The Mirador - Mumbai

I think it is a good hotel for the price. There is no shopping around the hotel area within a walking distance. Hotel has a good service.

This hotel is near to the airport, but really far away to the citycenter. Service and food is ok. Bar looks good, but sometimes they have privat events and the bar is closed. Rooms are not new but clean and good. Free Airport Pickup and drop service. Around the hotel is not much.... I think for the price a good hotel

Had to call multiple time before confirming that they had my reservation thru hotels.com Called and aited for 45mins for Airport transfer from airport to hotel, Prompt on getting back. Rooms are ok and service good.

As always i have had a very pleasant stay at the Mirador. The price and the comforts are inline. It is value for money.

I was attending a conference at the Bombay Exposition Centre, and this hotel was a good value choice. The hotel staff did not let my fiancé and me live in the same room in spite of booking a double occupancy room. They insisted we book a separate room for both and they charged double the rate and told us only the top end room was available when this was actually far from the truth! They did this under the garb of them being a business hotel and that […] the police officials check on them regularly! No other hotel ive stayed at had any such ridiculously rigid rules including the oberoi and hyatt. In spite of us agreeing to book two separate rooms, they made us wait in the lobby for 2 hours!! The Mirador is a beautiful hotel located near the international airport in a nice neighborhood (although not as close as the Hilton or the Hyatt). We booked this hotel because it was near the airport and the pictures looked good on the website. When we got there the hotel was really small. The staff were friendly but that was about it. We booked a room with breakfast included but in the morning we had to pay for it. The rooms were small and the bathroom was filthy. I had to wear slippers in the […] shower because it was so dirty. We couldn't ask for more. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff was falling over themselves to make us comfortable. The room was excellent, food was superb, service was simply amazing!

This hotel is a good budget type reasonably new & modern hotel. Rooms are rather spartan but clean & the bed is relatively comfortable although the mattress was rather thin. Everything functioned properly including a very new large LCD TV. Water pressure in the shower was quite low but good enough to have a reasonable shower. Linen was crisp & clean. Called the hotel and requested for a pick up. The driver was there promptly. The hotel room is reasonable and good for a night of sleep. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Woke me up a the right time and arranged for transport to the airport.

Personnel pas forcément agréable. Mais sinon rien de spécial à dire sur cet hotel en bien ou en mal d'ailleurs. Peut être pas le meilleur rapport qualité/prix ...
