The Westin Charlotte - Charlotte

i just had a short stay, but it is well worht it, everything was is good tip top shape,i did not get to dine there but the next time in town i will.

Very attentive staff. Valets extemely good. Housekeeping was excellent, friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Room condition well above average. Very well supplied (multiple soaps, shampoo's, conditioners, lotion) In room safe helpful. Restaurant food was very good (had the breakfast buffet)

way way to overpriced for the services given, or better yet, so much noise in the reception area i could balely her the conter person to check in. they apparently were going to charge me a second time for a prepaid room. the only free items here is the ice everything else you pay dearly for. 34 dollars for a 6 pack of bud lite!! please and dont forget […] the ,mandatory taxes tips and service fees!! yikes!! We stayed at this hotel during the bowl game since it was close to the stadium. It was a very nice hotel- clean, comfortable and convenient. However, due to the timing of our stay it was way overpriced! Considering what we paid I expected more from the staff. I understand that it was sold out due to the bowl game but I just didn't receive the service […] that I think the hotel could have provided. All in all a good stay but I think next time we can arrange something just as nice for a better price. Devamı

Hotel was very convenient to B of A Stadium and but not much else, room was clean, some minor disrepair. Very disappointed that the GRAND DELUXE DOUBLE did NOT have a refrigerator or microwave - nothing Grand about it, but it was clean. Starbucks' hours left a lot to be desired. Food at hotel restaurant was fantastic, but the service was extremely SLOW […] - had to get our server to order food, get more drinks, get our check and had to take the money her to pay the bill, despite the fact we told her we were going to the 1:00 game - arrived at restaurant at 10:30 am had sandwiches and chicken fingers did not leave until12:15. We were in Charlotte for a brief layover before a morning flight. The hotel was lovely, and the staff friendly and competent. Only problem was that the pool and fitness center were being renovated, which is good news for future guests, but a disappointment for us.

Stayed the The Westin night before NFL Carolina Panthers & Washington Redskins game & everything thing was wonderful.

Chose this hotel stay for a busy weekend including my girlfriend's 30th birthday and best friend's wedding. We arrived a little after 8pm on Friday night and could not get anyone in valet to help or direct us to registration. Self parked all dressed up carrying our luggage and belongings without a concierge or bellhop in site. Check in was speedy and […] was asked by the receptionist if we would like a key for the beverage cooler. Obviously the answer was yes but was not in our set of room keys. It was sent up with the guy not leaving without his tip which I obliged. The rest of the stay went well. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I expected more from the Westin and they will never get my business again Devamı

Great Hotel. Within walking distance of shopping, dining. Went to see Carolina Panthers. Only three blocks from stadium. Very convenient. Fantastic bed.

I've stayed at the Westin twice and had positive experiences both times. Room service is way too pricey, but that comes with the territory.

I stay at hotels for business around 80 to 90 nights a year and this property was among the better hotels I have been to. The staff was simply fantastic, very helpful, and polite. Yes, there is such thing as southern charm! The rooms were well maintained and seemed brand new. Very quiet and well appointed, I felt extremely comfortable at all times. […] Highly recommend! Concierge service was not available, front desk was not particularly helpful in recommendations. The room had a conference/mtg chair at the desk instead of a desk chair. The one recommendation we both have for the staff of this Westin is to take this opportunity and develope a list of recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. visit […] these places before you recommend them. We have stayed at other Westin locations and have had much better stays than this. Devamı

The valet attendants were very professional, the attendant at the front desk was more than pleasant and very accomodating, the bellhop was very accomodating and informative. The beds were to die for and the view from our room was unbelievable. We were so pleased that my husband signed up for the rewards program so we could take advantage of this hotel […] and other like it more often. Very professional, very informative, very accomodating, very clean, very comfortable, and located with easy access to pretty much anything you would need and/or want in Charlotte. Devamı

The hotel staff was great. The water in the room didn't get hot, and the room was not as described the shower and the tub weren't separate. also it was rather small for a deluxe king suite.

Great hotel stay. Beds very comfortable. Room perfect for what we needed. Only drawback was lack of cold water coming from the bathroom sink. Hadn't seen that one before. Location was perfect to see a football game. The entire Cincinnati team stayed at the same hotel.

staff was friendly and very helpful. room was comfortable. gym is fantastic. just a short walk to the stadium. we were grateful to be 4 blocks from the Saturday night crowded chaos at the epicentre. only one minor & tolerable oddity: the water in the tub/shower and sink runs VERY hot! will definitely return! great place!

The location was great. Nice, clean hotel. However, the hotel charged $18.00 to park in there own parking garage. I was not aware of the charge until I was leaving the hotel. I do not believe a hotel should charge to park in there own parking lot unless you pay for valet parking. The hotel also charges to use there WIFI.

The staff makes this hotel a great experience. Valet, bellhop, front desk, restaurant, and maids were all friendly, responsive and customer service oriented. The rooms and halls have seen some wear and tear and it was almost non-stop with one conference after another during the week we were there. Nonetheless, they do their best and the Westin beds […] are the best. Wish they had a decent refrigerator in the rooms though. Restaurant is pricey and okay for convenience but lots of dining options are within walking distance. Devamı

I stay at this hotel everytime I travel to Charlotte. It is conveniently located in downtown Atlanta. It's very clean and nice. Unfortunately, the self parking is $18 per night which I think it's too much considering that all one does is just use one of the parking spaces of the hotel. Even Washington DC downtown hotels charge less than that and they […] offer valet parking. Other than that, I like the hotel. My room was right by the railway; however, I could not hear the train from the room. Devamı

Our overall stay was nice. I will say that some minor details were overlooked. In the restroom, for example, there was peeling wallpaper, rust on the showerheads, and the like. The hotel lobby bar was closed, despite this being a Friday night. Also, the lobby bar featured half priced bottles of wine on Fridays, but though we were redirected to the Ember […] Grille (in the hotel as well), we were not offered the same promotions. T he hotel is in a great location. Staff was excellent and professional. However, the hotel ran out of hot water at 10 PM on Saturday night. Strange... When reported to management, they assigned an engineer to resolve the issue and to notify me when fixed.

My wife and I got a night away from the kids for the 4th and stayed uptown for the night. The staff was friendly. The floors where not clean. We where put in a room that was across the hall from a couple of families whose kids where out in the hall, making noise till midnight! The beds are softer than we are used to and made for a difficult night's […] sleep. The hotel sits right next to a LYNX stop, but the signs in the hotel to get to it are not easy to find/follow. It's location made it easy to walk arond the uptown area. Devamı

This was a very pleasant stay. The bed was really like Heaven! The double shower heads were wonderful too.

The Westin was very well beautiful and all staff were very helpful. The hotel restaurant and parking were both a bit overpriced for the city. I thought I was in Manhattan. All else was very nice.

The room was extremely clean and very nice for the price. Very close to Bank of America stadium if you're in town for a game.
