Parking was not adequate. But overall a nice place. Would stay here again.

Very convenient location near the mall and lots of restaurants. Hotel was very comfortable & clean. They also have new carpet & front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast wasn't as great here as other La Quintas.

This was my third stay since November for business. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and very comfortable. Location is super convenient to shopping and dining. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

In the morning I was rudely awaken by a bed bug it was bright red. Called the front desk he quickly arrived stating it was not one picked up and left. We grabbed our belongings as fast as we could went down stairs to file a complaint. He said he took a look at the bug it was not a bed bug besides you can't see bed bugs! I looked up online and told him […] that you can see bed bugs when the become adults! He said he was 99.9% sure that it was not a bed bug, although he has never seen one before. Hmm... I have never been in this stituaton, I have stayed at Hotels in puerto Rico, Mexico and all over the US. This my first experience at a best western and it will definitely be my last! Our stay was a pleasant one; the staff was friendly & pleasant, the room was comfortable & clean, & the complimentary breakfast was very good. The hotel is located close to a number of restaurants, & even provides discount tickets to two of them. This hotel is a very good choice !

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful with directions to the reason for our visit and knew where we could find restaurants on our lunch breaks.

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at in Longview for work purposes. It has 3 restaurants in the parking lot, so no need to drive around looking for somewhere to go. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and even remembered my name after just one stay. The rooms are a great size and very clean. This is one of the nicest motels I have stayed in for some time. The staff were very friendly and everything was very clean!!! The breakfast was very delicious and there was a good variaty of items.

We only stayed one night, but we were very comfortable. Only thing was the pool was small and stained on the walls, but we weren't planning to swim this time anyway.

This hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. By reserving through Expedia we did not even have to provide a CC at check-in....very easy and fast check-in and check-out. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well organized and included a multitude of choices. Very pleased!

This place was very comfortable. Could use a bit of freshening up for a place that just opened. The carpet was stained and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The pool is about as big as a kiddie pool at a regular hotel, but all in all it was a good experience.
