Older roadside motel showing its age. Clean enough. Gets some train noise ( like the others locations in the area). Staff was polite and very helpful. Gets the job done for a "place to crash" for the night.

The address given by Hotels.com was not for the motel where the reservation was actually made. This was very disappointing. The motel was being remodeled and the area was in a state of disrepair . The room was not clean and dirty towels were hanging behind thebatroom door. A half full coffee cup was on the window sill. The bathtub was a lil run down but front desk was nice! I hope when they renovate they have a bigger selection of breakfast items like maybe a waffle maker! If so we'd never stay any where else!!!!!

When we got there the customer service rep. was very kind. She was quick and did not waste any time. We will be returning to this hotel.

nasty paint peeling in bathroom tubs are gross, hair in toilet , stains on sheets and door doesnt have security latch window dont close and heater runs all night and barely maintains room warm.

For budget travel it's very good as it's close to Grand Canyon...

for the money and the location - it was perfect. don't expect it to the be the Ritz. but i was very happy with it. didn't hear the train at all. walls were thick - didn't hear any neighbors. clean towels. free breakfast.

It was Excellent for the cost which i paid.Support staff was excellent. Small incident happened during breakfast my kids spilled juice it was cleaned in no time i was amazed how quickly the receptionist handled it with easy .

You get what you pay for ... Nice stop for the price we got . It was a cold night took the heat a while to warm up the room. Very close to a train track , but that didn't bother us. It's loud and you can hear the train all times during the night . Fridge and microwave available which was nice and a small continental breakfast was good

It was inexpensive so you get what you pay for. Great for students who don't like to camp, yet don't have money for a nicer hotel.

The hotel was quite cheap price wise and in reality, it was a little run down. The rooms were OK. Comfortable enough and suitable for what we wanted. The site is a little dated and run down. Out side area spoiled by the usual smokers hanging about. So called hi speed internet was the WORST we have encountered on our trip. Absolute waste of time. We got there to see hotel mattress in the pool area and upon entering our room found blood on the bed. We instantly asked for a room switch which they had to do. I'd never stay here ever

The room was clean and spacious if a bit shabby in beddings and upholstery. The front desk staff was kind and helpful plus efficient and responsive to needs. I used the laundry facilities in lobby. Breakfast was minimal, not much to crow about! Bathroom fixtures/tub, etc. could use updating but everything worked.

run of the mill - very busy I guess because of the proximity of historic downtown but left a lot to be desired - pool not working (not good location anyway (in middle of parking lot)) - room clean but not impressive - staff friendly but not real knowledgeable - typical continental cold breakfast - building old but maintained - not the best but far from […] worst - campare equally with other hotels in proximity - felt safe - good for rest stop but not recommend for long stay. This is a small lodge on Route 66. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to downtown Flagstaff, where there are heaps of bars and restaurants (most with "happy hours" between 4-7pm!!) Staff here are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The accommodation could do with a bit of TLC on the decorating front. However, the rooms are fully equiped with TV, phone, […] coffee making facilities, free wifi, fridge and microwave. Additionally, they offer an inclusive continental breakfast. This hotel is across the street from a major train line which has freight trains running all night long! The hotel is old and doesn't even have soundproof windows. Sleep elsewhere.

Great location - close to downtown & all major roads. Plenty of parking. Yes it's near the train but everything along 66/180/40 in Flagstaff is near the train; still something to consider if you're a very light sleeper. Building & facilities are worn but maintained. Staff is very friendly. Walking distance to very good food, coffee shops, & grocery […] store. WiFi is provided but the speed all three days we were there was a joke...far slower than 3G speeds. This hotel is a fine bare bones hotel. The breakfast was good. The staff were great. The room was OK. They were very good to work with our family to fit us in and gave us extra linen. I was disappointed that the pool is shut down for the season, and think they should put that in the advertisement. The room smell was horrible. We stayed in the room as little as possible. Went to the desk, but they did not want to hear from us. So we won't stay there again.

Confortable motel, especially for the price! The room was a bit small, but still nice. It had the ammenities needed - refrigerator, microwave, tv with many channels. We stayed there Sunday night on the way to Las Vegas from Albuquerque and Thursday night on the way back.

NOT GOOD - - we booked two rooms for 2 nights. housekeeping did not show up, no soap or TP in one room and no telephone connection as the cord was missing. the other room both beds uncomfortable and carpet was sticky and no kleenex also. The shower was good but would have been better with soap. The train was noisy and the pool was closed... etc..

We did not feel good about our stay. Our primary complaint is that we contracted for 2 queen beds and a roll-away. The person at the desk even noted that it was written down by someone reflecting those arrangments. What we received was 2 double beds (that they called queens) and the hotel DIDN'T EVEN OWN a roll-away bed! By the time we arrived, it was […] too late to change to another hotel.
