Great customer service. Excellent and proper breakfast spread. Easy access to the parking garage. Grate rates through hotels.com. The bar area is upscale and served many different clientele.

Had a lovely time. Hotel was brill Staff was brill. And the weather was very nice. So everything made for a lovely weekend

Great view over river and Limmerick.Really comfy bed and room a good size. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast good choice and plentiful. Surrounding area looked a bit run down but possibly getting re-developed. Easy access to walk into town centre which we did at night with no concerns but maybe wouldn't like to walk on my own at night although […] I had no concerns during the day. Devamı

Lovely location. Room view over river was excellent. Staff both at reception and in the bar were really good, very helpful. Only slight grumble was room could do with refreshing. Stain on carpet and cobwebs on ceiling . But would still recommend on staff and location.

This hotel has exceptional staff who cannot do enough for guests. The service is second to none. The rooms and hotel in general are very clean . The leisure facilities are fine . Internet connection good. The views from the room and restaurant are excellent on the waters edge over the river shannon. The city is two minutes walk to o connell street . […] The hotel is used by locals for meetings , restaurant which is always a good indication. Excellent Devamı

Nice hotel, nice view over the water, good room, and fast check in / check out. One thing worth noting is that the car park is better suited to small cars. A medium to large car takes quite a bit of skill to maneuver in the multi-story car park which looks to be designed to maximize spaces and not maneuverability. Apart from that it’s a nice hotel.

The breakfast was not good. The hot buffet was cold!

Very clean, modern and comfortable, convenient location, although next door was a metal scrapyard. Five to ten minute walk to downtown shopping. Hotel restaurant hours not convenient, only open for meals during normal meal times. Hotel staff very helpful.

The hotel is just beyond the city centre shopping area and a short walk into town (on which I got very wet, twice, so if the skies are grey bring an umbrella). Rooms are what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. River views from the rooms are great. Shower was lovely and strong. A let down is the lack of a hotel car park. It uses a public/flatblock […] car park across the road but charges are extra and its not obvious where to go on arrival. Its also approached through a one-way traffic system. The hotel set down was also regularly occupied by a bus so offloading luggage just outside didn't work either. The area outside the hotel is also a bit run-down and its adjacent to a gated yard/dump. This didn't affect my stay but it does make itself noticed in the overall experience. Devamı

Comfortable in all respects but dissatisfied with the restaurant staff. Never saw one smile during our meal. Food was great however when we were seated and asked for a wine list the waitress went for one but never came back. 15mins later we were approached by a waiter who told us there was a very limited supply available, so much so, we just had water […] with our meal. Booked a Deulxe room I believe,not sure because it didnt seem too deluxe. The view was stunning however the room itself was not up to the standard I would have expected, also the letters and room numbering missing along the dirty corridor did not give a four star vibe.

Stayed at the Clarion for a few nights on a business trip. Perfect location for my needs, right by the river. Competent, professional staff who worked hard to meet my needs (e.g. allowing me to use the staff computer and printer so I could adjust and print out new copies of a presentation I had to give to the Irish government). Our four night stay at the Clarion was excellent. The location is convenient for Shannon Airport and Limerick city centre. Lots of shopping within walking distance. The hotel staff were great and always ready to help. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that there was not enough space to keep our clothes and we had to keep […] a lot of things in our suitcases. On checking in we found the girl behind the desk to be very polite and helpful.we then went up to our allocated room only to find another couple in it as you can imagine this was a very embarrassing situation.we returned to reception and the person we dealt with was quite rude,the practically accused us of going to the wrong room.he went on to check […] the computer and told us this was the room we were booked into.he then rang the couple in the room and suggested to them that they move to the room number they should have been in. I informed him we this would not be acceptable as this couple had been on the bed and used the room it would make you consider what they consider cleanliness to be not saying anything about the other couple but it is not best practice to suggest we just swap rooms,i have to say we were appalled by this not to mention that both check in clerks thought it was hilarious and were sniggering behind the desk not what one would expect from a four star hotel!!!!! The Clarion Hotel was an amazing stay. Great location down town and only a couple minute walk to the shops and the nightlife. The staff were very friendly, the food was great, and the building was clean and very well kept!! Great stay!

My stay was work related so hotel was conveniently located to the city centre. My only problem was was been charged for parking in total this week I stayed 5 nights and was charged 17.50 for parking and my colleague was charged 7.50.seems extreme when we were hotel guests

We stayed for one night in the Clarion hotel limerick, the room was very clean and we had a lovely view of the shannon. It is well located and offers many amenites, although we didn't eat in the hotel we found a beautiful French resturant just a minute walk away. This was a very unexpected and lovely experience. This hotel sits in a very pleasant location overlooking the Shannon. The pool, sauna, gymnasium etc are all an added bonus. It is handy for the town centre and a great base for visiting nearby tourist attraction like King John's castle, Bunratty Castle, the town of Ennis, the Burren etc. All in all it was great value for the price we paid.

We arrived just before lunch and were swiftly checked in. We asked to move room to get a city and river view which was no problem. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed use of the swimming pool where again the staff were helpful. The highlight was the Thai food in the Kudos bar, authentic and very affordable. We would reccommend this hotel

Stayed in the hotel on the 29th May, booked the room through hotel.com but then contacted the hotel directly - they were extremely helpful and allowed me to avail of the deluxe upgrade which included most importantly a late check out. They also accomodated my request for a smoking room without any hassle. The room itself was extremely comfortable and […] added so much to the our overall enjoyment - it was really clean, bright and airy. The view from the bed was of Thomond Park but when standing you could see the length of the River Shannon. Room service was prompt from the bar. We didn't eat in the hotel but I've heard great things about the restaurant from friends from Limerick. Overall 10/10. Devamı

Lovely hotel situated at the end of the city,little walk to hotel but not too bad.hotel is lovely wit great services,but its a good 20 min walk to thomand park not 10 as stated.I would use this Hotel again

Very pleased with hotel overall. We had a lovely kingsize room with views over the Shannon. Hotels.com also gave us a very good deal, even the staff don't get rates as cheap as I got them from Hotel.com!? Myself and my son stayed in hotel for 3 days, we made full use of the gym, sauna and pool. Very well kept, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel so i cannot comment about that. Room had a lovely view of the River and we had no disturbances with noise. We were treated magificently. The room was fantastic with an incredible view of the river; the pool, zacuzzi and exercise equiptment were great; the food was superior and served with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return!

Th hotel is situated in an area that is a bit rough and ready but don't let that put you off as the hotel itself is very good and there is secure NCP parking adjacent to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the small, yet functional, pool and spa area. We had the 'Early Bird' evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent […] quality and very well priced. The hotel gets very busy at weekends and the bar area was packed with a party of young rugby players but the bedroom was very quiet and gave excellent views of the city. Nette Zimmer, nichts besonders in dieser Kategorie. Sauber und ansprechend. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage direkt am Shannon ist sehr schön und zentrumsnah. Man hatte eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Shannon und Limerick.
