Ramada O'Hare - Elk Grove Village

they did not have anything they stated the only thing i did was swim when i went for breakfast i saw a bug on the microwave needless to say no breakfast either no lounge no restaurant

We checked in for an overnight stay as we were doing the park and fly. Our room had only about 30 sheets of toilet paper on the roll. We went to the front desk to get another as there wasn't a spare in the room. We were told they would deliver a roll. Never came , we were now out of TP so we called again to see where the nearest bathroom was that we […] could use. They said the guy was now on his way so we continued to WAIT up - received it about 1 hr. 15 minutes later and had to get up at 0400. The shuttle service pick-up should have been made a little clearer as we were only told to go to the Hilton under the red canopy by #2. Across from the Hilton , there's a red canopy with Terminal #2 so that is where we were waiting. Missed 1st shuttle. We were not aware of the fact that we had to go all the way around the Hilton to a marked shuttle area therefore , we waited for about 1 1/2 hours before getting back to our car. Devamı

Just about everything that could be wrong with this hotel is: 1) the pool and hot tub are laid out nicely - indoor and surrounded by video games, etc. But - they were both locked up with a huge notice from the Health Dept that they had been closed for health/safety reasons. They were filthy with scum on the top of the water and stunk up the whole area. […] 2) the restaurant was closed, apparently also by the health department. 3) the staff were rude and had an attitude that said "I don't care if you stay here or not". 4) Although identified as Ramada O'Hare, it is not close to the airport - it took 30 minutes to get there. 5) The business center was filthy and neither PC had access to the internet, so no boarding passes or materials could be printed. VERY BORING

This hotel is in severe disrepair, A/C not working in 3 of 4 rooms we were offered, in room phones not operational, free shuttle service to airport not dependable - plan on an excessive wait or consider a cab instead.

When we checked in, the room we were given was already being used by someone else. Back to the front desk for room number 2. Went to that one and the room had not been cleaned yet......... Back to the front desk for room number 3......... Got there and the AC was on High and was barely coming out. Back to the front desk to get it fixed..... came back […] from my trade show after dinner and it was still not very cool in the room. We went back to the front desk and they moved us too room number 4....... Stayed in it for about 2 hours and the room never got cool.... Went tot he front desk again and they gave us keys to 3 other rooms and they were pretty much all the same situation so we stayed in room #4 and made due because we already had everything unpacked and set up in there. the wireless internet was horrible. Not sure it if was b/c we were too far away from the router but it dropped out or froze on me multiple times a day (more than 10) and because very frustrating. I know it was not just me b/c there were several people walking around with their laptops trying to get a connection anywhere they could. Seemed that the best connection was somewhere near the pool or the front desk. No ESPN or HBO in the room.......ugh! it was a basic place to lay your head and take a shower.......... A great place to stay at... very friendly staff.. I would go there again if i visit chicago

Hotel is very outdated, A/C barely worked in the room. Room must have been a former smoking room b/c it reeked and was very musty. Would never stay here again. Shuttle was a rickety old van with a piece of paper that said "Ramada" and the door didn't even completely shut. I expected more from a "Ramada".

Room ceiling was peeling and looked gross. Smelled somewhat moldy, but maybe due to humidity. Everday I left and returned my keys did not work and had to have them re-enetered which was irritating after long days of being out. Pool was great and kids loved it! Okay place to sleep if your on a budget

It was a good hotel to stay 1 night to get to the airport the next morning. Rooms need a little TLC, but it did the job of providing a place to stay for the night. It had a nice indoor pool area with lots of room. The shuttle (free) to the airport was great and on time. Would stay there again for a night when needing to travel to the airport.

The service and staff was very polite and cooperative, Hotel was clean. However the condition is old, the AC didnt work that effectively and they gave a spare fan. Its good for lesser rates.

There was no wireless internet in the room. And AC was barely functional.

The room was big but not maintained well. The air conditioner is very old and the room was very warm in spite of turning the a/c full blast. I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

THIS, hotel was a dump, you had kids crying behind the desk, only one person would ck you in while the other just sat there, I was told this was a nice Hotel, This is no Ramada Inn, it should have been call TRUCKER $6.00 A NIGHT MOTEL Roger Merriman

choose the hilton across the street from ohare. I thought I was staying at an airport hotel. I wound up at a hotel 20 minutes away from the airport. it was a dump - my blanket had many visible moth holes. really? I would have rather slept in the backseat of a car.

took me 2 hours to get shuttle service after i called. hotel is in overall very poor condition. i would NEVER go there again.

As soon as we go and check in. They tell me I have not paid for my room yet. And charged my card. And I explained to them that I had already paid, and checked with my bank and it now showed 2 charges. And they said oh don't worry its a instant void and will be available from your bank instantly. I knew this was BS and that it would take up to 5 days. […] They also told me that they would receive by fax from hotels.com a payment around 72 hours. The restaraunt within was closed for construction, the outside was under construction. The pool, the whole reason we were going there had mold in it, and cut our stay short. The room itself was very dirty, some filmy substance all over the chairs and the odor was the final straw. I would never recommend or stay at this hotel again. The very worst I've ever stayed at. I can't find one thing that would make that experience any better. Needless to say I still haven't been credited back for the double charge. Devamı

Preiswert, aber nicht mehr, nicht gerade berauschend. Wer eine günstige Übernachtung sucht wird zufrieden sein. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Airport jede Stunde, Abholung am Airport nach Anruf auch kostenlos. Fahrt in die City mit der U-Bahn von O'hare für 2,25 USD. Zustand des Hotels erträglich, alt, abgewetzt aber sauber und ordentlich. Taxi bis Downtown […] soll angeblich 50 USD kosten, habe es aber nicht getestet. Ich bin immer mit dem Shuttle zum Flughafen und dann mit der UBahn in die Stadt. Kostet Zeit, ist aber preislich nicht zu schlagen. Devamı
