I was very happy with this hotel. However, there were a few spots that could use some maintanance. Specifically, the balcony on the room need to be remodeled. The rail was unsafe and the doors were falling apart. However the rooms were very clean and inviting on the inside. Service was very good. The resort amenities were very nice. Fun times during the day. Very loud at night with younger party people.

Nice pool and outdoor bar. Great for the family. Room was better then expected.

We spend our time at the London Bridge resort over Spring Break. We have small children and wasn't the smartest thing to do. The staff was so accomidation, we even had ear plugs in our room :) My family and I barely even noticed the craziness of Spring Break thatnks to the staff at the London bridge Resort.

I chose this hotel because of the proximity to two work sites. It was a clean hotel, but a few little things - there were no room service menus, so I had to eat downstairs .. and you could tell that my room had seen some hard days (small holes and dings in the walls, furniture).

Maintenance is poor. Old rooms. Resort as name-sake.

very quiet time at the hotel, room spacious and well kitted out. downside were that parking was a little difficult and sofa-bed very uncomfortable

We had an unexpected deluxe room with a kingsize bed, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, living room, patio. It was impressive! Nice gift shop with everything one could want, be it champagne or a resort outfit.

nice stay, staff were very friendly. Kristina at front desk had great customer service and help!

We stayed 4 nights in a suite, it was a very pleasant experience for us. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped as well as the size of the suite. The staff was eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible for us. The location could not have been more convienent for walking to and taking in the area around London Bridge, we were […] also very close to the downtown area and shopping. The London Bridge Resort is not new but it has been well maintained and is very comfortable. We will definetely returrn for another stay! Devamı

Well, lets see....i was charged twice for my room. So we had to get that fixed. When we arrived the room we were put in had fixtures hanging off the walls. When i woke up the following morning, the coffee pot didn't work and i'm a coffee drinker so i had to go all the way to the other side of the hotel just to get some just woke up coffee. Then to top […] it all off, i was not told that it was mandatory for us to pay a resort fee. When we made the reservations it gave us the option to pay 14.99 + tax in order to use the pool, golf area, arcade, fitness room, so on and so forth. I figured, well were only staying there so we dont have to drive an hour home from the bar, so i opted against choosing the resort accomodation fee because we obviously were just "sleeping there", we weren't using any of their "accomodations". However, when i went to check out i was informed by the front desk attendant that i either needed to charge my card for the "acomodation resort fee" or i could pay cash. My repsonse was of course there's no sense in that since we didn't use their accomodations. So overall, when i spent as much on the room as i did; just to have to move to a different room and be charged for things i didn't use. I most definately was very dissatisfied about my service there. And for the price i paid, my stay should have been much more than what we received. Devamı

Lake Havasu? In December? Really? Perfect weather, and no crowds. Really nice. We booked a timeshare up the street, and the place was falling apart, so we asked around and locals recommended this place. After the horrors of our first spot, a U-Haul would have been nice. but this resort allowed us to shake off the stress of that previous experience and […] enjoy our week. The staff was really nice and helpful, even shipping my son's wallet back to him after he left it in the room, with ALL his Christmas money in it (over $100!). Loved Lake Havasu and the London Bridge Resort. Staff was attentive, room was spotless. The building in general could use a little face lift (starting to look a bit dated) but they sure made up maintaining everything super clean. Continental breakfast was decent. Nothing like a fresh cup of coffee overlooking the lake! :)

My fiance and I spent a night at the hotel while checking the surrounding area out for a possible move when we retire. The 3 pools kept our 11 year old very busy. The wait staff were very friendly and relaxed. Food at the hotel was ok, but we didn't eat there for the food, mostly for the convenience. We were very surprised at the rooms, very spacious […] and contained all the neccessities. Would be a great stop for a longer visit as it overlooks Lake Havasu and is near all the action. Devamı

Nice place but a bit overpriced. Reserved 2 rooms for 2 night 4 months in advance but when we got there they had us on different ends of the hotel. Their notes even said close together. I find it hard to believe they could not accomplish that.

There was no hot water for the showers which wasnt fun. Other than that its was ok.

This hotel is located right where all the action is. But beware, the night life noise can keep you up all night. Be sure to ask for a room far away from the night clubs. Also parking can be tight due to the night club crowds. The rooms were better than expected. I did not realize that when I booked two queen beds, I was getting two separate bedrooms […] with a small kitchen included. Very nice and comfortable. The only thing I can say that wasn't up to what I thought it should be, the room didn't have any towels and we had to call for them. They were very prompt in getting them to our room. We will go again, but not during Spring Break....

It was a horrible experience we could not enjoy the pool and did not get any sleep for all 4 nights that we booked since Spring Breakers totally took over running up and down the hall all night and yelling all night, security did nothing to quiet them so that others could sleep.When we complained we were told that we should not visit in March,it was […] as if they could care less.We will not ever book with London Bridge Resort again and would not recommend it ever. THE RATE WAS GREAT . WE DID NOT GET THE ROOM WE WERE PROMISED AT FIRST. THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK LEFT ALOT TO BE DESIRED. HOTEL.COM FINALLY GOT THE MANAGER AND HE GAVE US WAS WE WERE PROMISED AND HE WAS NICE ABOUT IT AND STATED HE SHOULD HAVE GOT INVOLVED SOONER. IT TURNED OUT OK, BUT WE REALLY THO'T WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TO LEAVE.

Our stay was fine. We were located on the back side of the property and are early risers so the garbage truck backing up under our 2nd floor room didn't wake us. The walls in our suite were thin as paper and the noises from the next rooms extracurricular activity was loud and clear. Fortunately, it didn't last long. The beds are Queen size and way to […] soft for my liking but many may enjoy them. Location was fine and the local pizza place and breakfast lunch bar did room service. They are not cheap and in my opinion not worth the money. Better to leave the property and go out into the next block where much better is available. Devamı

Great location - right on water & walking distance to boat rental/tours. Martini Bay was a yummy restaurant/bar right on-site. Other restaurants walking distance. Only complaint we had was our first morning there, we didn't receive breakfast delivered to our room, even though we had our door-hangy thing displayed requesting it. We enjoyed our stay with our grandaughter, she especially liked the spiral stair case and the pools. Room was well laid out. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable.

The only downfall was that the ice machines did not work. We tried the one on 1st floor and 3rd floor - neither did. The room was fabulous - loved the roof top balcony. Staff was friendly and courteous. This is our regular go to spot in Lake Havasu and will be again and again.

We had a great stay at this resort. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The resort was extremely convienant for us as we kept our boat in a slip. Even the security staff were nice and effective. We were able to walk to restaraunts of our choosing including sushi and ice cream.

This is my 2nd time staying at the hotel. The pull out couch beds are VERY un-comfortable. The mattress is thin and really should be changed out. Bring an AERO bed - you will be more comfortable. Great location if you have a boat. Staff was friendly. Ample dishes, pots & pans and utensils in the kitchen. I will book again for next year.

The pools and location were nice. We liked walking around to the stores under the bridge. Our favorite time was renting a jet-ski and exploring the lake for a few hours.

This hotel is getting old. So much potential; it is convenient, great location, and with some improvements will really be nice. For the money, it is not the best value. I believe overpriced by about 30%. Still, comfortable hotel.

We found it very convenient to have a boat slip on the property. We did not have to pull our boat out of the water each night and it was a short walking distance from the boat slip to our hotel room. The rooms have a small kitchen were you could cook and a living room along with a bedroom. We could have brought two more poeple with plenty of room for […] them to stay. The hallway could use a cleaning the carpet was a little dirty, but the room itself seemed to be well kept. There are resturaunts conveniently located near the hotel. My family & I had a GREAT time here. I had the pleaseure of meeting the manager as I needed a boat slip. This resort is on the lake & has boat slips that make life easy. No need to wait in lines till we went home. The manager upgraded our family to a 2 bedroom suite and it was amazingly convenient for us all.
