Very nice room. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice....I would definately stay there again.

I decided to stay at BW for a Saturday to Sunday trip, I requested a non-smoking room because of my asthma conditions.. The location was convenient, right off the highway & surrounded by a mall & many dinning options. We checked in & proceeded to our room, everything seemed great besides the smell of cigarettes in our room. I opened our curtain & noticed […] we had a cementary as part of our scenery. The beds were very comfy & the rooms seemed very clean but strange enough we shared a connecting door with our neighbors. I called the front desk to complain of the smell & to confirm that I was given a non smoking room like I had requested & was assured that I was. No offers to come up & check that out or move me to another room. We later went to dinner & when we returned an even stronger stench of tobacco use in the hallway. Once again I called & was told that they would come up this time & investigate because "it's not suppose to happen & there is also a fine involved with those caught smoking". I complained at check out especially since the smell agitated my health & was told to call the next day & speak with the manager. This has to be one of the worst customer satisfaction seeking hotels & I definitely would not stay here again. Devamı

The size of the room was a plus but the cleanliness of the tub was very poor. I was expecting something better for the money I paid. Also, the small and outdated of the hallways was other negative point. Besides, the were a lot of noise during the night.

Certainly this hotel was better than a two star hotel! I am glad I read the reviews before I book. Nice hotel. Little bit odd location, but still easy to get to.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We liked it much on our first visit. Unfortunately, second time around is not a charm. We left in the morning at 9:30am and came back at 2pm for a nap. The room was not made and while we were trying to catch 40 winks, we could hear the maids outside exclaiming out loud that they do not like to clean while there […] are people in the rooms. Obviously, they were giving us a hint. So she knocked on our door and asked to clean the room. We told her come back in 45 minutes. She said she has to leave. So, we told her that she will have to do what she has to do and closed the door. I understand the management does not hire enough staff to clean so they can save more money, but everyone single staff in that hotel or for all the average US hotels nowadays has to trin their people properly. There is no professionalism anymore. If you don't like it, you can stay somewhere else is pretty much what the average american is stuck with. Well, for maybe $20 more, we shall go somewhere else. You want reviews? Learn from the people's reviews. Otherwise, the hotels in america are already on a steep decline. Devamı

The location is very convenient. It isn't what you'd call "scenic" but it's easy to get to, there are many places to eat in the area (the ribs at Christie's across the street was a nice surprise) and there's a 24-hour Wegman's supermarket nearby which is great for really good premade food and anything else you might need. The hotel also has luggage […] carts which made loading in and out much simpler. Bed was really comfortable. Devamı

we were very impressed with the room. there were actually two chairs for us to sit in. All in all it worked out to be a good weekend.
