Location is perfect for restraurants and bars in walking distance.

When we arrived at the hotel I was a little skeptical that we had wasted our money. The hotels outside appearance is old and in need of a facelift and yard maintenance. However I was happily surprised with our room. It was very clean and quiet. The air worked great and the room had everything we could need. We will definately stay here again!

The room smelled like urine, feces and throw up all together. It made me sick to my stomach as soon as I walked in. The condition of the hotel was poor. I ate the money I spent on the hotel and found somewhere else to stay. I would've rather stayed in my car.

Good place to stay and this will probably be the last time to stay here as we ended up buying a house nearby. It's been very nice to stay here and is conveniently located to everything. Thanks again for the nice large room to stay in while shopping around for a house.

initally when we drove up to the hotel-- we was not very pleasing to the eye from the outside--it was very dark & we were not sure where the lobby was & the lobby was very small--but as we got to our room we were plesantly surprised by the size of the room-it was very spacious & we also had a balcony & we could see the water from our room-our stay turned […] out to be great! & condiering we stayed over spring break --i thought it might be very loud w/ all the spring breakers but there was no issue at all. OUr stay was excellent & i would recommed & i would definitely stay here again as it was very resonablly prices & very close to down town, london bridge & the water. Devamı

Motel-type hotel but clean and convenient

Hotel is in serious need of updating. It is in the "down town" area, and walking distance from lots of restaurants, bars and mom and pop type of shops.

Very nice hotel and pet friendly. Was very convient to location we wanted to be.

For the money, this hotel could be a lot worse. It's an older building and the decor is somewhat outdated. However, the room was very clean and it was quite convenient to my meeting location.

We stayed at this hotel for a week while we got some home improvements done on our house in other state. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Very convenient to different activities. We will stay here again next time we're in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

It was somewhat Clean, But I'll try somewere else next time. Parking is tight, somewhat hard to find too..

For the price, this hotel is surprisingly well maintained. A large bed, refrigerator and microwave, and lots of space made it seem like we were ripping off the owner for the price we paid. The hotel itself is a little run-down, but the rooms inspire little complaint.

Tucked behind the storefronts along the older, but quaint, section of Havasu, you may pass this place even if you're looking for it. However, it is worth getting to and is a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. I expected little, since it was one of the cheapest places in town, and I was pleasantly blown away by the room, as well as the courtyard […] and swimming pool. The grounds are professionally landscaped and well-cleaned, the pool is nice, and the rooms are very good sized. The rooms certainly are not the newest, nor are their furnishings, but they have been well kept and are spacious enough that you've actually got some room to move around, even with the large central console housing a large TV and two closets, a table & chairs, a small desk, and nightstands. The in-room coffee maker is nice (especially since the hotel itself doesn't really offer any breakfast). Also, walls in-between the rooms are solid—either concrete or brick (not sure which)—so noise between rooms is greatly diminished. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. While it is true to say that for the price you will not find anything better in the area, I think it's pretty safe to say that even if you spend 20-30 bucks more, you still will not get a better quality room than you'll get here. A very good value. The room was quite comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

When we are in Lake Havasu City, AZ we always like to stay at Knights Inn. Rooms are large and convenient to places we go to while visiting there.

We stayed there for one night and it was a good stop. Employees very friendly and accommodating. Quiet night and the room has two doors, one to the outside and one to the pool. Also the room had a little refrigerator, a microwave and a little coffee pot! Nice stay.

When we travel to Lake Havasu City, AZ we always stay at this hotel. Large rooms, good nights rest for the money.

Clean, inexpensive, decently comfortable

Found a black bug crawling on the bed blanket. Swatted it to the floor. Called front desk to vacuum the carpeting because of the bug. Left the room. One bed fixed up, but not the 2nd bed. They did not check for other bugs, but they did vacuum floor. Continental breakfast advertised: A dougnut does not qualify as a continental breakfast!.

This is located next to a strip club and there were cops outside watching the place but not doing anything. Our friend would not even take a shower because it was not clean... price is low and now I know why. It had a 4.2 rating NOT sure how that happened hopefully my rating of 1 will lower the average a bit...

older hotel kept up well, clean and very close to everything all in all a great room for the price.

I have stayed their 2 times and I think it's fairly clean and the staff is exceptionally hospitable. Will go back

Hope to make a trip again in November with friends and plan on staying at this hotel. Good location, near places to eat, stores, gas stations, and close to friends living near by.

The outside of the hotel looks very shady but the inside is great. The room was very clean and nice. The location is not to far from the lake, food and shopping areas. The only downside I have was the pillows were too soft and they feel like you werent sleeping with one at all. Other then that I would diffently recommened this hotel. Liked having 2 doors - one to parking lot; other to pool courtyard

The beds were horrible. One of them leaned to one side as if someone had slept in the same spot for months. Otherwise it wasnt a bad hotel. The staff were friendly and the location and price were great. I would give it another try to see if I just got a room with crappy beds.

Nice clean hotel. Very good value. Large rooms. I will be staying there many times in the future.

If you want to secure your boat there is a gated yard out back of the hotel which is locked at night. Get the key issued to you when you check in. It was overall okay the pool is out for repairs looks like they have a ways to go to finish it. But overall it was a bit high priced. Would be better at a half bill mark. Defineitely not a resort. :)

L'hôtel est assez ancien de l'extérieur, mais les chambres sont impeccables et propres. Il y a un très joli pool bien aménagé. Un peu à l'extérieur du centre ville. Wifi gratuit qui fonctionne bien.

Hôtel étape pour une nuit. Accueil du personnel limite. N'ayant aucun descriptif de la ville , elle n'a pas été capable de nous indiquer la moindre chose à faire ni donné un plan de la ville. A côté de l'hôtel, pas de resto ni de quoi prendre le PDJ. Mieux vaut avoir la voiture. Mon fils a trouvé quelques grillons vivants sur la moquette. La piscine […] de l'hôtel rattrape tout le reste. Grande, propre, chaude. Il est vrai qu'à l'extérieur , il faisait 40°C. Pas d'eau froide dans la chambre. Certainement à cause de la température extérieure! Devamı
