Not bad but room was not very clean. Rooms are need of some update.

Hotel is really close to interstate 64 which is nice when trying to locate it. Hotel room was clean but small with two double beds inside of it. Overall a good place to stay in for the dollar value.

My husband and I are separated in distance because of the school. He's attending school in PA, and I'm here in TN. So Charlottesville, VA is a good meeting point for us. When we arrived, the front desk members were awesome. I was able to check in an whole hour earlier due to the fact I traveled right at five hours, they wanted to make sure I was well […] received and checked in for resting and relaxation. Upon checking in, I was able to get assistance with my luggage and they gave me directions for the area(since it's historic and very confusing to get around. My husband did not arrive until 2 hours after me. I was able to leave a key at the front desk for him. Since he already paid via hotels.com I did not have any problem with the check in and he did not have any problems receiving his keycard upon his arrival. The staff did not bug us. The room was clean with extra towels and fresh liens on our bed each day. We were very pleased. They left the appliances(such as iPods, laptop, etc) just the way we left them. I enjoyed my stay very much. We are planning on returning in the near future. We loved our stay at Sleep Inn and Suites. Devamı

we stayed at the hotel from friday the 24th and checked out the 26th. When we got there the maintenance men were working on the elevator. We had to carry all our luggage to the third floor. They got it working that day. But the weekend the elevator broke down again and it did not get fixed. Checked out sunday and had to bring all the luggage by hand […] down to the car. Wi-Fi did not work in my room the whole time I was there. Work only if I was in the lobby. Beds were small. Very uncomfortable. I would have to think hard if I wanted to stay there again. Devamı

The rooms are not suites. We had two double beds and a small chair and desk. Very small room. No couch or kitchenette. Was too small for 2 adults and 2 small children. Front desk was not bad but certainly not over helpful or friendly.

Basic Hotel OK for the money. The girl at the front desk was very helpful with driving directions when my GPS quit on the way to Hotel. The AC/Heat system in the room had manual temp controls which was a pain.

Was looking for a hotel close to the downtown area and found this one for a good price. Front desk was helpful and cooperative. Room was comfortable and roomy. It didn't have a refrigerator which I have come to expect in nearly all hotel rooms in that price range. All in all, had a good quick stay of one night. Would stay there again.

We stayed here while doing an annual Charlottesville fall visit, with obligatory Carter's Moutain apple picking. Having lived in Charlottesville, the hotel is located in an area that's generally not visited very often due to it's location near the "bad" part of town. However, it's safely outside of that area, and super convenient for all downtown activities […] without being outrageously priced! We will definitely stay again. Devamı

I was impressed that the hotel allowed dogs. That was the reason I booked a room there in the first place and I would again if I had to bring my dog with me. I accidentally booked a smoking allowed room which is why I rated the "Cleanliness of the room" as a 3. It was a little dated and could use an update but if they allow smoking in the room I understand […] why it hasn't been remodeled. I didn't spend a lot of time during the day but at night it was quit and I couldn't hear any other guests or animals. I didn't have any bad experiences while staying and was glad they had a continental breakfast available past 9am because I am not an early riser. Devamı

It was just ok. It literally was the last room in Cville available when we booked, hotels.com rep Elizabeth called the hotel and spoke with Sterling at the hotel who oked a room switch to a king from a 2 double bed however Sterling then said that he never talked to them for this so we had a double bed room or nothing. Came for daughter's HS GRAD. Hotel very clean, staff freindly and accomodating. Hotel very close to Monticello. Located close to I-64 exit. Beds very comfortable, bathroom very clean.

All the staff were very courteous. We enjoyed our stay. We had a dog with us and so did quite a few other patrons. My only complaint was the beds, they were a little worn out. I would definately recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel staff was very friendly and room was pretty clean. However, there was a lot of screaming in the hallway starting around 10pm, which concluded in what sounded like a fight. The cops were called and people were taken away in handcuffs. The hotel staff did take care of this in a timely manner, though we would not choose to stay there ever again.

I needed a place to stay during the UVA Reunions weekend. The hotel is located just far enough from Grounds without being inconvenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The morning continental breakfast was satisfying. I was pleased with my stay.

MY HUSBAND , MYSELF AND OUR TWO CHILDREN WERE FINE WITH THE STAY UNTIL ABOUT 10:00 JUST AS WE WERE GOING TO BED A BUS OF COLLEGE STUDENTS CAME AND WERE IN ROOMS ALL AROUND US AND BANGED DOORS UNTIL ABOUT 3;30AM.KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR SEVERAL TIMES HAVING THE WRONG ROOM. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD PUT A FAMILY WITH KIND OF YOUNG CHILDREN AWAY FROM A GROUP […] OF COLLEGE STUDENTS . VERY UPSET WE DIDN'T GET ANY SLEEP AND HAD TO DRIVE BACK HOME. Devamı

Stayed here one night while visiting our daughter at UVA. We were 2 adults, 2 children and a small dog. The accomodations were more than adequate for our needs. The kids used the pool and hot tub, and we were able to get a quick continental breakfast in the morning. The room was clean, and the hotel common areas were clean as well.

We took a chance and booked a "suite", hoping that there would be some sort of separate room (or at least a partly divided room) so that we could let our 16 month old baby sleep in peace while we stayed up later. Sadly, the suite was just an extra large hotel room. Everything else about the hotel was great... clean room and bathroom, heat/AC worked […] well, quiet room and neighborhood, decent breakfast. We were NOT disturbed by the fast food restaurant in the lot adjacent to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as a good value and good location. Devamı

Room was close to UVA and Monticello, but the trash cans outside were overflowing and lock on bathroom door was broken as well as other maintenance issues ignored.

As long as you are a smoker this place is fine. Breakfast is good but hotel doors slamming make sleep hard to come by after 6am

Great location right on interstate and minutes from Monticello and downtown Charlottesville. Negative was room on ground level overlooking parking lot shared by Burger King, gas station/convenience store which attracted questionable inviduals at all hours of night.

The hotel location and friendly staff were two strengths of this hotel. The greenish water in the pool is the weakness. The room was clean and updated with all the necessary appliances.

There were some shortcomings not worthy of comment, because the cleanliness and price outweighed inconveniences.
