Great price. Simple room. Cleanliness could improve

Desk staff can't be bothered with a question if they're on the phone. They will flat out ignore you no matter how long or patiently you're waiting. Worse than rudeness, I moved the alarm clock over and little beetle-like bugs ran down the nightstand. I called the desk to get them to spray the room the next day and they sprayed it with something but […] the little bugs still existed near the coffee pot. On top of all this it's right on top of the interstate and its noise. So if you're only looking for a place to crash for the night and neither noise or bugs upset you, stay here but I'm pretty certain you can find a better-priced place that will deliver this level of accommodations! We booked this hotel due to a power outage and the fact we could bring our dog with us. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was fine for the price. It's not fancy and they don't even clean your room daily unless you pay an extra $3 per day. There is a small kitchen, but only one pan and one fork. I was raised that I you cannot say something nice about something, don't say anything.

The facility is clean and quite friendly. Unfortunately, the beds are a little uncomfortable.

Bed was like laying on concrete slab, hair in sink, toilet and tub, dirty toilet, not to mention someone knocking on door and trying to gain access to room twice after midnight. NOT a safe location - would NEVER recommend to anyone - there are better hotels within walking distance, but I recommend you drive!

My stay there was great. they had everything we needed to cook. the only issue was, we got two rooms. 1 single and 2 double beds. the single was good but the double was one big bed and a tiny roll out bed and 4 people were in that room.

The room was just plain dirty with very limited ammenities. No coffee, no alarm clock, etc.

We just needed a one-night stop on our way to Boston. Although this hotel had good reviews, there were big black hairs in the bed when we pulled back the spread; the room smelled like grilled garlic; the reception desk is behind black bullet-proof glass so we couldn't even see the person taking our money; and its remote location and creepy-looking clientele […] made me feel too unsafe to walk my dog even around the parking lot late at night. It was perfect and everytthing I need was very close will be going back.

Hotel was nice, staff personable and room was clean. I would stay there again. Bed was a little hard.

Bed was a bit squeeky and hard and the television set is a bit small, but the room was clean with plenty of towels. Front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was close to major highways, yet it was quiet.
