"Marriott waterway hotel - The Woodlands"
The hotel was great very clean and on the waterway, but, it would of been better if wireless Internet and a refrigerator were included in the room without a fee.
"My Recent Stay"
I found the place very nice. However! With the amount of money I paid for the room, one would think that paying an additional $14.00 per day for internet sort of incredulous. Even the lower class hotels throw in free wifi. Not sure why Marriott wouldn't do that for its guests. Then there was the charge for parking. That was an additional charge of $9.00 […] per day. The parking arm was broken and guests were required to enter another area away from the hotel. No breakfast morsels were provided, not even a cup of coffee in the waiting area downstairs. "Should have stayed at the Hilton"
The hotel service was disappointing at best. I stayed at the hotel in order to attend a concert. I called a week prior to my stay to set up an early check in, according to the service department early check in would not be a problem and a note was added to my record. I then called the day of the stay to confirm early check in. Again, “no problem” according […] to the service department. When I arrived to check in I was informed a room was not ready as previously discussed. I was however able to check in a midnight just fine, which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Wish they had wet bar in room. We stayed here several years ago, and it was just as nice as back then - still like new.

Nice hotel with a great location. Try to get a room on the South side or on the ends as they have better views. Half of the North side is parking garage views. Parking is extra and internet.
"Nice -But is it worth it"
The hotel was very pleasant with nice staff and a high standard of cleanliness,but i for the price paid it i was a bit dissappointing that a) there was no minibar and b) no free internet in the room.

"Perfect location in bustling city"
Great hotel, location, ambiance! Only complaint is parking- the valet seem to be confused but definitely not a deal breaker!
"Nice Hotel, but....."
Very expensive. You get nothing complimentary. Not even Wi-Fi or water. The room was small but very comfortable and had a great view. If you're not on a budget and you dont mind spending the money then this place is for you. I think I will find a cheaper hotel next time.

"great for concerts at pavilion"
stayed here when we went to buzzfest...literally walked five minutes across skywalk to get to concert and back...super convenient after an entire day of drinking...hotel and room very nice, but beds only full size and no sofa sleeper...VIEW WAS FANTASTIC!!! nice to stay this once, but benefits not worth the cost unless ur doing it for a special occasion...or […] if you want to run into the bands in the bar after the show like we did! "James Taylor Concert"
Excellent accommodations. Walking distance to the pavillion. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable outside seating as well as in.

"Nice, good location, but pricey."
I think we'll try a competing hotel in the same area next time. While the hotel is very nice it seems a little pricey. While it is new and maintained it also feels very impersonal and 'stock'.
"Renovations galore"
The renovations on the 4th floor could be heard even after they moved us up to the 9th floor, so we were moved to a 3rd room on the 10th floor, which fortunately was quieter. The best the manager was willing to do was comp us 1 breakfast each, then when I asked him how that would work, he hesitated. I asked if he was still offering free breakfast, and […] he replied, "If that will make you happy." Like he was trying to weasel out of it. The restaurant staff seemed nice, but then I got the final bill under my door, and they had charged my credit card for the $18 breakfast buffets apiece! Needless to say, I made them put in in writing that I didn't actually owe for breakfast. The room itself was nice, all 3 of them actually. The hotel is nice, and well located. I'd stay there again, but only if I confirmed ahead of time they are done with any renovations that can be heard throughout the hotel. Devamı

"Excellent Hotel"
We stayed at this hotel because of the close proximity to a concert we were attending. It was even more convenient than we had expected. Because this hotel is attached to the concert venue, one would expect it to maybe not be in the best of shape. We were very pleasantly surprised to see how nice and how clean everything was. Everything looks brand […] new, maybe recently remodeled. The staff was friendly, our stay was peaceful and the concert was great. Devamı
"Great place"
The hotel staff were fantastic (a norm I have come to expect with Marriott), the bar was great and the proximity to the Cynthia Woods Pavillion and The Woodlands mall made this a perfect spot for a weekend getaeway,

"Outstanding Hotel"
Only stayed for one night (to go to a New Kids on the Block concert just across the way at the Pavilion), but it was so close and convenient. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They were able to handle a large group (lots of New Kids fans from out of town) and still provide a very high level of customer service. The rooms were beautiful. The […] beds were comfortable. A little expensive but when split among a few people totally reasonable. The bar/restaurant very hip and trendy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Houston. "Great Hotel"
Was greeted right when I walked in the door. Staff was very helpful. Only issue was with the vallet staff. Being on a motorcycle and parking myself, they were very rude and unhelpful. I can only assume it was because there was no chance of a tip. All in all the hotel itself is great and so close to the pavillion...

We stayed at the hotel after seeing a concert and the woodlands. It was great! We parked at the hotel ahead of time (for free!) and were able to walk around, get something to eat then take the footbridge right into the concert arena. I could not have been happier! Except for the price...
