Pleaseant if unspectacular hotel. Bedroom was small with poor view, but if you're lucky you might get a pleasant street view with a small balcony.Exercise room consisted of an exercise bike whose saddle was unadjustable, and a treadmill with performed OK. The greatest asset of this hotel is its staff - without exception they were helpful, professional and friendly. The one aspect I found strange was the way in which the large bedroom windows allowed for no privacy from neighbours unless the curtains were fully closed - which defeated the purpose of the lovely view to the hills. Excellent hotel and staff. Can't comment on the restaurant as we ate elsewhere. Note to the tall - toilet is in a room by itself and quite small. But everything else was great!

Excellent location, good and friendly service and a good standard 4* hotel

This is supposedly a four-star hotel, but I had to climb a flight of stairs with full baggage to get to my room. The bathroom had strange looking construction-type stains, and appeared to be incompletely finished (incomplete joins, etc.). The bathroom had fancy, chi-chi lotions, but no cups. The floor was wood, with no carpet - they give you one-size-fits-all […] flip-flops, which is fine if it happens to be your size. The indoor pool is nice, with interesting lighting. It should be noted that they wanted to charge me a very substantial fee to use the outdoor pool, which I declined. Great location, though needs better room while waiting for check-in if you drive. Old hotel but well maintained. Generally recommended.

We stayed in the eden 1. However, you should request eden 2. It is newer. and probably nicer. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. the balcony was great. However, the room was defintely not a 4 star room.

I don't know where to begin; reception ignored me and arrived a French woman as soon as she arrived, when we got to our room it smelt of sick and damp and felt like a dungeon, a sticking puddle on the floor had not been cleaned and all the door handles where the same, when we complained the young receptionists said there was nothing they could do and […] there was no managers on till mon, we arrived on sat. Even though we complained about the sticky puddle it remained there the 4 days we stayed cannnes was booked out and we couldn't move hotels or would of, I nearly got a flight home early as I hated being the room so much but we just stay out of it as much as we could. The front desk was very helpful. The pool was really nice, especially at night. The location is in a great location right in the shopping district. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Cannes.

The position of this hotel on Rue D'Antibe make it worthwhile staying in. It is virtually 2 minutes to the Croisette. The staff were very friendly and always courteous. The main criticism I have is the darkness of the rooms. The decor has an African theme I think. My room was overlooked by apartments across the road. When I woke up in the morning I […] realised I had an audience as I had left my curtains open. We had a Queen sized bed which we felt was small for 2 average sized people. I think the hotel owners son must be a budding musician and trying to sell a CD. The restaurant /bar played the same track repeatedly throughout our stay and had no other music that they could play. There is only one lift. The staff lift was too small for the staff to use. The swimming pool , steam room and Jacuzzi were excellent and enjoyed by all the guests. Devamı

Veldig sentralt, i enden av handlegate, 5 minutter til croisetten. Billig, bra standard, ja, rett og slett bra.

Ascenceur ...limite pour ce type d'hôtel.4 étoiles. Côté restaurant pas avenant. Petit déjeuner trés bien. Personel trés accueillant et sympathique

Buon Hotel, ma le 4 stelle a mio avviso non sono giustificate. La "SPA", se così vogliamo chiamarla, consiste in: - una piscina; - una vasca idromassaggio; - una sauna (non funzionante, pertanto inagibile). A questo punto potrebbero dire "piscina", e non "spa". Hotellin aamupala jäi sen arvokkuuden vuoksi nauttimatta. Lähellä on paljon hyviä kahviloita missä saa erinomaiset aamupalat. Hotelli ei ole enää parhaassa loistossaan, mutta sijainti on hyvä! Globalement une bonne note pour cet hôtel. Un vrai plus pour la piscine en plein centre de cannes. Dommage que la Wifi ne fonctionnait pas, le personnel à été néanmoins très serviable.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The spa is great. The breakfast was very nice. The location is right on the main shopping street and close to the water, so it couldn't be better. All in all a superb experience. Try for yourself :-)

Hôtel bien situé et peux être bruyant car la route n7 est derrière l'hôtel et chambre confortable, petit-déjeuner buffet varié et pain frais, machine à café. Acces à la piscine intérieur gratuite ainsi que la salle de fitness. Idéal pour tout type de séjour, famille, couple etc.. bord de mer à 5 minutes à pied et la gare à env 10 minutes à pied. Har bodd på Eden flere ganger og har kun skuffet meg 1 gang. Fikk rom mer eller mindre uten utsikt. Generelt er rommene store og fine. Hotellet ligger i slutten av handlegaten, Rue d` Antibes, som er perfekt. Ikke støy og kanon service. Anbefaler på det sterkeste

parfait : accueil sympathique, jeune et pro, situation en plein centre dans la rue commerçante de Cannes, prix très intéressant, spa magnifique, deco moderne et zen, chambre vraiment magnifique, c'est du +++++++++++++

Hotel génial, dans la rue des boutiques, à 5 mn à pied de la croisette. Hammam, jaccuzi et piscine interieure gratuits. personnel trés sympatique, petit déj copieux, chambres spacieuses....rien à redire.....allez, un tout petit bemol pour le mobilier de la chambre et les sols des couloirs qui commencent à être usés.

Fint hotell i Cannes. Ligger veldig nær stranden og havnen av Cannes (5min gåtur). Hotellet har ikke egen parkering, men parkerings hus ligger 50 meter fra hotellet, kostet ca18 euro i døgnet. Ikke så store rom, men man sitter jo ikke på rommet i Cannes:-) Bassenget på taket kostet 17 euro, for en dag.

Très bien situe mais les chambres sont pas top et toilette pour les nains

Hotel bien placé, personnel accueillant et disponible, bon petit déjeuner mais hall d'entrée triste,couloirs exigus, chambres sombres et faites tardivement( lorsque je suis arrivée à 15h, le linge sale trainait dans les couloirs), acces piscine payant. Pas digne d'un 4*!

Very happy with the hotel. Great breakfast, comfortable room. AC was not working in first room so they moved us. Nice extra touches in the bathroom, bed very comfortable. No complaints at all.

Mittelmässiges 4-Sterne hotel, lage ist super, strandnah und in schöner Umgebung. Der Zustand des Hotels ist allerdings etwas runtergekommen, sehr hellhörig und nicht preiswert

Dans l'ensemble trés satisfaisant. Comme les autres commentaires il y a des imperfections un peu sur tout (ascenseur: ridicule, spa: manque de carreau, coktail : 12€ un mojito où 2 bouts de menthe se battent dans un grand verre!!, chambre: trace sur le mur, salle de bain: faience qui vieillit!, ... Pour un 4 étoiles c'est limite mais sinon nous avons […] passé un super week end, nous ne nous arretons pas à ces petites choses... Juste pour dire tout, nous avions demandé à avoir une chambre avec terasse et ca a été respecté, la dessus 5/5! Devamı
