Hotel Restaurant was very disappointing. Menu uninteresting ,very expensive and not also in english!! Rooms did not have tea or coffe facilties supplied. Howver, snacks where availabel in hotel bar.

We specifically asked for a non-smoking room but we checked in and they gave us a room on the first floor which was the smokers' floor. The room reeked of stale smoke and we asked to be changed. They sent instead one of the obliging cleaning staff who lit a scented candle in the room for us. This too became overpowering. The location is also a problem […] as it is in the hilliest part of town. But we we were not driving in Spain so that's not such a big deal. Devamı

This hotel was perfectly fine, but know that it is way outside of town. You have to take a bus to the beach and old city. It's a little inconvenient as far as taking anything with you when you go to the town. Had I known the inconvenience involved, I would have stayed elsewhere. But really, comfortable enough bed and nice bathroom.

Difficult to find - 1 way streets etc - but good hotel friendly staff - we eventually found a shortcut DOWN to the beach -much easier to walk than drive - about a 20 min walk -love san seb

Hotel is fine but difficult to find - we eventually followed a cab up to the hotel. We found a short cut down to the beach / old town - a nice walk and 382 steps.

Très bien situé, a 5 minute du centre. chambre parfaite, aucun probleme a signaler. je recommande

Flott stort og nydelig hotell. Store rom, med fantastisk gode senger, og bra utsikt. Negavtive ting å plukke på: - Dårlig engelsk blant ansatte - Lite informasjon på rommet ang. hotell fasiliteter Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, og vil anbefale hotellet sterkt videre!!!

Hôtesse d'accueil très agréable et professionnelles. Parlant français. Nous avons été héberges dans 2 chambres superieures au 3e étage cote rue, vue sur les collines mais bruillantes car mal isolees, idem pour les cloisons, nous partagions la vie très privée avec nos voisins (...). Cote resto, absence fragrante de professionnalisme : c'est la première […] fois que dans un hôtel 4 étoiles que l'on nous annonce une fois assis a table pour le petit dejeuner que les toasts sont limités a 2 par personnes et 1 seul jus d'orange... Ne riez pas c'est véridique. !! Heureusement que San Sebastian est accueillante et les espagnols super sympas. L'hôtel est excentré mais faisable a pieds par quelques raccourcis, attention aux cotes .. Si vous n'avez pas le choix abritez vous dans cet hôtel, sinon il en existent une ribambelle ... Bel hotel, bon service, accueil tres bien parlant francais parfaitement. Parfait pour un court sejour.

El hotel está en un alto dentro de la ciudad, así que el acceso andando es un tanto cuesta arriba. En coche es un poco complicado de llegar, aunque han puesto muchos letreros, así que se llega bien. El hotel en si mismo es estupendo. La habitación y baño modernos y cómodos. El desayuno es una pequeña aproximación al mundo de las tapas de San Sebastian. Tienes […] la posibilidad de alquilar bicicletas, algo estupendo para pasear por Donosti, salvo la cuesta para volver y a poca forma física que se tenga es poca cosa. Devamı

tout était parfait sauf un petit soucis de confort car il faisait tres tres chaud dans les chambres, tout comme dans les couloirs de l'hotel, peut etre du au travaux du moment mais une chaleur désagréable dans les chambres, obligé de dormir la fenetre ouverte, pour le reste, parfait, la literie est parfaite, les draps propre, le sol aussi et la salle […] de bain génial cordialement yoann Devamı

Superbe hôtel avec une qualité de service excellente.

confortable et agréable mais plusieurs points négatifs qui font qu'on ne le recommanderais pas comme l'insonorisation,la propreté de la literie et le manque de fraicheur dans le mini bar. Ces criteres négatifs ne correspondent pas a un hotel 4 étoiles.

la situacion de este hotel es ideal, esta en una zona muy tranquila y con un buen aparcamiento y tan solo a unos 20 minutos andando de la zona centro, tambien pasan varias lineas de bus cerca

Palacio de Aiete ligt op 20 min. loopafstand van het oude centrum, in een rustige buurt. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid, met de auto naar het centrum gaan is af te raden. Met de bus is het amper 5 minuten. De bushalte is om de hoek. De sfeer van het hotel is koel/zakelijk, alle faciliteiten zijn dik in orde.

esta lejos del centro, y relación calidad precio no adecuada. esta por debajo de las expectativas de un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Veldig fint hotell 20 min gange inn til sentrum/strand. Billig taxi tur hjem fra byen om kvelden. Fint interiør -så ut til at alt var nytt. Noe høye priser på frokost samt middag.

Bra hotell, beläget i lugnt och vackert område.
