Otelin konumu, temizliği, çalışanlar, kahvaltı servisi, hepsi çok iyiydi, çok memnun kaldım.

otel çok hoş ancak merkeze yürüme yolu var biraz.ayrıca çalışanlar halden anlamayan kişiler.otel perfect olmasına rağmen tekrar gitmeyi aklımın ucundan bile geçirmiyorum.

Otelin odaları temiz, bakımlı ve konforlu. Resepsiyon görevlileri oldukça nazik ve konuklara yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otelin konumu dolmuş duraklarına yakın, yenikapı feribot iskelesine yürüme mesafesinde ancak gece geç saatlerde dönüş için taksi kullanmak daha iyi olur.

We really liked the hotel, nice rooms and very good service and it is centrally located to major attractions for those who are interested in them.

Solicitous staff. Extensive breakfast buffet. Spotlessly clean. We were there off-season (February), and were most impressed. I should also mention that there was no additional charge for our adult daughter to share our room, or at breakfast. Very much appreciated.

"Great, little hotel - but ....."
Great litle hotell with a great location - BUT we were a little provoked by that they - by arrival - gave us a small room with only view to a concret wall at one meter distance - even if we have paied for a junior suite. After a complain next day they easyly gave us a really nice room - but anyvay ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

"Great service, ideal location"
This is a great location to stay in for the die-hard tourists as it's close to the Blue Mosque, Haggia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are generously sized and comfortable. However, this is not a 5 star hotel. It is too small to be a proper 5 star hotel and doesn't have the same level of amenities. As it's small, and there is […] no carpeting in the corridors (marble instead), the sounds from the lobby / staircase carry through the hotel - not ideal with late night arrivals of guests. "Loved it!"
We spent 4 nights at the Acropol and really enjoyed everything. The hotel is a small boutique hotel with a great feel. The rooms are not big by any means, but very nice. However if you book one of the suites the size should not be an issue. The location is perfect. The street is lined with loads of restaurants and outdoor cafes, one of which is at the […] hotel itself and we had a great meal there. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Istanbul is awesome and staying at the Acropol made it even better! Devamı

This 5 star hotel was everything promised and more. Location, Staff, Breakfast buffet, Rooms, Public Spaces all First Class. Would heartedely recommend.

従業員が子供が好きでいつもこどもに声を掛けてくれた。頼んでいなくてもチェックインした部屋には子供用のエキストラベットが用意してあった。 ハマムとサウナが無料で更衣室やシャワーが使えシャンプーなども用意してあった。 風呂はジャグジーとステレオつきでこどもは喜んでいた。 居心地がよい。トラムの駅から石畳なのでスーツケースの移動は大変だった。連泊して迎えの車を頼んだほうがいいと思った。アヤソフィヤ・ブルーモスクはすぐでいつでもいけて便利・世界遺産のすぐそばで感動した。 レストランや売店もたくさんあり便利だった。 シーツ・タオルがとても上等でよかった。
Ottima posizione nel centro del quartiere antico della città, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'assegnazione della stanza, quelle del piano terra sono sacrificate, una affaccia sulla strada, un'altra su un cortiletto interno con compressore rumoroso. Fatevi dare quelle dei piani superiori.

Мы останавливались в этом отделе на три дня. Отель очень уютный, совсем небольшой, что делает почти домашним. Администраторы готовы прийти на помощь с любым вопросом, да и просто являются интересными собеседниками. Надо отметить очень удобное расположение отеля в 3 минутах от центральной площади исторического центра. Ежедневно, после длительных экскурсий […] и прогулок по городу, мы пользовались хамаммом. Единственный недочет, который могу отметить, это не очень разнообразные завтраки, хотя нашего привередливого 7-летнего сына мы все равно смогли накормить, и персонал был готов приготовить по индивидуальному запросу. "Super Preis-Leistungsverhältniss!!"
Das Hotel war absolut Zentral gelegen, dass Früstückbuffet war sehr gut. Das Zimmer, wir hatten die Junior-Suitte war sehr grosszügig, dass Bad sehr modern. Das Personal sehr freundliche, wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten.

Dieses kleine familär geführte Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und in direkter Nähe zur Hagia Sofia, Blauen Moschee und Topkapipalast (alles max. innerhalb 5 Minuten Gehweg) Auch der große Bazar und der Gewürzbazar sind in Gehweite. Das Hotel beherbergt ein kleines Restaurant, rundum gibt es zig weitere Restaurants und Hotels. Alles ist sehr touristisch […] und manchmal lästig wegen der Türsteher, die einen zum Besuch ihrer Lokalitäten überreden möchten. Hotel ist sauber, besonders erwähnenswert der überaus freundliche und bemühte Service im ganzen Haus. FANTASTICO HOTEL, OTTIMO PERSONALE, BEN POSIZIONATO, ATTENZIONE A RICHIEDERE ASSOLUTAMENTE CAMERA PIANO ALTO, VISTA MOZZAFIATO SU AGIA SOFIA E MOSCHEA BLU. IN GENERALE MOLTO SODDISFATTO ANCHE SE UN PO CARO PER ISTANBUL.
"HOTEL BEST WESTERN - ISTAMBUL"
O hotel é muito bem localizado. Bem próximo das Mesquitas e de outros pontos turísticos importantes em Istambul. Fica numa rua lotada de restaurantes e de lojas de lembrancinhas. Entretanto, o preço é absurdamente alto. Pelo preço pago, esperava acomodações infinitamente superiores àquelas encontradas. Paguei diária muito alta, bem superior a um hotel […] de bandeira famosa, por um quarto pequeno, num hotel mais compatível com 4 estrelas, com acomodação que seria para quatro pessoas adaptada com sofás camas desconfortáveis jogados numa saleta. O atendimento é muito atencioso mas acredito que o hotel está incorretamente indicado como sendo de 5 estrelas. Devamı

A very cute hotel - small, quaint, extremely clean and helpful. The service was fantastic, with a few people who looked for excuses to set us down and serve us coffee, turkish delight etc, without charging a thing. We ate there one night, and the food was surprisingly good for being such a small hotel. The rooms were nice, and the bathrooms were very […] good and modern. The training room was also modern and in good shape - big enough for 4 people to train at the same time. El hotel es muy bueno, el personal es super amable y siempre dispuesto ayudarte. La ubicacion es excelente te puedes ir caminando a las atracciones mas importantes. Lo recomiendo 100%

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Acropol Suites sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Service sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch die Bedienung im Restaurant war top.
