"I couldn't use the pool or hot tub"
The pool and hot tub were over run with unsupervised children.Lots of convention bussiness.Not somewhere you can go and relax.And one of the waitress was complaining the whole time we were eating about another waitress.So unprofessional but the food was great.
"Sub-standard Renaissance Franchise"
The HVAC system made the air too cold or rendered the environment uncomfortable. You cannot shut the AC off AT ALL. I suspect the hotel has a mold problem as well since my sinus cavities nearly slammed shut during the night. The rooms have balconies that seem unsafe and ripe for a tragedy. Service is slow and lacking professionalism throughout the hotel. […] This hotel is an obvious franchise of with a suprisingly low bar of quality for a Marriott chain hotel. Marriotts are not my preferred brand, but I have stayed at some nice properties that they do manage. Steer clear of this hotel and go to the Hampton across the street from the Woodland Hills mall on 71st St if you absolutely have to be in Tulsa. Devamı

I had a great experience at the Renassaince Hotel - friendly staff, clean room, very comfy bed, soft sheets, lovely bathroom... bottom line, a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay again!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Hotel and the Registration Staff. I did not like the first room I was in, so they were able to get me to another room that fit my needs better. There was nothing wrong with the first room, I just wanted a better room. The check-in system is one of the best I have seen. My only real negative thought was […] the staff in the meeting room where we had lunch. Apparently there is a time limit on eating. They put a salad down and when they were ready to pick it up, I had better be ready! So, I would be aware of that if I were coming to a meeting, but if not, then just enjoy! "Tulsa renaissance"
This hotel was nice, and in a great location. Neighborhood was nice as well. The restaurant was way over priced so we skipped it. But there are plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel. The pool was indoor and a great size it was also well maintained. The gym was small but had good quality equipment and it overlooked the pool. "first class weekend getaway"
I travel a bit and have stayed in similar hotels with this quality of atmosphere, but for twice the price or more, especially if you discount the room price by what the amazing breakfast buffet (included) is worth. The essentials were easily met - comfortable bed (even for me, and I broke a vertebra in my back a year ago), great sheets, spotless room, […] nice decor, quiet. Once you get past the essentials, then it is down to the little things and attention to detail for which the Renaissance also earns high marks. The view onto the open central courtyard which appears to be shared by nearly all the rooms is inspiring, especially from the top floors. The stream with fish, waterfall, vegetation, lighted walkways were inviting and relaxing. In the rooms - the decor was nice, there was a real closet, real glasses, and other nice touches that make you feel at home (literally) rather than reminding you that you are in a hotel every time you turn around. The breakfast buffet is amazing. In addition to the ever present waffle maker which is usually the best most buffets have to offer, they have the next step up with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc., but then they really step up the game - smoked salmon, crepes, fresh fruit, pineapple, oranges, grapefruit, I think there was more, but that is all I remember. The coffee... terrific, and we are very particular about our coffee. It's the only buffet I've been to where the table services was equivalent to that at the finest restaurants. Even though it's a buffet, they take care of your drinks and other needs, so no juggling glasses and plates at the buffet table. If I just had to find something to complain about - it would be that there were two of us and exactly two towels and two washcloths in the bathroom, no spares... and maybe the TV could have been a little bigger. :-) You see what I mean. "Pretty pictures - bad area"
The hotel was beautifully decorated and was clean. However the bed wasn't very comfortable. There was an event going on there with lots of kids running around all night with no supervision and no help of stopping them from hotel staff. Also we found out from staff that overnight a vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. Hotel parking is very inconvenient […] and is not close to the hotel door. Devamı

"Renaissance-great in town get away"
Surprised my husband with an in town get away from the kids...room was great-clean & bed was very comfortable, staff was accomadating, breakfast the next morning was delicious...however no fridge in room....overall great experience!

We decided to stay here for our 24th Anniversary for just a little git-a-way & really enjoyed it. The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast buffet was included in our price & it was delicious. The manager came to great us, & we were told the free breakfast included our choice of eggs, or omelet, but they had scrambled on the buffet & that was good for […] us. We received five Star treatment. Our view was terrible was the only disappointment. Saw the top of the other parts of the hotel, but that was okay. No biggie. Devamı

""Pool!""
We live 20 minutes away and stayed at the Renaissance for the weekend. Our kids loved the pool. Nice getaway!

"Not bad but no cigar"
If this were a 3 star hotel I would have given it a 5, but it just doesn't impress me for the price you pay. Most three star motels around the area provide the same services at a lower rate. Also $12.50 a day for the use of the internet? Come on.

"Nice but aging"
This hotel used to be the newest thing in town but it is starting to show it's age a bit. Overall the accomodations were nice but they had very cheap plastic toilet seats and the "flush" lever on the toilet was cracking and about to break along with the toilet seat. The staff is very friendly but this hotel will need an update soon to stay relevant […] and to charge what they charge. Devamı
"Great location, beautiful hotel"
It took a little bit to check in due to desk clerk not being ready. I had to wait on him to get into the computer and get paperwork together which he seemed to have an issue with. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. The stay included two complimentary breakfasts but the clerk forgot to give me the breakfast coupons at check in so after eating breakfast […] the next day I had to wait for the breakfast attendant to call the front desk and verify that the breakfast was free. I was granted a late check out but after I ate breakfast at 11:30 and tried to get back into my room the keys wouldn't work. I had to go from the third floor to the first floor to the desk clerk and have another key issued. She gave me a hard time because I didn't have any identification on me to verify I was staying in the room (why would I bring my ID to eat breakfast??). I understand the caution but she could have had someone escort me to the room (allowed me to enter and then show them my ID) instead of having an attitude. Devamı
"Renaissance Marriot Tulsa"
This hotel is very nice, however they do not have free wifi. With as much as you pay to stay there they should offer free wifi. Also they automatically charge a 20% gratuity on any room service.

"Great Hotel"
Excellent hotel. Great location to restaurants & movie theaters.
This is a great destination in a great location in Tulsa. For the price, this family of four will probably opt for a suite hotel as these rooms were a little cramped. We noticed that hotel-smell in our room initially, but the rooms was very comfortable & clean. Our young boys loved the turtle stream in the lobby! Would definitely recommend this hot […] el. Devamı

"Not what you expect"
This hotel doesn't even have a microwave or fridge...most cheap hotels have that. The room was small and overpriced. The curtains had blood on them and honestly, this hotel is better for meetings, not overnight stays.

For a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed in the hotel. I'm not real sure they had room service, as I couldn't find a room service menu. Thank goodness I had dinner plans elsewhere. When I first walked into my room it had an awful musty smell and I wasn't sure I was going to be able to stay in the room. For a 4 star hotel I was not impressed with the […] bed linens and my breakfast I ordered for the next morning was inedible. All in all for the price of the room my stay was not enjoyable. Devamı

This is a very nice hotel. It is close to restuarants, mall, shopping, movie theather, highway and it's in a safe area. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing missing was a small room fridgerator.

The renaissance Tulsa is a very nice hotel. The interior is built around an atrium, in Embassy Suites style. The room and bed was very comfortable and quiet and even had a balcony - a very nice touch. Very complete fitness center. My only smigden of a concern is I prefer disposable cups/glasses in the bathroom. Those real glass glasses are nice, but […] I am always concerned how well they have been cleaned from the last guest. We all know hotels have a laundry facility to wash sheets and towels. But, have you ever seen housekeeping hauling glasses back and forth to a dishwasher? Don't you wonder how they clean the glasses? They use the same cleaning fluid and clothes they use on the sink and toilet. Not a pretty thought, thus my preference for the indivually sealed and disposable plastic or styrofoam cups and glasses. "No payper view over charged"
no pay per view movies or dvd player. I was charged 2xs within 24hrs for internet. No bill was placed under door. I had to manually checkout and I caught the billing error.
