The potty is impossibly small and the tub is slippery. Access is difficult unless you use Google Satellite to confirm EXACTLY how to enter the property. Nice but simple breakfast. "5 minutes from Wild Waves & TONS of shopping"
ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was open 24 hrs and at the most there was 6 people there! Free breakfast was basic ( waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, bread, fruit, yogurt, muffins & danishes) but clean and well stocked! Room was comfy and clean. I would go back without a second thought!
Getting to the hotel was tricky, I would advise explainning how to get there. I had to travel on Pacific Highway to reach the Hotel, not the address given.
"Outstanding Customer Service"
This is a standard hotel room nothing fancy. However, the rooms are exceptionally clean as was the common areas. The pool temperature was comfortable warm with nice recliners to use if you chose to lounge. The pool is clean and the bathrooms are not too far (just in case you need to use the "facilities" urgently). The pool is perfect for most age ranges […] and a spa is available for adults. The breakfast bar variety is pretty standard (cereal, toast, bagels, juice, waffles, etc) The hotel is in close proximity to fast food, chain restaurants and walmart (should you choose to make something simple). My daughters recommend Jimmy Mac's roadhouse and their fresh rolls. The staff are really what makes this hotel shine. They are the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered in a hotel. The breakfast room attendant was so cheery, friendly and helpful. She was always there if you needed anything (you didnt even need to ask as she anticipated your needs!). Devamı
"Close to everything, shopping and places to eat."
Great customer service. Location is great. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. Family friendly. Clean and up kept. Free breakfast was also served.
Difficult to find. The address given wasn't easy to find.
