The walk from Riem S-bahn station to the hotel is on a nice, green path. There is not much to do around the hotel but we didn't mind it. We went to Munich for Oktoberfest and found this hotel very convenient in terms of location. Also, the hotel serves great breakfast with a rich open buffet. We made the rezervation 3 months in advance and when we went to the hotel we thought the rate we already paid included the breakfast. So four of us ended up having breakfast twice. While checking out, it turned out that the rate did not include the breakfast (21 Euro per person). I asked the lady staff if she can make us a discount as we were not aware of the situation when we had the breakfasts. Fortunately, she agreed to give us two of the 8 breakfasts for free :) It was our fault not checking if the breakfast was included, but she still helped us with this. We appreciate it a lot! Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, did not have any problems.

Ancak banyo ve tuvalet yenilenmiş ve çok temizdi. İki kişilik yatak yapmak için 2 adet tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler, yatakların konforu iyi değildi, çok yumuşak ve yayları hissediliyor. KAHVALTI: Kahvaltı otelin bence en başarılı bölümü, çok güzel ve kaliteli bir kahvaltı seçeneği bulunmakta. Çok temiz, çeşiti oldukça bol, kahvaltı servisi yapan personel çok iyi. Kahvaltı salonu küçük olmasına rağmen temizlik, düzen ve dekorasyon anlamında 4-5 yıldızlı otel ayarında. KONUM: Hauptbahnhof'a iki blok uzaklıkta, yürüyerek 3-4 dk., biraz kenar mahallede kalmış olsada yine de iyi bir konumda. GENEL: Genel anlamda otelden çok memnun kaldım, yatak konforu haricinde hiçbir problemle karşılaşmadık, bulduğum fiyata göre kahvaltısı içinde olması da olmak üzere çok iyi bir oteldi. Personeli her konuda anlayışlı ve yardımseverdi. Tavsiye ediyorum.

This was a good value and convenient to the airport. The only criticism is that the pillows were terrible! Lumpy pillows were not up to the standard of this otherwise elegant business hotel. PROS: Great little hotel in quiet neighborhood. Right across the street from a foodmarket. 15 mins. from airport and city center. Rooms were a little bigger than most European hotels with a decent fridge. CONS: Americans beware: there is no A/C. The S-Bahn stop is about 15 minutes walking to this hotel. "Victor's: Exceptional front desk service"
Vicotr's was a wonderful and spacious place to stay. The breakfast buffet offered more than the traditional cold cuts and yogurt. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly. We stayed with our young daughter and found that our accomodations included our room, PLUS an adjoining room with a separate bed, tv, and small kitchenette. This hotel was excellent to stay at. The staff and service throughout the whole hotel was A+. The only minor and I mean minor was the closeness to the train station. It was at least a 15 min walk which isn't bad but for the fact that it rained the whole weekend. Proximity to the train station would have been preferable. Kaltenberger Muller is the BEST!!!! The airline lost out luggage and I was not very happy when I got to the hotel. He helped me about that because I don't speak German. I also purchased a SIMM card that didn't seem to be working and he again helped me with the customer service. This is a FABULOUS place to stay and EVERYONE was just wonderful to us. "Victor's near Munich- very pleasant stay"

"nightmare hotel"
We were under the impression that this was an airport hotel-so we had booked it because we wanted it to be easy to catch an early flight the next morning...we were so wrong... first, we took the train to the stop where the hotel was- it was only about 20 min from the airport, however, when we got out, there were no cabs and the hotel is not walking […] distance from the train station. after a while we finally found a cab. we got to the hotel and the front desk was utter chaos- the side of the front desk is also a bar and the bartender doubles as the front desk clerk, so we had a lot of trouble trying to get someone to check us in. I tried to convert money and i was told that because the bar was so busy i could not do it at that time. we got to the rooms and there were no towels- we waited over an hour and after multiple calls to the front desk (which were mostly not answered- bc the bar was busy), we finally got towels. the excuse was that there was a delay because the bar was busy. The ridiculous thing is that directly across from the front desk is an actualy hotel bar- there wasnt anyone drinking there- yet tehre were 2 bartenders just standing around there....then we asked about morning train schedules and we were given all teh wrong info and almost missed our flight as a result. And the best part- we set 2 wake up calls- and didnt get any of them- when i asked at the front desk on my way out they told me they had no record of a wake up call for us. awful experience. Wir hatten 2 Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht. Das eine war eindeutig ein Raucherzimmer, obwohl im Zimmer ein Schild "Rauchen nicht gestattet" stand. Auf unser Beschwerde hin, bekamen wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Mit dem Frühstücksbuffet waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Buffet war sehr umfangreich. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. "VICROR'S RESIDENZ-HOTEL MUNCHEN"
très bon hôtel, propre, spacieux, très bon service et surtout un petit déjeuner très copieux et diversifié. Le cadre extérieur est semi-industriel par contre très calme et relativement proche d'une entrée autoroute pour se rendre au centre de Munich. "Hotel for EADS business and other comapnies"

Es un hotel con excelentes instalaciones, servicios y alimentos, Atención del personal también excelente en cada uno de los rubros: recepción, restaurantes y limpieza de habitaciones. Está bien ubicado para huespedes que acuden a las zinas industriales cercanas pero para visitar el centro de la Ciudad está algo distante, pero con el excelente servicio […] de trenes no representó mayor problema. "Väldigt besviken"
besvikelsen på detta hotel var stor när vi anlände. på detta 4 stjärniga hotel har det nog inte spenderats en krona det senaste 20 åren. allmänt väldigt slitet och omodernt. heltäckningsmattor var smutsiga. stolarna i frukostmatsalen var inte bättre de. total avsaknad av ventilation i hela byggnaden. frukosten var däremot bra!Gerçek Hotels.com misafiri yorumu

"2-Tagestrip nach München"
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es gibt fürs Auto eine Tiefgarage und wenn man zur S-Bahn muss, dann gibt es dort kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten unter der Brücke. Die Doppelbetten sind etwas durchgelegen. 2. "Sehr gutes Hotel für Städtereise"

"Städtetrip mit Kindern"
Das Familienzimmer waren zwei über eine (offene) Verbindungstür getrennte Zimmer. Dadurch sehr viel Platz. Das Bad des zweiten Zimmers war zur Klein-Küche umgebaut worden. Der nächste S-Bahnhof ist gut zu erreichen mit Auto (P&R am Bahnhof) oder zu Fuß, damit auch wenn das Hotel außerhalb der City liegt kein Problem nach München zu kommen. Tolles Frühstücks-Buffet.
