Very expensive breakfast and internet connection.

The Leonardo was a very well maintained hotel with exeptionally friendly staff. Well worth the money. About a 15 minute walk to the train station & about 10 minutes to the main tourist area. The Lufthansa shuttle bus to Frankfurt Airport departs from Crown Plaza Hotel, just two blocks from the Leonardo.

This hotel is in an ideal location for seeing the old town and the more modern town centre. Parking is good in the hotel car park (chargeable), and walking from the hotel is easy to most city centre locations. The room was clean and well-equipped. Verdict - 4 stars plus for anticipating the guests every need. Well planned rooms, a wonderful buffet breakfast, and very friendly staff. Only 5 minutes walk from the beginning of old Heidelberg, and 10 minutes from the centre, the Leonardo Hotel has modern restaurants and bars close by without the disadvantage of being at the centre of Heidelberg […] - which could be noisy. I rate a hotel on intelligent and practical planning of comfort - not on 'flashy facilities'. The Leonardo is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious and fresh. Stayed 2 nights. Good, clean with nice amenities (flat-screen tv, spacious room, balcony, room safe). Everything felt new. Polite, helpful staff. Located less than 10 minutes walking away from Bismarckplatz (and Alt Stadt/Old Town). My reservation did not include breakfast, but it seemed to be priced high. Good value in my opinion. Recommended.

The hotel was very clean and neat. I don't think of 4-star hotels offering plastic cups, and combination body soap/shampoo from a wall mounted dispenser. It was more like a best western, clean, but nothing fancy and far from 4-star...

Comfortable , well located hotel just outside the City Centre close to all amenities and yet out of the hubub of the pedestrian zone.

Everyone from booking in, to getting an iron were helpful & friendly. Nothing was a problem. Very clean hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Every one spoke good english.

This hotel was fine -- it was nothing special, but it was clean and convenient. The wakeup call service was difficult to use without help from the front desk, and the internet service is exorbantly priced ($25/day). The "wireless available" is quite distinct from "wireless included" though they list the service as part of the room. Now, no one goes […] to Heidelberg for the internet, but for me, it was imperative that I keep in contact with my colleagues at work and the pricing was outrageous. Overall, this hotel was inexpensive and clean -- both of which were good. ...but that's about all it was. Devamı

The room was clean, beds were comfy, it was quiet, and the desk attendant helped us find places we wanted to see on the map, but it wasn't close to any attractions or the main train station. That would be my only complaint.

Alles bestens.Frühstück zwar nicht billig, war aber letztendlich sein Geld wert..

Dette var en positiv overraskelse! Det billigste hotellet vi fant på nett, og det må jo være et av de fineste i Heidelberg! Stort fint rom og med badekar på badet. Hyggelig betjening.

hotel situé près du centre, calme, propre, personnel aimable. Un seul bémol : robinets lavabo + douche difficiles à doser (entartrés?). Parking aisé (payant) à côté avec accès direct à la réception.
