Best Western Park Suites Hotel - Plano

We'll stay again when visiting family in Allen. It was a bit difficult getting there from south-bound direction...but nothing a good GPS couldn't handle.

I must say that some of the reviews of this hotel had me a little worried, but once we arrived and got checked in the worries were gone. Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. We stayed there for several days. The maid skipped cleaning our room. When we returned late in the evening and found the room had not been cleaned we called he front desk because we needed towels. They had me come to the front desk for towels which was not a big deal expect the front desk manager was rude and sarcastic. Stayed for a long weekend and was an excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, and breakfast was more than we expected.GREAT VALUE. Have stayed at hotels costing 30+ more and they were not nearly as nice.

I would have preferred to get the room I paid for as opposed to what was left available at my late check in. Also, not receiving service to my room was a huge turn off!

My stay was quite comfortable. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The couch in the suite was unusable. Sitting on it resulted in sinking to a dramatically low level due to cushions that were worn out. The TV cannot be seen from the work desk, and the desk chair blocked access to the closet because there is very little room between […] foot of the bed and the desk. I was there with my wife and our four year old daughter. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was hot and pretty tasty.Overall, we were very satisfied.

Exceptional hotel for the price. Large room with sofa/chair/table sitting area plus fridge and microwave, large bathroom, very clean. Extremely friendly service, ample parking, and free breakfast. Have stayed there on two different occasions and very pleased each time.

Hotel was very clean! My wife and daughter stayed 9 nights and were very satisfied with the conditions. The breakfast was very good and they even had appetizers and beer for free on Mon-Thurs.

Very good price/quality ratio. Close to the highway but not on the highway like La Quinta. Probably one of the best choice in plano for pet owners.

This hotel fulfilled it's purpose. We needed a low priced hotel to sleep while at a soccer tournament. Our room was nice yet out dated. The beds were okay. We will use this hotel again.

wow! Talk about 'outdated'. The rooms are outdated to the point of being tacky. If you're just looking for a bed to lie on for the night, there you go. Breakfast was decent.

We chose this hotel on a last minute trip to Dallas and were pleased to get a good rate. The hotel was very clean, but showing its wear. Peeling corners of wallpaper, ruts in the hallway carpet from the housekeeping carts, nothing terrible, but just needs some love. There was a dog, of all things, barking from within the hotel. I called the office and they promptly attempted to locate the source. He offered to move us to a different room, but we chose to wait a bit to see if they'd be successful in removing the noisy pooch. By 10PM dog barking was silenced. Walls are a bit on the thin side, as we could hear the radio/tv from one of the surrounding rooms and the bed was quite firm (good if you like a hard bed-personal preference). Would I stay there again? Possibly for a quick stay. I don't think I could sleep on the bed more than a night or two, but again, that's preference. They did have free wifi as well as desktop PC & a printer in the lobby and the staff was curteous and attentive. Devamı

The neighbors were extremely loud--up til 230 AM---then again at 730---could not sleepwalls are either too thin--not insulated but sounded as if they were in the same room with us

The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, although you could tell that the hotel was an older hotel. They triple charged my credit card after checking me in on someone elses' reservation. We had to move 3 times, once for the hotel putting us in the wrong reserved room, 2nd time the room had a bad odor, 3rd room was our reserved room.The beds were very uncomfortable.

Upkeep of the hotel is generally good, with a few minor cracks in the bathroom tile, stains, etc. that are to be expected. Staff were businesslike but not overly demonstrative. The breakfast area is an open space in the lobby, which was satisfactory but meant people were constantly coming in and out of the building while others were eating. I have stayed about 20 days in this hotel and I would absolutely stay again. It doesn't have any luxury but have all the requirements in the most simple way. The only problem I have had was about the Internet connection, I need to get connected and keep connected to the Internet because of my job in most of the time and the Internet connection get […] disconnected at least several times per hour. It really creates problem during the web conferences and doesn't get recovered sometimes about up to 5 to 10 minutes. I think they use sbacco connection and this is the problem. Also their swimming pool is smaller than the images. I haven't swam but I have seen people and children swimming several times. They have breakfast, it is the same breakfast every morning and have all I need. Also in the happy hour which is at 17.30 they serve soft drinks or beers with some snacks. Also its location was important for me and it is besides the i75 which earns me time in accessing most of the places. The disadvantage of location is the sound coming from highway.
