Antica Torre di Via Tornabuoni 1 - Floransa

A fabulous hotel. Walking distance of all sights and train station. Staff very warm and helpful - including restaurant recommendations and reservations. Terrace offers sweeping views of Florence.

We just had a wonderful weekend in Florence, made even more enjoyable by the lovely hotel we stayed in. It isn't a big hotel with lots of amenities - no gym/pool, no restaurant etc, but it's location and friendliness more than make up for that. The Antica Torre is a small hotel in an old castle in a perfect location - right on the river at the end […] of the via Tornabuoni - the swishest shopping street in Florence. It's 100m from the Ponte Vecchio, a 5 min walk from the Duomo or Uffizi and a 10 min walk from the train station. The rooms are simple, but very comfortble, with a lovely marble bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. One of the real highlights is breakfast - it's served on the terrace with superb views overlooking the Duomo and the rest of the town. The other highlight was the staff who couldn't be more helpful (not something you can say about everything in Florence) - whether it was booking tickets for Museums to skip the lines, printing boarding passes or other documents or giving advice on where to eat. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Florence. Devamı

This is a wonderful traditional hotel, but the roof deck is unbelievable with the best views in the city.

Located in the best place of Florence. Nice room, excellent breakfast served in the 6 floor terrace with a beautiful view of the city.

We were overall very pleased with the hotel. Wonderful breakfasts, service and clean, well-appointed rooms. The location of the hotel was superb and the concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. Our only disappointment was the bathroom -- our particular room had a small and narrow Tub/shower that was difficult to stand up in and the overhead shower […] nozzle was placed in the middle of the tub which made it awkward to use. We loved the Antica Torre! The staff was great, especially our first host Latifah. Great location, one block from the river and one bridge from Ponte Vecchio. The staff recommended great restaurants and the rooftop breakfast dining and food is superb!

Excellent location and the views from the terraces are fantastic. The via tournabuoini is quiet and limited access for vehicles but ony five minures from the Ponte Vecchio and ten minutes to the Uffizi Gallery which is a must - but book in advance to secure a time. Htoel breakfast good and there is 24 hour access to the terraces where you may have a […] drink unfortunately the bar is only open till ten o, clock at night. Florence is enchanting and so much to see but with only 4 days will need to return soon. Devamı

The Bulding is being renovated at this time. If I had known that I would not have reserved this location. I was unpleasantly woken up by a workman looking thru my window before 8am hamering and plastering. This in not acceptable. My girlfriend was mortified by this experience and lost a good part of the day arguing with the staff of the hotel. They […] finally gave us another room at 3pm that day Devamı

I stayed here with my 13 yr old daughter on a recent trip to Florence. Hotel was located in a high-end shopping area and on the river. (Ferragamo's flagship store is across the street) From the hotel, its an easy walk to Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and musuems. Hotel was very nice, more luxurious than I thought it would be based on the price. When we checked […] in, the hotel associate walked us to our room and gave us a tour of the rooftop. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were large for Europe. Definitely, go to the rooftop, the views are amazing. We had dinner up there. While the buffet was good, I don't think it was worth the 35 Euros per person, the atmosphere was relaxing as we watched a beautiful sunset. Wireless Internet was complimentary. The Hotel Antica Torre in Florence has a beautiful Rooftop terrace where breakfast is served and it serves as a bar during the remainder of the day. There are 2 terraces. One overlooks the Arno and the other view is of the very romantic Skyline of Florence. But the hotel service is another reason to stay at this hotel. This hotel oozes charm. The room was spacious, with living / dining space separated from the bedroom. We were also greeted with a bottle of free champagne for our honeymoon. Free internet, stunning roof-top terrace, Fox TV, friendly staff who gave excellent recommendations to local restaurants and then helped us book them. The list goes on... Whilst […] there are some hotels that look better on websites than in real life, this hotel definitely looked even better in person! The location was also perfect... right next to the Arno, 1 bridge away from Ponte Vecchio. Also walking distance from the train station. It was very comfortable and in a wonderful location

This hotel is very clean and elegant with a perfect location and an extremely helpful staff. Its highlight, though, has to be the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, with unbelievable views of the city. It's open all day and we spent every sunset there with some wine and snacks before dinner. I could not believe how few people took advantage […] of it, which, well selfishly, was nice because it made it far more intimate. We decided to spring for the more expensive hotel while in Florence and could not have been happier with that decision. With breakfast included and access to that terrace, we would have made up the difference had we stayed somewhere else. Devamı

Fabulous hotel, with a fantastic terrace overlooking the city. We really enjoyed sitting out there at night enjoying the views of the Duomo.

フライト時間が遅く、ホテルについたのは11時前だったため、フロントはクローズしていましたが、インターホンを鳴らすと直ぐにスタッフが対応してくれました。 このホテルには3泊しましたが、朝食会場からみえる景色には圧巻!! すごくて朝からゆったり寛げる空間でした。 また写真をとろうとするとすぐにスタッフの方が声をかけてくれ、撮影してくれました。 正直ここまでしてくれると思っていなかったので、大感激です。 ステイ中のすべてに大満足でしたので、オススメします！

Agréable séjour à Florence. Nous avons été upgradés dans une suite. Salle de Restaurant et Petit Déjeuner sur les toits de Florence avec une vue fantastique. Garage disponible près de l'hôtel (concierge)

very nice Hotel, type small Palazzo, every room is different, so your happyness is depending on which room you get. There are rooms with view, without, big, small, noisy or silent, You have to talk to reception on your priority.

The roof terrace has a great view of both the river and the Duomo. Breakfast there is good, and bring your lunch there too if the weather or sunset is is nice. Rooms are lovelyand service is friendly and good. Walking distance to everything. Not a hotel for the busniess trip - but for a lovely weekend

Hotellet virket litt "innadvendt" siden det bare var hotellrom i de 2 øverste etasjene med resepsjon bakenfor inngangen. Tak-terrassen med fantastisk utsikt var det beste. 部屋は古くてちょっと寒々しい感じでした。あとバスルームが（なぜか）キャベツ臭くって結構耐えられなかったです。ただ、屋上のテラスからの眺めは絶景でした。サンセットの時間にアルノ川を眺めながらソファでゆっくり過ごした時が旅のハイライトだったかもしれません。
