Our stay was mostly good. It was the perfect location while attending a women's conference at the Visalia Conventer center. Parking was a breeze and the suite was very nice. The single elevator proved problematic for large crowds (not impressed that thr staff didn't know where their stairs were) and the check in was ridiculously poor. Three staff waiting […] on two people took 15 minutes. I waited patiently, with no acknowledgement by staff, only to have them turn to help another guest who had just walked in the door. Overall disappointed. Left phone charger in room when I left. Called a few hours later and they couldn't find it even though I told them exactly where I had left it plugged in :-(. Staff did not even apologize

Wonderful location that is close to the hospital with many resturaunts and shops.

No issue with hotel. But they need to discus with City officials why the dumpsters must be picked up at 5:45am. For about 20 minutes there's a dump truck creating sound effects you don't want to hear for all the rooms facing the lobby entrance. Very insensitive lack of initiative on part of hotel management to allow this disturbance.

The hotel is a little more rundown since the last time we stayed there. The jacuzzi has been filled in, disappointed about that. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel in downtown Visalia. Parking is in a parking garage next door, and finding the entrance was a bit confusing. This also made it a bit of a drag getting our luggage inside. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a variety of hot and cold choices.

We stayed here one night during Labor Day Weekend. Hotel was completely booked. Overall, fine/average hotel. Slight mix-up done by front desk who charged us a pet fee instead of the family that was checking in at same time with a pet; but they were fairly accomodating to get the charges reversed. Continental breakfast was not very good; I don't think […] this hotel is used to having a completely booked hotel as there was only about 6 tables for their breakfast area. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast. Jacuzzi wasn't working. The pull out sleeper couch too uncomfortable so we used air mattresses.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff was super helpful and friendly to get us to our room. The hotel was easy to get to and nice and quiet. Room was spacious with fridge & microwave. Got a great night's sleep and good (typical motel) breakfast before heading up to Sequoia Park. Great place to stay. The staff were all nice and the hotel was within walking distance to tons of nice small restaurants and the movie theater. We spent four days there and it was about an hour from Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. We really liked the small city of Visalia and we would go back and stay there again. comfortable, large rooms. The sink and frig were very helpful for keeping our cooler items cold during the night. We arrived late at night and the hotel staff member was very helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast - best waffles ever. Very friendly staff in breakfst room. Will stay here again!

We came to this hotel late at night and it was a little difficult to locate. It is located down town and had a feel of driving to a downtown hotel in San Francisco where you pull into a parking garage to gain access to the hotel. I was not sure about my choice but it was late and we needed to sleep. When I pulled up and could see in the lobby, it appeared […] to be pleasant. I went into the lobby to check in and the night staff was very nice, they got me set up with a key and instructions and before I knew it, I had the family up in the room. We had a King size bed and Samsung flat screen TV in the bedroom and the front room area also had a couch and Samsung flat screen TV. Located in the room was a mini refrigerator we used for maintaining our cold items and refreezing our ice packs. The room was fine and we got great night’s sleep. Car parking is in a city maintained parking garage with some hotel-negotiated stalls and the hotel has its own entrance. Devamı

i was especting less but I was fery impress with all the amenities and the good service from the staff, the oly thing that the hotel needs is a swiming Pool, that will be agreat accent fo the family with kids. overall great hotel thank you.

Although fourth of July, town was lie a ghost town. Only a couple of places open, one of which was Crawdaddies where we had a really good meal accompanied by live music. It was a very pleasant stay. Service was attentive and friendly. The staff went out of their way to please us. They even offered us a "manager special" a free light supper that included drinks and appetizers-hot and cold. We highly recommend this hotels to those who are on their way to Sequoia and the Kings'Canyon.

Great location close to plenty of restaurants and shops. We stayed here to visit the Sequoia National Park which is a pleasant drive away but can also be reached by shuttle bus which stops in front of the hotel. The breakfast provided had plenty of choice including hot food, a good start to the day.

We staye there for 2 nights in order to go to the Seqouia park. Not a bad hotel at all, it was very confortable and clean. in the middle of town, you have to try the restaurant adjacent to it, they brew their own beer there.

this hotel which is immediately opposite the Marriott offers virtually exactly the same but in the region of 30% less plus wi-fi is free as should be in hotels in the 21st Century!

This hotel has a great, convenient location in downtown Visalia, with easy parking and access to main streets and Highway 198. Theaters, restaurants, and the best shopping in town are within easy walking distance. Staff is friendly and efficient.

I stayed for a conference at the hospital and realized it was at walking distance. The room was enormous. 2 tv's, a couch and a king size bed Breakfast was great. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It's in walking distance to a lot of places to eat and drink. They elevator need more care but overall the room and the Desk Service Jaun is wonderful.

I loved this place and the staff was incredibly helpful, I needed help zipping up my dress for a wedding I was headed to and one of the ladies at the front desk came up and helped out. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help when I needed it. The room was amazingly clean and smelled like fresh clean linen.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was really clean and comfortable and the hotel attendants were extremely helpful. I was very grateful to have a computer i could use on hand with a printer and the breakfast there was delicious. Only problem i had was the toilet was running very slow at times and the AC was a bit dusty as We turned it on we would […] start sneezing. Comfort Suites is located one block from Main Street where there are many hotels and bars in this quaint little town. The lobby is actually accessed from the back of the hotel where the parking garage is located. Parking is free by using your room key. The hotel is in need of a face lift in some areas, but the room was satisfactory. The breakfast bar […] has a full selection of items, so that was very nice. You do need to show a breakfast pass to the server. I did notice in the hallways a very slight smell of either what was chlorine or mildew. The elevator is somewhat slow here and I noticed the exit steps were on the opposite end of the hall. It is a perfect location to stay if you're going to Sequoia National Park, as the price is right. Visalia is off of a highway, so access to the town is quick and easy. One note: The road up to the national park is treacherous and under construction at this time. The wait can be up to 20 minutes at a time, so be patient. The park is worth it when you get there and it was not at all crowded. Devamı
