"Comfort Inn at Alma/Ft. Smith, Arkansas"
The room was very nice. The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It is one of the best free breakfast that we have had. We will certainly stay at the hotel when we are in that area.

I wouldn't return if only rooms facing the highway were available.
"Very misleading"
The biggest problem is that it was advertised as accepting small pets. When I arrived they said that a. there was a $25 charge for the dog which was almost as much as the room charge. On top of it their "pet friendly" rooms looked like something out of the 1950's; second class for most Comfort Inns.
"Best Value for the money"
I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and it is always the best value for the money anywhere. We will always plan our destinations to northwest Arkansas to include this hotel.

"Pretty good"
The room was nice. There is a big difference between staying in the "main" hotel and the motel type rooms behind the main building. There is no elevator, so you are facing stairs if your room is on the second floor. One of the icemakers was broken for over a day. There were quite a few flies.
"Very Good Value"
Was very pleased with this hotel. The only negative thing was it had 2 floors and no elevator (that I saw). Other than that, I'd highly recommend this place.

The stay was fine. The beds were not the most comfortable.
