Best Western Airport Inn - El Paso

Not worth the money even though inexpensive. I would have spent more for a decent motel

HOTEL CLERK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE HAD A HANDICAP PARKING IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT AS MY HUSBAND WEARS A LEG BRACE. WE WERE VERY TIRED AND WERE VERY PLEASED TO BE ABLE TO GET INTO OUR ROOM RIGHT AWAY.

Check in was smooth,was greeted nicely by front desk.when I arrived to my room I open the door and a strong odor of smoke came from the room,since I was driving trew el paso and all I need was a couple of hours I didn't report it till I left.the linen had some hair also.

Check out time is 12:00 noon, yet they wake you up at 9:00 am to clean the room. Also, bathroom floor had hair and dirt in the corners, where they did not clean well.

I love this hotel the staff is great and they are always helpful and friendly. I was really surprise because my room is always really clean but this time the bed spread had alot of hair on top that was a disappointment. I just figured the cleaning lady had a bad day. Other than that everything is wad great thank you

The rooms need plasma tv n the cable channels were no good we had only one good channel to watch which was hbo .The ice machine had no ice. And no drinking water available. The attendants at the front did their job.

I enjoyed my stay in a clean well maintained room.

The staff was very courteous. The room was clean as well.

The shower was clogged, and the still water in the tub was very very dirty! Never again will we use this hotel when we go visit El Paso, TX.

Room 239 needed some work on door, shower head & TV reception. Was switched to room 188 which was MUCH metter - new TV, better condition overall. breakfast - powdered eggs & soy-sausage not great. Overall - not bad value for the price.

Take this review with a grain of salt, but I stayed at this hotel when it was under construction...I had no idea. I was sent to 4 rooms that were completely trashed and still under construction before I was able to get into a room. The manager at the time upgraded my room, but it wasn't until after I had been waiting for over an hour and a half for […] another room. Devamı

I stayed there based on free 24 hr.claims shuttle dosen't operate except 8-4 why bother. 24 hour resturant on property a big plus

Good for the purpose of spending one night before a flight out of El Paso.

Location makes it very noisy. Also, water pipes in wall all extremely loud when another room turns on their water.

Older hotel. Needs upgrade. Breakfast very good.

Customer Service was awsome! Room was semi-clean. Beds and Bathroom was clean but under table there was some trash but over all pretty clean. Website mentioned heated pool "No it was NOT!" Breakfast was not good don't eat the hard boiled eggs it made my daughter very sick! Ok for one night stay but I won't stay there again! The room was ok for the one night we needed to stay. Not what I would choose for a vacation ,but as just a clean place to spend the night it was cool. Didn't use any amenities but they were available. quiet, clean, and a pretty good complimentary breakfast though the apple juice was all water and I poured it out.

My room was immaculate. Great service!

Best stay in El Paso!

Hotel is in a convenient location right next to I-10. The room was not very clean and there were hairs in the bathroom. Carpet was extremely filthy. Phone did not work. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but fortunately there is a Village Inn right next door, where we decided to eat instead. I would not stay here again. I quickly became unhappy when the hotel clerk said she was not sure if they had a room with two beds, especially since I had the reservation confirmation. They weren't able to reach someone who could help them know if a room was available so I had to wait until the clerk checked herself. The door was difficult to open to get into the room. clean well kept, hot water, just off the I-10 at a good price

Not one of BW's best. We do always, however, appreciate the fridge and micro they have. Didn't like the immediate area. Mute button on remote didn't work--and the TV did not receive all the stations listed on the TV channel guide. We only stayed overnight on our way hom. Don't think we would want to have an extended stay there.

Close location to airport. Wonderful heated pool, along with nice courtyard with fountain. Close to restaurants as well. Rooms had micro and fridge. Breakfast is also provided. Reasonably priced.

it waz ok but the one reason y we stayed is for the breakfast and they onley had bolied eggs ewwwww but the stay was nice

Room had a leak in the wall that made the carpet wet and smell. The float/flap on the toilet did not work causing it to continuously run after being flushed until handle jiggled.

Hotel Staff was nice and helpful. Room was out of date and the tub was starting to peel. But great place for the price and comfortable. I am picky about beds, but they were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Though our beds were small we still had a great night sleep. Not far from eating places, border, and Abundant Living Faith church:)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location to the airport was ok, other hotels closer. Price was fine, you really get what you pay for. Hotel and room where clean but showed their age. Location made me a little nervous as a single traveler. But all in all it was "fine".
