna, hallways ice cold, no breakfast, old coffee left in the pot, tv didn't work. Miserable stay with 3 kids who couldn't use the pool which we were told was working upon booking.

The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. They advertised a indoor heated pool..but the pool room as well as the pool were freezing. The room was alright but really needs to be updated. Looks like it got left in the 80's. The two good things were it was reasonably priced and in good location for Mystic sights and the bed was comfortable.

First there was no elevator... when i checked in @ 7:30 pm. We asked about the pool, thats why we picked this Hotel..... They Said The Pool Was Closed Do to A Heating Problem.....Well the windows were all fogged up so it had to be warm in the pool area.As for the room There Was No remote for the Tv. We inquired about the remote when we went out for […] dinner....When we came back some one was in my room because the remote was next to the alarm clock....& i Know it was not there when we had left......only 2 towels in the bathroom No Hand towels & no wash Cloths....BUT THERE WAS A WASH CLOTH HANGING FROM THE SHOWER BAR....IT WAS GROSS........IT HAD Someones SHORT HAIRS ON IT.....GROSS Devamı

Check in time is 3 pm. We arrived at 530 and they told us we would have a 1-3 hour wait to get into our hotel room. They told us we could use the public bathroom in the hotel to get ready for our night. They were very under staffed. One house keeper and the man at check in. The checkin man had to help clean rooms as well. Finally around 8 we were able […] to get into our room. Other people who arrived at 3 were still unable to get into their room at this time . The location and price is good but next time we will plan ahead and get a room at the casino . Because it was $22 dollars there and $22 back. Unlike other hotels this one did not have a shuttle . We were very disappointed in this motel. 1st - we had no hot water at all 2nd- Toilet had to be flushed twice 3rd - telephone in room did not work 4th- indoor pool was closed mentioned all the above to front desk all we could get was excuses. Finally when we checked out person at desk said building was in process of being sold. He said they would probably […] tear it down and start over. We agreed this would be best thing. I booked 3 rooms all smells bad . Hallway were dirty,esp linen & towels were all over in the hall way . No maintanace of pool. I woud not recommend any of my friend or family.Receptionist were very help full.
