Extended Stay America Providence - East Providence - East Providence

Nothing fancy, nothing wrong - was okay for the quick night stay that I had.

I was at the hotel, working a trade show nearby. The mattress was uncomfortable and the TV was a 14". Other than that everything was fine.

I had to take a short unexpected trip to RI so I was on a budget. I figured I'd be able to save money by cooking for my family so I picked the Extended stay for the kitchen. I was disappointed to know that your room doesnt' get cleaned on a daily basis and I had the task of cooking with limited supplies. THere was a lovely African American woman with […] dred locks at the front desk that did her very best to accommodate us, however the policies and supplies for our stay was just insufficient. All the staff was great though. I appreciated their attempts to help us. But walking back into the room everyday was draining. I wanted to be able to relax once I got back in the room and all I did was clean, clean, clean, including the dishes, pots and pans. Just was not a relaxing stay at all. Devamı

My first stay in this hotel proved to be satisfactory. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The rooms are okay, but need updating in the hardware.

Extended Stay America is truly for the extended stay. If you are planning on traveling away from your home for a long time, Extended Stay America is perfect for you offering you all the comforts of home. Such as, a full kitchen, sink, bed(s), television, and at this particular location, a nearby supermarket for all your food shopping needs. Extended […] Stay America is not for travelers who do not plan on staying a while. Extended Stay America sacrifices things like daily towel exchanges, and making your bed. This location of Extended Stay America has a lot of noise issues. The walls are paper thin and you can hear a lot of outside noise. If you are planning on staying for a long time, you most likely will not get a goods nite rest. Devamı

A great value. Close to Providence. An easy ride. Plenty of shopping nearby. Not a luxury suite but clean and neat. Overall pleased with everything except the trafffic noise. I'd recommend it for the value alone.

Nice place to stay, convenient to downtown Providence. Get a room on the harbor side of the hotel (odd numbered rooms) - better view and no noise! The back side (even numbered rooms) are right on top of the highway!

We have stayed in East Prov. RI. many times and cannot believe the condition of the bedspreads each and every time we are there. Also the poor girl at the desk needs to be cloned, she was alone and people had to wait at the desk while she was at another location to help customers. We stopped by a couple of hrs. early to check in but room was not ready […] and were assured that our king-size room would definitely be held for us when we arrived later that evening. it felt a bit run-down, but was adequate for a pit-stop overnight, but not for any sort of touristic residency.

This hotel stinks horribly of cigarette smoke. I complained about it several time becuase someone was smoking on our floor. Supposedly the entire hotel is non smoking but the staff did nothing about it. The bed was hard, they have some really ugly furniture and horrible horrible horrible indoor/outdoor commercial grade carpet in the room. The shower […] was filthy when we arrived and we had to have housekeeping come clean the room again for us. Oh and on that subject. There is a daily fee if you want housekeeping to come in everyday. The wifi is free but only if you are ok with less then a 1 meg download speed. If you want more there is a per diem fee. The overall appearance is somewhat run down and simply thrown together. We found out that there are much nicer places close to this place for less/same money per night. Devamı

Hotel Staff was very friendly. The TV was smaller than a computer monitor from the early 90s. Neighborhood not so great. The hotel could use some updates.

Never stayed in this type of hotel but it was the only room we could get (a year in advance!). Not used to "no maid service" but for 2 nights, it was doable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

It's out of the way in East Providence but if you are looking for a place to stay its along the highway, clean and with good service.

This hotel was good for our purposes - near the highway, clean, and inexpensive. The accordion gate at the check in counter and the note warning of electronic theft from the automobile gave us the impression that the area was a little shady... but our stay was totally satisfactory.

Clean, comfortable hotel at a great price. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay if you're looking for the convenience of a bed, bathroom, and basic kitchen appliances without unnecessary luxuries.

So, this is about as average as it comes. There first was no shuttle or anything to the actual city of providence, it was about a $15.00 taxi ride. I needed to print one page off the computer and when I first went to the desk at 9AM, the person was on the side completely sleeping. I felt bad for the guy, so came back about 20 min later, to find that […] he couldnt print for anyone...so even when I asked if there was another place, he assumed I drove here. I didn't think that most people who go to hotels drove. The person on the overnight was very sweet and made sure that I had a great night. Devamı

The room is as bare minimum as can be. Everything was clean except the bedspread which had a hole and some stains.

The towels were really thin and the carpet in our room was still wet from being cleaned earlier that day. They should have made sure it was dry before putting anyone in that room. Our feet got soaked everytime we got up to use the restroom, and we had to wipe them off before getting back into bed. This was an inconvenience we shouldn't have had to put […] up with. Devamı

We stayed at extended stay america providence to see the waterfires in Providence, they were wonderful and the room when we returned was very clean and welcoming. All the employees at the hotel were very kind and friendly. Last year we went to Boston and spent four times as much on a hotel and I have to say we enjoyed this hotel more. We will be back […] and will tell our friends to stay here! Devamı

I stayed one night for a reunion. I requested a non-smoking room but they put me in a smoking room. I was in too much of a rush to make a fuss about it because I was running late for dinner so I did not request a new room. Overall it was not too bad, especially for the money. The room was clean and there was a kitchen with a sink, full fridge and microwave. […] I opened the window and turned the fan on and the smokey smell dissipated within an hour or so. The mattress was a little hard, but I did not expect much. I would stay there again, but insist on non-smoking next time. Devamı

Great location as it is in good proxsimity to downtown Providence. It was good for us as we were visiting relatives in East Providence and I think this is the only hotel in that town. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. They don't clean your room everyday. Its up to you to bring your towels and linen down stairs to exchange them as required, […] but that's the rules of the hotel. Not a big inconvience for us, but for some mabey. I booked this hotel with low eXpectations since there were no photos of the room and it was so cheap but wow did I get a deal. It was a great room for the price! It was conveniently located near everything like airport and mall and stores highly recommended. Plus the room came with everything you could néed plenty of towels silverware kitchen ice coffee […] toaster pots pans microwave it was perfect. Devamı
